New York Transport Map - Free Subway Map on iPhone and iPad

Gets me around NYC                 GREAT

This app made me feel right at home as my photography pals and I traversed the city on a weekend trip We had no clue how to get around the block forget about going from Manhatten to Coney Island We did it Took the subway and the bus              A Must Have

Havent used that often but so far so good              Jury still out

With this app I was able to navigate NYC like a local My visit was enhanced by the simple ability of knowing which train to take where the stations are and all of this with great ease I am returning to NYC again in a month and I have got it on my iPad this time again Buhle from South Africa              Would go to New York without it

Has directions and fastest route to location but doesnt have additional bus routes LIRR routes or walking time and goes by train stations              1 thing missing

You get one map of the subway even though the developers tout a concept of map packs This app is pretty worthless as there are tons of free apps out there with better interfaces Dont bother     Bait and switch

I have found this ap handy a few times because when I am on the subway I find it hard to go over to the map in the car and look over and around the people who are sitting in front of it I am disabled and find it hard to walk around on the moving train I always travel with my iPad so it is with me any way I can also help visitors to our city to find their stop if they ask for directions I used it after Sandy when so many stations downtown were impacted by flood              Handy map ap

I downloaded this to try to figure out the best way to get to a Path station and I wanted to see what an app would be like to use to quickly map city routes on the Subway The app took me to a station where the suggested lines no longer stop and even if i did take those trains from a different station the connection to the Path train only was possible with one of those lines I would have been all kinds of lost if I was relying on this to get to my destination It also had a clunky interface When trying to get more information the only additional screen was to purchase an upgraded version of the app I would have paid for an upgraded version if the information was correct but it was wrong wrong wrong In order to submit this review which I have never ever done beforebut felt compelled to do to save folks any hassles of getting lost I had to give it a star rating Zero stars wasnt an option Keep working at it     Wrong Just wrong

It is just a map no help with routes buses etc     Useless

This is a fabulous app especially for out of towners to get around Easy to follow and route              Great App

I can rarely find an updated map on a bus and in fact the last printed copy I have is from 2006 If you need a bus or subway map of NYC this is the way to go                 Works
