Nordstrom for iPad

Crashes every 5 minutes and all the items added in the cart are gone     Crashes

This app used to be decent albeit slow to load After the most recent update it just doesnt work at all that is if you actually want to put anything your shopping bag and make a purchase     Update unusable

I dont like this new version for the ipad 50 of the time it doesnt work I have ipad original Maybe it works better with ipad 2     ipad version

I cant add items to my cart Ive tried restarting my iPad and killing the app Nothing works     This is awful

The app is a terrible reflection on Nordstroms great stores Its hard to put things in the shopping bag and if you walk away for a minute it empties and you have to start again Frustrating and just to top it off this is the second time Ive written this review The first one just disappeared when I tried to add the nickname     What a terrible app

Love the app for the phone but this iPad app is terrible Seems more social than a way to shop Lame     Terrible to navigate

The new version does not allow for filtering on searches Try to find for example a pair of mens beige Tommy Bahama linen shorts You cant do it you have to surf through either all Tommy Bahama apparel or all shorts           New version less efficient

This could be a great app It is set up beautifully Easy to find products search etc but for the past few months the following things happen 1 try to put something in your cart and it just keeps running and running You have to exit out Ironically if you then go to normal site the product is there in your cart Had 6 of one item in there do to frustrated tapping in the app 2 keeps forgetting login info even though the save login button is on 3 crashes every other time you go in It has just become a pain to use Please FIX        I am bummed

This is a great store with wonderful customer service and fresh inventory The ideas behind this app also seem greatbut the app just keeps crashing andor freezing I have been able to check out successfully a couple of times but 3 out of 4 times I switch to an Internet browser to continue shopping I hope that 1 the crashingfreezing becomes a rare rather than expected thing 2 I can see what items in my wish list are sold out just as I can in Internet browser 3 I can save for later or move to wish list from my cart in app just as I can in Internet browser        App keeps crashingfreezing

Hard to believe the iPad version has issues since the iPhone app works flawlessly This iPad version has too many bugs I hope the developers see thishere are the most annoying 1 when trying to switch payment methods for example from the nordstroms card to the debit version only the default one shows Which means you have to go to your account and then payment method and change the card you want to use to default Very annoying 2 When the pick up instore option is chosen And the ZIP Code input box pops up the keyboard retractsVery annoying please fix ASAP           Needs some work

I love the IPad app for Nordstrom So many companies are trying to make their iPad app like their online stores but shopping on the iPad is different and I feel like Nordstrom has recognized that Its easy to use and the products are easy to see It makes online shopping simple Great job again Nordstrom                 I love it

You can find items quit easily however the system either crashes or freezes when trying to complete the order Specifically I was unable to input my zip code Cmon man     Pitiful

They need to add a feature so you can buy other items their models are wearing and not just the one item you clicked on If I want the complete outfit I should be able to buy it           Needs work

I am a HUGE Nordies shopper and could not be more disappointed with this app I cannot get items to load in my shopping cart it crashes all the time and I just had trouble adding and an additional address so I had to abandon my purchase The look and feel setup etc is great problem is that it only works half the time Thumbs down        App is not on par with Nordstrom Brand

This app is really poor crashes constantly and items I place in my shopping bag are then lost And you cant leave things in the bag every time I do and want to wait and think about it when I go back the items are usually gone Also please work on the search function you should be able to sort by more than one category ie top rating and on sale I could go on but as I said please go copy Zappos they do it right        Please go copy Zappos

When shopping for shoes can only filter by one item and there are only 3 shoe sizes shown 6 65 and 7 but a full range of sizes on the Nordstrom web site so cant actually make a purchase from the app A waste of time if you actually want to buy shoes           Waste of time for shoes

This app is terrible They need to upstate stat Everytime I try to complete a purchase with the app my credit card is denied If I go in to safari to complete my purchase the credit card works fine What gives     Need a new update

The app doesnt work every time I look up an item it tells me we are unable to complete your request at this time     App Doesnt Work

Overall I like the layout and the ease of finding items My issue is with the wish list Too many items I click on Add to Wish List and it just keeps loading So I have to press add to cart instead A real annoyance since its been like this for a long time At one point it worked maybe like 2 weeks ago now its back to that I really hope this is fixed because I dont like going on safari when I have the app UPDATE still an issue with the wish list but thats not why I decided to write more Theres also a problem with the sign in If I have it checked to always keep me logged in why do I have to keep typing in my password when I enter the app every day I mean come on I think Ill just remove the app and use the website        Problems with Wish List

Nordstrom has the best app of all the other department stores out there Period Its friendly useable and certainly pretty darn polished like the store itself Im sure it could use a few improvements like scrolling back to the correct place after you click on an item and then go back to the previous screen But in general its snappy and I def make a ton of purchases using the iPad app                 I think its great

This updated app is great Pictures load quickly The filters are a great way to edit the categories to limit results to your criteria You can choose your stores to show events and have all the recent catalogs at your fingertips This is an A app                 Love love love it

I love shopping Nordstrom online and instore but this app is often frustrating I can rarely access item reviews and if I navigate away from the app it takes me away from my shopping and back to the homepage when I return If these problems weird fixed Id be more inclined to use it more often        Not so functional

I spent two hours happily doing my shopping When ready to check out had to change my address The space to add new address would be so limited that I could never enter city state or zip code What a joke a waste of my time Never again I will use it or buy online at Nordstroms     The worst shopping app Ever

I too experienced the same crashing issues others have mentioned but those have been resolved Shopping and searching on the app now works fine for me but I have been having major issues with the payment methods and payment features I added my card received an error tried it a couple more times received errors Now I have that same card on my profile 7 times and am unable to delete them receive more errors I try to make a purchase and enter my info and receive an Unable to process your request error I tried going straight through the website and receive the same error Nordstrom please fix     Needs help

Wasted nearly half an hour just trying to get through checkout Could never get past my billing zip code field not accessible Screen also difficult to seenavigate as you are filling out One must keep repositioning Super annoying Gave up Will just go through browser next time     Checkout pg is a mess
