I can only assume that this app was designed because onekingslane either wants you to spend no money or hates their customers and wants to give them the WORST experience possible It is actually quite a feat to have packed in so many UX and UI faux pas into one little app I don t know if any reputable website that has mucked things up quite as bad as OKL have with their new app I used to love their app and have spent considerable sums purchasing furniture through them However they apparently don t want my business anymore because making it impossible to even access you account is only the first hurdle From making you sign in over and over at every click of a button through to returning you to the home screen or top of the page every time you want to go back even the options to refine categories are designed with absolutely no common sense Don t offer to refine prices by a 100 increments up to 750 most of the items are well over 750 so that is absolutely useless Create a custom option Create many options Please it s just terrible This app was butchered They have complicated their menu s and cluttered the layout It is AWFUL As a creative director I know app design can be costly and labor intensive but when you have customers to lose it s worth it Pull the app and start over Seriously     An app for people who like to bang their head against a wall MissMi9

The login information only remembers your password for 2 minutes The ability to like has become too involved the refresh or go back feature makes you go back through the entire content please rehire the woman you let go the update is beyond subpar     Horrible Paigebbbbbbb

What a downgrade The app now has a web looking loading bar between screens The back button is in a weird place My login had to be reset The app didn t remember what was in my basket And to add insult to injury the checkout screen has issues with my very much working CC number It was so bad I had to place my order from Safari on my Mac Please please please bring back the old OKL app to get a higher review     Please fix OKL acm_gemini

Contacted One Kings Lane a week ago regarding app issues lost all of my favorites lost all of my account history difficulty logging into my account and having to re log in continuously throughout my session when accessing an item in a shop when you hit the back icon to return to the shop you are returned to the home page and need to start all over again I have spent thousands of dollars on this site over the past 4 years and was planning on spending more during our present home remodel but these difficulties have totally turned me off on a site I once loved I understand they are going through a system conversion but they used very poor judgement during this time they should have notified current clients via email of the conversion and what they could expect and for how long and then a day or week of free shipping when the conversion is complete Customer Service reps are very nice and doing their best but issues remain unresolved after a week and I have become very frustrated If I could give this app 5 stars I would Very poor client relations They ll have some work to do to get me back Update April 2 2017 logged complaints with Customer Service Heard back a couple days later via email with apology empathy for my frustrations but no acknowledgment of issues or commitment to addressing fixing them I wrote back that the apology empathy are not good enough and suggested they check out the reviews of their app to gauge others reactions to the updates April 6 received email with coupon for 20 off logged into website couldn t use app and immediately accessed my favorites and guess what all of the items I wanted to purchase are no longer available It s obvious that the purchase of OKL by BBB that has its own financial and retail problems right now will mean certain death for OKL So very sad     Horrible Update XXXCOPDFBNG

I can only assume this epic fail is the result of Bed Bath Beyond buying OKL BBB has literally ruined OKL by making it unshopable Who needs to shop by color when you can shop by brand I mean it s not like I want to search for a rug that matches my color scheme Those pesky favorites well who needs those There are so many bugs and issues and they have been ongoing for weeks with no fixes or updates Did they release beta software I take that back its worse than beta Maybe a company that sells toilet seat covers should not sell furniture and design services     For the love of God what happened FormerCustomerOKL

One Kings Lane used to be my favorite home decor shopping app I loved the aesthetic and I loved how easy the app was to use This new update makes the app impossible to use It s almost like you don t want people to shop there Every time I try and heart an item I am asked to log back in When I hit the arrow button to go back to the previous screen I am taken to the home page and have to start my search all over again I am decorating a new home in Los Angeles and will now shop elsewhere You lost a loyal customer Please go back to the old version of this app     Horrible app update @iheartkendra

What the HECK have you done to your app OKL I used to so enjoy shopping with you This new app update makes it pure torture I can t hit the back button and return to the department page I was on previously Instead I am taken back to the beginning page of the department thus making me navigate all the way back through everything Additionally there is no clicking on an image and being able to zoom in for close up views of the item Either fix these issues or you ve lost another shopper Not sure who was behind this new update but they need to be canned     WTH Wisdomgirl1
