This app is VERY similar to Omnifocus which is considered the ferrari of GTD apps Its based on projects contexts and action items which is GREATif it didnt crash everytime i try and use it on ios 511 The added benefit of team collaboration would make it even better than omnifocus which is a 20 app However the only reason i would not give it 5 stars even if it crashed is there is no way to change the view of your nozbe home screen I cannot have it automatically open to a project i am working on or my tasks inbox Please fix the crash aspect asap because i cant use nozbe and if it doesnt happen quick i will just stick to omnifocus Also BELIEVE ME if you enter a project then go to edit details it will auto crash DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND PAYONEY UNTIL THIS IS FIXED        Keeps Crashing Would be 4 Stars

For the price Nozbe cant be beat I am using the free version but am considering an upgrade Live my life off the calendar and context views Wish list wise would be great if I could do a combined viewfor example due this week with Context whatever Would help me keep track of DHs list Also would love to have a way to do basic ABC prioritization for sorting within a context and within the calendarcurrent sort method isnt so great for me 2 minor wishes aside from that Im very happy with this app                 Loving it

Update I switched over to NirvanaHQ for a while but now Im back The Nozbe team has done a terrific job of developing functionality without adding complexity to the design Great progress This last release added much more polish Having used Things and become fed up with their development teams lack of progress Nozbe is a perfect match for my task workflow I look forward to seeing more great progress on the app                 Perfect Set of Features Simplicity

Things I love so far Google Calendar Dropbox and Evernote sync pretty straightforward Things Id love to see Sub Projects While I understand Nozbes reasoning for not creating sub projects I think the functionality is important to some users I feel that a long list of projects could potentially create just as much clutter as sub projects Id at least like the option rather than operating off of Nozbes assumption that I will be less efficient Some large projects simply have important sub parts that need to be kept together and using contexts basically tags isnt enough Also please consider that you can only share projects not contexts so a team cant work on a multi faceted project very well off of the context labeling Just doesnt work well           The good and the bad
I use the full gamut of Nozbe integrated products and this is THE app for my phone With a variant for Windows my Mac Chrome for my Ubuntu WS and Nozbemobi for my iPad I feel like I have my action lists where I need them at any time I used ActionLists for over a year and it got the job done but the full integration I get from Nozbe made me switch A couple bucks cheaper and this app would be a no brainer to any true GTD user                 A great app for GTD

Its been a bumpy road with Nozbe lately Between their Mac app not syncing their servers completing tasks that havent been completed their own proprietary app that is impossible to use and this update to a great app that crashes every time I click on a task I the Nozbe evangelist the guy who is on a first name basis with the founder is wondering if its just a better move to find a more reliable service     Unusable due to crashing

This is a very slick version of the Nozbe app which is made by a third party developer The interface is very clean but I would recommend adding some of the features available on the Nozbe app to this one as well Suggested updates Ability to filter by time from next action Color code project with Nozbe scheme Ability to filter by context off next action Ability to filter all tasks by time Ability to filter next action by context Ability to filter next action by project Ability to drag and drop to add time context project etc Ability to drag and rearrange tasks instead of having to hit edit first Overall a great app which has a cleaner interface than Nozbe native Doesnt have all the same functionality though so there are pros and cons to using one over the other              Great app suggested enhancements

Crashes every time I select a task in a project Please fix     CRASH
I use Nozbe because it is the best available crossplatform implementation of GTD web windows iPhone Mac that I could find but that isnt saying much If you are new to GTD then this will seem good But once you get into the methodology deeper trying to get things done with a complex life dozens of work projects and people to manage you will be frustrated with this app as well Things arent laid out logically functions that should be present in some menus are missing and there is no consistency in the logical layout of the functions between the iPhone app the web app the desktop client etc everything requires a compromiseworkaround which stops it from being truly great Nozbe is the best out there that I could find i work in windows environment though it seems there may be better options if you work on mac and has lots of potential but is far from being a fully developed product To be fair they seem like a small outfit starting up but it also seems like it will be a long long time before Nozbe lives up to its potential        Good looking app but not that great in practice
Most of my complaints have been addressed with the latest update I actually stopped using Nozbe for a while because a the drab design was getting me down and b I often had to enter tasks twice on the iPhone version Google calendar integration is massive and something no other to do lists I have used offer Id love to see a way to forward emails to the inbox to keep email empty Also last complaint 15 bucks for an iPad version after I already a paid subscriber and purchaser of the iPhone version Thats just stingy              Thank you for the design update and bug fix

This is a great app and solution for GTD organization However the new app is missing a couple of key features 1 You cant make a new task a next action as youre creating it This costs tons of time to add multiple things I your started list 2 It doesnt auto sync on opening the app meaning Im often working out of date before realizing it an have to pause to manually push sync Please fix Thanks              Old features missing
It takes some investment of time to get it all figured out and get organized but after a few hours of really digging into the features I realized this was well worth it To get 5 stars this app needs to change my context automatically based on location              Great todo app
Ive tried them all and found one of two problems Systems that are too simple or too complex with more options than you can figure out or need Nozbe finds a nice balance meeting the needs of a gtd system and a boring list I would rate 5 stars but overcharging for apps or lack of a universal app on a subscription bases system does not make sense Happy to pay the yearly fee but you should give the apps for free              Simple yet detailed
Greatest app ever Even better if you use the GTD program Ive only been using it for a couple of days but it has made my projects thoughts and ideas so organized and flow especially after I found I can incorporate it with my Google calendar Thank you and cheers to whoever designed this                 Awesome
There are a lot if task programs out there but this one is the best Pros easy and fast to add tasks free web site that allows you to edit and sync your tasks I like this for weekly planning sessions time estimator this is a great feature It is really nice to see at a glance the time a task will take to help with budgeting your time I think this was the feature that pushed me over to purchase projects so you can organize all of your tasks since the web site is free you can try it out before you buy the app the next actions page allows you to see all of your most important tasks across all your projects calendar shows you all tasks due today overdue or in the future design and layout of the app is clean and efficient to use 8 now syncs with google calendar Cons this would be the most amazing task app of all time if they had a drag and drop calendar it only allows for 5 projects with the one time low price app purchase if you want more than 5 projects then you have to pay an overpriced monthly fee 10 when I last looked I would rather have a one time purchase instead of a 120 a year price however if you pay the year in advance its a little cheaper Highly recommend                 Love this app
Be ready to spend some but if you want to get organized and seriously get into GTD go for it 4 stars instead of 5 just because of the price              Somewhat expensive but overall very good GTD implementation app

I keep coming back to nozbe because it has some great features But I need to be able to sort tasks alphabetically and it wont do that Please           Cant alphabetize
Much better than most of crap out there having tried several I like to pair this with good old fashioned paper calendar time sheet for best of both worlds Plus paying put the nose obliges you to actually keep using it                 Good
Thank god for Macoscope If it were not for their app I may have decided to leave Nozbe The interface is very slick and attractive The app is responsive and a joy to use I cant figure out why Nozbe decided to develop their own apps I have tried Nozbes new apps and have found them to be unusable Nozbe should have stuck with Macoscope being their main app developer rather than bringing it in house                 Great update

Our team of three developers recently purchased a Team version of Nozbe to keep track of project tasks and hand off issues to each other It has been a real boon to us I give Nozbe 5 stars but there just a few things they still need to improve One is that the designated supervisor cannot determine the Next Action statuses for an employee Another is the extreme wimpiness of the Desktop version of the app this the only product I use where the iPhone and iPad apps are more robust than the desktop app                 Great app
