Love this app Been using it for several years and it gets better and better I consistently subscribe to nba league pass which makes it sweeter to watch live games but this app is my daily source for all things nba                 Basketball fans you need this

This app used to he perfect but since March 24 game recaps arent loading Please fix ASAP           No recaps

The iPhone version lets you listen to any game Though the screen shots for the ipad show the sound icon its not in the app so you cannot actually listen to the game like you can on the iPhone version Please fix     No audio broadcasts

Its one thing to throw you into an advertisers web site but how about providing a way back into the main app Accidentally tapping on an ad takes me to an inapp web page without any means of exiting that web page Ive looked for a close window box or other form of option to go back to the main content NOTHING The only option was for me to force quit the app and relaunch it FIX THIS BUG PLEASE     Cant exit advertising Have to force quit

Cannot log in to this app using my NBA League Pass credentials like I was told I could do I sent a support request to customer support twice but no response Its been 3 weeksSTILL no response Im done with this app and NBA League Passcrap     Total Crap

Cant watch highlights Whats the point of the update if everything stops working     Video Crashes

Stats dont keep up game video recap plays for 5 seconds then stops Fix the bugs then Ill use it     Great idea miserable execution

I tried to use this app about one week before the playoffs And now is the second day for the playoffs and the app cannot be used on my iPad and iPhone Do I really need to try a third one to make sure this app is broken     Please help me out will you

iPad version is very buggy Box scores show up empty 25 of time           Needs fixing

It wont let me log in to NBA league pass I got a pass yesterday but I can only log in on a computer but not my iPad              Update

The broadcast rights that determine if and when you can watch any games from this app are unnecessarily complicated and frustrating Anybody giving this app a higher rating either has low standards or has clearly never tried to use it     Poorly conceived broadcast rights

The videos need to be fix its take a very long time for it to play all the way thru I thought it was my wifi but this is the only app I have that problem with Besides that great app tho              Video trouble

Every year activation is a pain Designed for iPad and iPhone but cant activate account on them Now app is going to be ios7 For what Way harder than it needs to be Every year And only getting harder For no reason Have to activate on something that runs the absolute newest flash version for what Its a shame they make this so hard considering what the service costs     Pain in the rear yearly

I honestly cant believe how terrible this app is The user flow is way too complicated I still havent figured out how to close many of the informational windows that pop open when I click to view info on a specific aspect of the game Of course theres no competition so why would the NBA care And why should you     Really

If you want scores and basic statsboxscore then use some other app This app has lots of cool features but it often quits updating everything Usually this happens in the second half of games when you really want to follow along Not very reliable content Update Playoffs day one and of course no stats are working in the IndyAtlanta game I like to view stats while I watch league pass on tv but often had the same problem all year long in getting current box scores Youd think with only one game underway the NBA could manage to push stats Guess not        Has problems keeping up with games

This was my go to app for nba games but has lately got stuck on the ides of match The individual game recaps was exceptionally great Pls fix this 5 star app thats now masquerading as a one star app or I will have to test out the efficacy of my healthcare coverage stemming from frustration           Did the app miss the obamacare deadline

I never review apps Ever But I thought because of the large amount of I spend every year on this I should say something 3 years Ive gotten this app 3 years its been horrible Crashes wont load I didnt even get to choose the teams I wanted to watch last year It defaulted to the teams I chose from the year before God forbid you email them and try to get some help All you will get is canned responses that have nothing to do with your issues They then close the issue ticket even if they didnt help you with anything Lifelong Spurs fan that travels all over the country Cant get an explanation why I cant watch a spurs rockets game in Kansas Wasnt nationally or locally televised No response after email Spurs Sacramento game in Birmingham Alabama Nope Same issues Now in Nashville Tennessee and cant see spurs Phoenix game This time when the watch now window opens I get the kings Portland game Theyre not even playing tonight Its an archived game I dont know what the problem is but I spend a lot of on this app the nfl app the mlb app Those apps have no problems and will continue to get my Not the nba with this piece of garbage not after this year     Worst App Ever

You cant watch your local team There are random blackouts all the time and even if you try to follow your team during a game with this app the play by play feature rarely works This thing was such a complete waste of money     Waste of money

I downloaded this primarily to watch videos but every time I click on a video it either crashes half way through the highlight or the entire app freezes up Disappointment I expected more from a huge company like the NBA        Videos crash

Anytime you try to watch a game recap video on this app it crashes and ends the video after about 5 seconds Unfortunately there are many other glitches too     Videos Crash
