Often times you submit a request and it updated to in progress and then just sits there Sometimes they get closed with no response no comments Youre left feeling like you wasted your time I have been told response depends on the individual departments Some city departments have bought into this and some havent No responses
I have submitted complaints but I think that our major doesnt care enough about this Clean up Omaha needs to be a priority as well Wish this app worked as good as it does in Sarpy county Its ok
The interface is intuitive and the interaction from the city of Omaha was quick Easy to use app
The mayors office does not respond to any requests that people submit Therefore this app is worthless Omaha app

Not working in many ways Crashing
The app itself is a little less than intuitive to use But the real problem is the City of Omaha As far as I can tell nothing is ever done Ive submitted several reports over the last 9 months and one was closed without any action provided the rest are still in Progress So dont wast your time Pick up the phone and call someone youll get better response Needs Attention
Ive made two reports and nothing has been done with either one Both have shown as in process for months Ridiculous Two of my reports are now over a year old No action and no comments from the city as to why Just now I received a notification that Id received a comment but there was nothing there Good app no followthrough
They assign report and no actions are being taken Have submitted 2 separate Reports an no actions done Report
This app works well because of motivated energetic staff who are responsive to the needs of Omahas citizens Response time is therefore speedier even with challenging roads this winterspring Responsive staff

Great concept but none of the complaints are addressed And its not like the city doesnt look at itbecause they go in and close cases that havent been addressed Nice concept but the app does absolutely nothing Nice idea

After the last update that was sent out all the photos associate with a complaint that was submitted prior to the update were gone That needs to be fixed in the next update and soon please Lost photos after update
I find this app very useful Instead of calling a hotline I am able to look to see if a request has already been made and if not then create one I would recommend changing the in progress to reviewedscheduled knowing that someone has looked at it and is going to get worked on In progress makes it sound like the trucks are on its way It would nice to filter out completed request on the map view as well Overall I still give 4 stars Useful

Not the most user friendly or speediest results from generating reports It sure beats having to call the mayors hotline I use it mostly for weed complaints App works

City and police dont seem to look at the complaints Abandoned vehicle by my home for over a month is STILL there but the issue is marked closed How does that work Updates re issue need to be more informative than in progress or closed That doesnt tell me anything App ok but City of Omaha is bad
When reporting stuff within Omaha city limits it will tell you it is outside of Omaha and report will be forwarded Slow app Lots of bugs Fix it Omaha if you want people to use it Bad

The police do not do anything with the report Cars are still not licensed Unlicensed cars
This App is progress for Omaha and will be a very useful tool That said the UI is greatly lacking and while I understand the benefits of building on an alreadydeveloped platform it would have been nice to see an Omaha designweb firm involved to make it uniquely ours And not ugly Which it is Useful
Great idea right Crowdsource information about trouble spots around town so that the city can jump on them right away The problem is that this app looks like it was designed using MS Paint in 1997 Unbelievably slow hideous UI and it doesnt even support retina displays Its 2012 how did this app actually get signed off on by City Hall Hopefully the city isnt too proud to go back to the drawing board and redesign this app from scratch Its a great idea bungled by incompetent design and engineering Good idea terrible implementation
The app looks and works fine but there is no response from the city I reported a down limb in the road which was completely blocking traffic and nothing has happened A neighbor wound up moving what he could out of the way I have posted numerous updates all with no response I would rate the app higher if the backend was worth anything App is good but no response

Unless youre on wifi this app is so slow its too much bother to use Look at how few reports there are and you can tell its not very popular A big old waste
Update January 19 2015 App continues to fail and not function on iPhone 6 running iOS 812 Constantly get error code Cocoa error code 3840 upon launch Or in description box appcomputer coding text where description box should be and not allowing you to use app at all App is nonfunctional Needs major overhaul
This is a worthless app Dont waste your time Nothing ever happens to these reports that get submitted and the app itself is a dinosaur Not user friendly and poor quality Wish I could give it less than 1 star Worthless App
And we understand that the city gets busy sometimes but it would be nice if there was more detail given regarding the time it will take to get to the issues we post That way we could have an idea of how long we should wait The GPS is off occasionally too when I post from my apt building it says Im a few blocks away App functions well
The city is amazingly responsive to requests This is a guaranteed way to help improve the roads Great

Navigating this app is like hopping into a DeLorean and traveling back to the year 1996 which is very similar to setting foot into the city itself Poor UI
I reported a bunch of problems so far they only fixed one problem the other ones are still in process and they closed a few without fixing the issue Our new mayor is worthless and does not care about us Worthless App
I posted pictures of the pothole infested street I live on and the Mayors office reviewed it and gave it a status of cancelled Not an effective app
Itd be nice to see historically where when and why reports are being made This would cut down on duplicate reports and create awareness about what is going on in your neighborhoodarea Good
Need to be able to zoom picture and rotate into landscape Also would be nice if you could update info in case of mistake or new info Im not sure if you can add additional pictures but if you cant fix that Pretty handy

Good idea needs improvement Needs edit posting capabilities mine seems to continuously freeze up and need to reinstall would be nice if city gave an update to the posts as to what action is being taken would be nice to see what is going on thought out the entire city not just based off of current location maybe a feature where u could enter a zip code or something many more tired of typing Like I said a good idea but everyday I get on in hopes of improvement Good Start
