My husband and I both CANNOT get this app to open I can log on accept the EULA and then it crashes I open it back up it crashes I just bought a new car with OnStar and my husband suggested I download this app I was excited to use it Needless to say my excitement was cut short cause the stupid app doesnt work I would have given this app no stars but the minimum is one FIX IT FIX IT FIX IT     Newly Frustrated

Once I had my vin number for my 2016 Corvette I tracked my car from the Factory to the Dealership This was a great App Now with this last update location fail door lockunlock fail horn and lights fail send address to nav fail vehicle diagnostics fail Uninstall reinstall log out log in fail A free period of onstar yet the features fail whats the point     From Great App to WTH Happened

It wont let me update the app Please help              Update

Excellent app would love to be able to use the biometric reader on the iPhone to perform the vehicle lock unlock and start so I didnt need to use a password           Great start of an app

This is my second car since 2009 worth Onstar I love the appturn the heat or AC on remotely get diagnostics or just lock up without leaving the house                 Love the App

For my 2012 Sonic its got my car reversed App reported the passengerside front tire had low air pressure Checked it with a digital gauge and that tire was fine Checked all four with the gauge and it was actually the driverside rear tire that was low and reporting the same PSI as the app Other than that the app is great Just weird that its flipped my car around           Buggy Vehicle Diagnostics

The app is ok when you are logged in but it want keep you logged in even if you ask it too     Ok but pls keep me logged in

This is a pretty good app but I think touch ID should be integrated within the app Instead of asking you for your pin number to do controls for your car it should just ask for Touch ID Same thing when opening the app I think instead of it just doing that it should ask for touch ID It would be a little bit more secure in case you lose your phone and someone knows where your car is Granted they wont be able to drive your car but they could take whatevers inside I think touch ID would be great with this app But keep up the good work           Good app but has more potential

The new I star app is a joke compared to the previous one The current one is boring and plain Like it was written by a six year old Go back to the original format The original was much better You raise your prices and in return you give us a substandard app Fire the guy who approved this change and dump the guy whose changed it It stinksI know OnStar can do better I have been a GM customer all my life and I expect a lot better service from you Make sure the new CEO sees this She will make sure things are put right I have a lot of faith in her     What a crummy change

It usually works pretty well but different updates will have quirks The current Version is the quickest and most stable This is a prime reason to buy a Buick                 Great

Took a short time to set up but on star rep was totally helpful Once working onu iPhone 5 I cant believe how easy and functional it is I dont know how I lived without it Truly amazing all the things this vehicle and app can do I love it and need it and will use it often                 Great car and an amazing app

I bought my car Brand New straight from the dealership Im the first driver back in Feb 2015 and its only been 7 months I thought the app gives you 5 years of free companion services I am no longer able to see the diagnostics of my car and no more maps All I got working is the Key Fobs What happened     No more diagnostics

Itd be more useful to not have to enter pin to lockunlock vehicle I thought this would be better than digging for my keys in my purse but it takes about the same amount of time           Lockunlock

This app does not come close to my expectations at ALL If you want to create an exceptional or even decent member experience than you need to catch up with technology Not only does the current app look out dated even with recent updates but half the time it doesnt work     I would give it 0 stars if I could

Why do developers feel they have have to tinker with something that works just fine The old Onstar app worked fine easy intuitive and neat But wait we have improved it So much so its almost useless We continue to pay for Onstar but we have stopped using the iPad app Its difficult to use and too complicated to be of any use to us Just our opinion     Old app worked fine new one not so much

What did you do to a once great app The directions lately are taking us off course Wrong the last three times Even after updating the app which admitted to have recent troubles What happened and when can I trust it again Seems like pasting an address from a website into the window causes the trouble No problem just typing address in at the vehicle So sad Hope it gets fixed     What happened

doesnt keep you signed in anymore worked good before the last update but now its almost useless for the time it takes to type youre log in info everytime

Works great on both my 2015 Chevies Sometimes it can be slow to sendget info from the car but I believe it has to communicate with the car so Im ok with that I like the ability of the key fob on my phone in case I lock my keys inside Also use the map feature              Great companion app for my Chevies

Very slow to update connecting to my vehicle Wont allow for easy switching between vehicles Also wont auto refresh when checking vehicle status You need to pull down to refresh Lame     Not good

Bought car in March 2015 at fantastic price All features of this app work well Update of statistics seems to work well They are all accurate Since it goes through a cell or satellite link it does take up to 30 seconds to respond Read as forever to the average tech junkie Some people might not know you must pull down to update vehicle statistics                 Works well with my 2014 Volt

The OnStar app works well I wish they would create connectivity for the Apple Watch How cool would it be to be able to unlock your car with you watch I wish they would get with modern technology              Apple Watch

Keeps shutting off when attempting to locate vehicle     Stinks

Every time I try to bring up maps the app crashes only way to keep it from crashing is if I sign out and log back in        New update is buggy

They claim via email communications to support IOS 6 and iphone but it is false The map direction send to vehicle is now an extra charge What was once included in the package 9 months ago is not extra     ios 6 not supported

You guys need to update the app so it utilizes the fingerprint scanner It is less than convenient to constantly input my user name password and pin This app would be 5 star otherwise        Please use fingerprint functionality

I have tried and tried for months to make this work on two 2014 vehicles The App does not work on my iPhone I can root around through this site and get to the reports but i get nothin but account information when i touch the App icon Does not work     Doesnt work

After last update the App does not work There is a software problem between Apple OnStar My 2011 Chev Malibu worked fine with the App until this last update I can not show miles range or gallons left it shows Which is useless I find it amazing a little tiny car like a Chev Volt would even have such a fancy App that would even work for such a inexpensive little car I have given up on trying to fix this problem with the App The socalled tech support are waste I have had to uninstall reinstall this App at least 10 times countless times supposedly resending updating signals to my vehicle Lets not forget drive 10 miles to see if I did my job SCREW THIS DELETED APP     APP DOES NOT WORK DELETE APP WASTE

Changed the life time mpg from 18 to 16 Doesnt work correctly     New App

The app is great Im using it with my new Chevy Volt It took minuets to set up And it enables me to see the charge level and unlock the vehicle and much more Didnt have time to check all functions But I love it so far                 Great App
