I have tried a few Bible apps and this one is by far the best The interface animations and presentation of the text are all top notch Being able to highlight and bookmark verses is easy to use The choice of translations is impressive                 Best Bible app

It really puts the Word of God frontandcenter by using various swipe and scroll gestures I really think this is as close as you can get to the simplicity of a physical bible and still retain all the convenience from technology like bookmarking searching and mobility Only minor some titles are out of place Specifically the letter titles in Revelations Letter to Ephesus etc This bug is in the HCSB version if that helps                 True Alternative to Physical

Love the app Nice to have a fast clean Bible app But would love to see improvement on search results When searching the results only show one line and it starts at beginning at verse So if word I am searching is in later part of verse then it is not displayed Either include whole verse or show part of verse with the word I am searching for Thanks              Love it but one request

wish they would allow scrolling without the stops between chapters and books and just start where last left off without asking every time theres a couple other minor bugs or things here and there they could optimize but overall a good effort              tied with crossways esv for the best

If youre looking for a clean simple bible app with all the right functionality get this one Its made exceedingly well The 4 stars is due only to the limited translations available If the developers continue to add support for more translations especially ESV even a paid option then this will be the perfect app for actually reading the bible without all the clutter of other features              Beautiful and It Just Works

Ive been waiting for a bible app like this to come by for a long time a simple clean app to read the bible in bed during commute and during church Its great because its always available even without an Internet connection and it loads searches and scrolls better and faster than any other reading app out there bible or otherwise The NASB translation is great but I am super excited that the HCSB version was added for free this is my currently goto translation Having the bible on my iPhone is much more practical and cheaper than buying a 30 print version of the same translation Great job developers                 Favorite Bible App

Design wise this is it Stop looking for better because it doesnt exist The other Bible apps load up the app with useless albeit well intentioned layers The flaws with NeuBible are twofold 1 Size is unreasonable 159MB for an out of the box app with no inapp purchases 2 How can a Bible app be released with ESV not being part of the core translations And after the big update still no ESV Youre disappointing the Reformed folks here bruhs Overall great app with what I consider two easy to fix problems              Almost perfect

super slick interface that is even easier for my mom to navigate compared to the previous app she used only qualm is wish the text size could be enlarged to an almost exaggerated amount may not be utilized by most but for older eyes like my moms sure would be useful              nice

Bummed out that inapp purchases are so expensive And that I had to pay money for the app because I got it the second I heard about how beautiful it was even though its free now You shouldnt have to pay for the NIV or NASB Please make those free so I can actually use this app that I spent money on        Doesnt have standard Bible versions

Its funny isnt it that when something is so well designed so well thought through that whats getting the attention is not the design at all but the content Its such a breath of fresh air such a freeing experience to shift my reading app from YouVersion to NeuBible Thanks for removing all the friction My greatest hope is that you will offer purchase of the Good News Translation My next would be reading plans specifically a chronological reading plan                 Back to the Bible GNB Reading Plans

I have used a number of Bible apps and most are laid out pretty clunky or overly complicated No I dont know why either This one was the first which was really designed well for a smart phone I see others are now imitating it too                 Clean and simple Elegant

Info says NKJV available in app but you find after downloading that you must pay 999 Therefore I deleted     NKJV Cost

NeuBible is wonderful for actually reading the Bible It looks fantastic It doesnt clutter things up like some other Bible apps do with social features or other bells and whistles Yes it doesnt have study notes or crossreferences or whatever so its not necessarily designed for indepth study But for reading whether personal or in a group context its excellent                 Great for actually reading the Bible

As mentioned by another reviewer OliveTree is a fantastic resource for Bible study The resources available within it are broad And if youre willing to wait and watch you can get everything you want for a discount But ever since an update about 18 months ago its been very buggy Theyve struggled to fix the problems but nagging ones remain For instance when you turn pages major parts of pages will be blank For some reason they just cant seem to fix that NeuBible is not a Bible study app But its a wonderful app for reading the Bible It looks beautiful Its not bloated with features As useful as those features are they seem to be difficult for the above mentioned app to implement NeuBible is just a joy to use to read the Bible And now that the NKJV is available Im going to be using it much more than just as a back up for when I get frustrated with OliveTree                 Love it

This app leads the way for what the reading experience on iOS should look like One thing though Dont buy anything from them right away I bought the app 2 and the NIV 10 immediately when they first came out to help support the developers As well as the NASB and a color pack However they made the app free and now with the latest update the NIV is half off You would definitely do well not to buy anything from NeuBible when it is first released Give it a few weeks and itll probably be significantly discounted Learn from my mistakes        Great app Buyer beware on purchases

This app is beautiful The reading experience is what Ive been looking for YouVersion has gotten to complex Neubible gets us back to the point and simplicity One suggestion based on the goal being to return to a more simple bible reading experience give an option to remove verse numbers and chapter breaks That would be a great way to get back to how the bible was originally written I love being able to find verses when needed but this option would be a great addition to the reading experience and hasnt been done in any other app Pave the way for us Neubible                 Best bible app

This bible app is so beautiful and easy to use that Ive switched over and use this full time now The bookmarking and notes functionality isnt as robust as some other apps but it is there Im sure it will gain even more functionality over time This isnt just a great bible app it is a great book reading app in general Hard to believe the development team is only two people theyve really knocked it out of the park on this one                 Beautiful design

So happy to have ESV Instabuy This is the most beautiful and wonderful Bible app that I have ever used Its so easy to use and so elegantly designed I love the text selection highlighting and search features I do feel like the night mode needs a lot of refinement The background needs to be MUCH darker It looks pretty weird and hard to read when I read it at night before falling asleep It would also be nice if the tint color would extend to the actual text Maybe matching the verse numbers to the tint It would also be great to have a URL so that I can quickly open the app That combined with schemes to look verses up and search for words would make it so powerful                 Very Beautiful

I love this The only thing thats keeping me from making it my main Bible app is the absence of the NRSV translation And I know quite a few others who Ive tried to convince to use it who are waiting for the NRSV           Love it but desperate for the NRSV

Great app only a couple things I would change Its kind of annoying being asked every time I open the app if I want to return to where I was reading And if they say something like turn to psalm 108 in church youre scrolling for days to get to the chapter Otherwise its great              Almost perfect
