Open House Manager

I would have given this app a 5 star if it had a private area where the realtor could write follow up notes about the prospective buyer Sometimes it is hard to remember all the people that visit your open house so you really need a cheat sheet for follow up communication              Needs a little adjusting

Its absolutely worthless and its crashing ALL THE TIME You should not charge 499 for something that is half developed and not working most of the time     Dont buy this

It only opened up once and now keeps crashing Waste of 5     Keeps crashing

Used Open House for the first time this past weekend Easy to use and allowed me to thank visitors for coming right away I gave visitors the option of signing in electronically or on the sign in sheet Electronic signers gave more information Would like to see the Home picture be inserted in the thank you EMail so as to refresh the visitors memory of which house they are being thanked for visiting Jean Morton Keller Williams Realty Central Coast                 Great App

Only worked the first time I opened the app After that it wont open Tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail Dont waste your money     Doesnt Work

Used to love this app and used it at every open house The latest update makes it unusable and freezes up my app store As much as I hate to do it I am considering deleting as it is driving me crazy     To bad it is only for ipad

After researching numerous apps for Open House on and for my iPad I came across this one and was skeptical to paying however I felt the worse that would happen is I would be out 10 After spending a little time learning the program Highly recommend using the guide as it is easy to understand and very helpful I love the fact I can create my own questions and arrange the in the order I so choose and enable as to whether or not the question has to be answered or not With only using it the first time last weekend at my Open House I found it fun intriguing with clients and clients were actually willing to give or answer the questions whereas with paper questionnaires they were less willing I totally disagree and will argue the fact about handing my iPad to a potential anything I and only I will enter the data with them looking over my shoulder or next to me What the heck would you do if a potential anything drops your iPad and breaks it I would rather not have to go through a frustrating time when it simply is not necessary practical or even makes sense Purely this suggestion is from ones whom dont pay for their own equipment I love the app as it also looks very stylish sitting on the table with the welcome message A tip Turn off going to sleep or lock mode when doing an Open House so the start up screens stays visible Thank you for such a great app                 Great App

I like that I can add questions but it doesnt let you organize them in order It puts name and number at the bottom and that needs to be up top It only displays horizontally and people dont know it requires scrolling needs to have a better indicator that one can scroll down or have capable of displaying vertically so people know there are more questions Ive missed capturing vital information bc of organization of the questions Overall its still better then paper and pen It lets you add your questions           Its a good app but needs tweaking

Love this app the ability to customize is great Only thing it needs is to be able to choose horizontal or vertical usability           Almost perfect

This is a good app Clients like to see technology like this rather than old school sign in sheets My team holds multiple open houses per weekend would be great if the app could sync open houses with other users Also be able to put attachments direct to the app rather than syncing to iTunes           Pretty good

This app loads but wont open I tried deleting the icon reloading but nothing DOES NOT WORK Very disappointing     NEEDS A FIX

Downloaded and used at my first open house yesterday Took about 5 minutes to figure it out and noone had any issues Interface is a bit fumbly not a real word but understandable I think but nothing that cant be worked on Customizable questions is a plus Physical address question with 2 spaces to enter info would be ideal              Great App

I use a Apple wireless keyboard along with this app and it works really well with less people not wanting to touch the Ipad Application is good with a little confusion on the yes no questions as they do not change color I ran a test with a paper registration sheet and with the open house manager program on my ipad Of 30 people registering 27 used the open house manager and 3 used paper The 3 who used paper were over 70 years old and did not even own a computer Great product keep on coming up with add ons I would like to see where we could have multiple pictures we could load into it for a slide show that runs in the background between people signing in              Open House

I like using this tool which impresses Open House attendees And encourages providing more contact information Naturally it does away with handwriting interpretation Makes giving feedback to homeowners easy and conversion to databases easier Followup tools would be improved with the addition of a snipet about the referenced property Recently the format for form fields changed from vertical to horizontal which confuses people as they feel filling out basic information Is sufficient as they dont see the remaining questions I have tried this for Broker Tours too and it seems recently field were added for this purpose Also good for record keeping and feedback           Good tool and improving

I cant figure out how to use this app I am usually very computer literate but this one just isnt very user friendly I feel I wasted 5     Way too difficult

Poorly designed Screens need updating badly and after latest update the app wont even open anymore Do not buy     Poor design and testing

I am a IPad 1 user and I continue to have problems with the sign in sheet scrolling to the next question and savings without closing the app and needing to reset Hope for corrections soon to expensive to be having these type of issues     Bugs in the app

The only reason for not getting five stars is that I need to be able to reorder the custom questions to prioritize the most important questions at the top Prospects sometimes lose interests quickly on filling out the form and we want to capture the vital info first but when you add custom info in it goes on top of the phone number and email which we would want to capture FIRST after name and number Otherwise I LOVE this App and find it very useful for tracking leads           354 Very Good App

I like the ability to create custom questions but I see people are having a hard time getting through them the multiple choice boxes and text boxes are too small They stab at the screen with their finger trying to select a b or c           Works well

I love this app however a few times when I turn it on it shuts off I truly hope they fix this bug I use it for my open houses and fear it will erase all my leads PLEASE PLEASE FIX IT Louis              Great App

This is a great tool if youre out there doing open houses or events where you need people to be signing in It had everything and you can add your own questions as well I wish this app would be in Spanish as well              Great App

Incredibly easy to use This app is great for your sellers because it provides instantaneous feedback of how many potential buyers attended the open house and whatever comments they provide Also its great for lead generation as they cannot write illegibly as is often the case with paper sign in sheets Attendees find it cool to use and I have found they are more likely to sign in Overall an excellent app Love the tab that indicates if they have an agent Great for follow ups                 Every Agent Should Use This App

What a mess The first version was awesome and the update is a total FAIL Has glitches that make the app worthless Stuck at an open house and doomed because I updated this app The old version is now 2999 Totally screwed up     DONT UPDATE THIS APP

Love my Open House app it helps me to go paperless Would like to save to cloud somI have access everywhere Very useful app I Find visitors to my Open Houses are really into the technology I like being able to send an immediate thank you for visiting my OH Really liked the original version but since the app updated I am having problems My photo no longer appears on the open for business page cant get the questions to appear after nameso no emailphone etc I have suggested to several others but now not so sure Anyone have any help              Love my Open House

How do I get my money back When you go to email the Open House Report only half of the information is entered and even with that the format is horrible     Doesnt Work

This is such a great tool for my business and since I started using the digital sign ins I havent had anyone refuse to give up their information They all want to use the iPad Thanks for being such a great and useful appand your customer service ROCKS                 Great tool

All though I like the app but the latest version took away The sign in screen use to show the property address and for some reason there is a glitch Every time someone signs in an anonymous person shows as signed in as well I wish they left the older version alone        Use to love this app
