Great way to learn the why of the benefits of Paleo and very informative of the foods that you can and cant eat on the diet My only recommendation is to improve the search function for Paleo foods It returns way too many results and it wouldve helpful if there was more info on why some foods are not Paleo Great app Convinced me to start

Stupid app keeps crashing on my phone Keeps crashing

it would be fantastic if there was an option thru the recipe section to mark as a recipe to try OR an option to email it would be very helpful to remember favorite recipes or while shopping for ingredients missing one thing

Downloaded this app today Its got a lot of good information but it keeps crashing on me And i think is there are a lot recipes that should be on here that arent But a good start Its a decent start

Dues to recent medical complications I am going to Paleo to lose weight and get my body back to fully functioning This app is perfect when Im at the grocery store or I get a craving for something and need to check if I can eat it or not Super helpful and easy to understand Love it

Im a cyclist so I need to keep my weight down During the offseason or when there is no time to train if I stay true and follow this app religiously I continue to keep my weight at an acceptable level I am a physical therapist as well and recommend this app to my patients who have similar performance goals Best Paleo App Yet

I have used diet apps before and when I wanted to switch my eating to a cleaner plan paleo fit the bill This is a great app because it explains the way to eat in a very easy uncomplicated way It is so easyI to check foods and there are some easy recipes I do believe this app will grow Adding a food diary ability to scan with a simple thumbs up or down is something to add So far I love it Great start
