Ive been looking for this program for my pc and now have it on iPhone Would give 5 stars except for issue I had wish emailing my list Locked up my phone Hope this little big goes bye bye Besides that great app with many features See how I like it over time but do plan to try windows version soon Perfect

Application is all inclusive for projects and contexts although the desktop app is kind of expensive but I got the iPhone version free and the cloud too Good Awesome

When you want to organize many big and little projects that are just floating between your ears this app is for you It would be good if we could prioritize tasks that gave been flagged Great little app

Overall Im very pleased with the app Lots of different ways to group And classify tasks Will satisfy those who are detail oriented Only request is that it could provide a better calendar view While it IS possible to view tasks by dayweekmonth etc it doesnt have a clear way to view tasks alongside appointments and events Overall however its the best task mgmt app ive used Good app

I have had this app for the last year plus and am glad I have stuck with it The support from Thomas is outstanding and the recent updates make this hands down the best productivity app on the market Version 2 with the new cloud system is idealI use it on iPad iPhone my pc It is not as fast as wunderlist and as smooth as Omnifocus but does more than the former with more platforms than the latter Every time there is a bug there is an upgrade that makes this better If you like GTD with a Wunderlist type lay out go no further It is worth every penny Best productivity app for layout GTD platforms

The reason I gave this 5 stars is that this is the only app I have found that has the power and flexibility to handle the most complex projects The UI is a bit quirky in places but if you are looking for more than the basic todo list you owe it to yourself to check this out Best organizer ever

Needs auto syncing and easier date assignment and it would be perfect Almost great

Takes a minute to get a feel for the layout but after that it is really a great organizational tool Once you get the hang of it

This app is just what I was looking for Good

I keep getting nagged to rate this app and I got tired of hitting the Remind Me Later button so here goes I simply dont find it very organized I like the idea but not the execution It is not intuitive The instructions are complicated Adding a date and start time to a task requires a lot poking around And whats up with the CONTEXT You can import a name from your contact list but I wasnt able to import the phone number Finally the app repeatedly crashed when I hit the back arrow to go to a previous screen When I started it up again thats when I kept getting the annoying Rate Me message Well I did Happy now I Wish This App Were More Organized

This is an excellent app for anyone who wants to get organized in the Getting things Done style It is easy to review your projects It is very easy to use yet extremely deep in its abilities One example you can have review dates and end dates on projects Also the ability to quickly add tasks once you open the app really makes for excellent capture One problem I would like my tasks that are dated to come into my inbox automagically I dont know if I have a setting wrong but that would make this thing a 5 star Great GTD app

I love the way it is lays out but find that it is hard to keep the 1st to last importance It has a lot of capability but find it hard to keep organized I was much happier with my free organizer I was using before I spent close to a hundred dollars out firing my computer and I pad Was a mistake Review

This app wood have 4 stars if sync was automatic and via iCloudbut still useable across devices I use an iPad and iPhone 5 stars if I could attach docs from email so all my project info was in one location Please This is a big one I cant find one app that does it all I need to ditch my laptop Nice app

Excellent program for work Great app

I was looking for an GTD tool Omnifocus is the popular one but the high price made me reluctant I start to use organize since its first version Its quit crab at that time with many bugs But it works very well now Simple functional effective Much cheaper than omnifocus I am not an CEO running a business anyway Who needs the expensive redundant omni Only problem is that I failed sync between different devices Contacted the app support but not really helpful Pls resolve the sync problem Its quit basic for an app Very helpful but with sync problem

This app is what Ive needed wanted for some time organization without the ball chain of a calendar Only a few days Im lovin it

This is one of the best organizers that I have seen The only features to add are the ability to time tasks and the ability to file a planned schedule versus an actual schedule and visualize the variance in many preformatted ways and in some custom ways for advanced users One of the best organizers

When it worked was an awesome app Extremely useful and plenty of good functions to classify tasks by project and priority But its NOT working since last update and NO support to resolve it for more than 2 months what a pity Very frustrating
