Im having crashing issues because it doesnt want to update           Kid loves it when it works

I LOVE Nat geo kids I used to have the printed version until my mom said I could get the digital on But when I downloaded the app the magazine wont load it says an error occurred cannot load so I waited until the next month thinking that it just hadnt delivered But the same thing happened I love Nat George kids and it would be a shame if i had to delete it but I will if you guys dont fix it my mother didnt pay 20 for nothing        Please fix it

I bought the NG for kids back in July to be sent to my grandsons house They are not going there Instead they have been coming to my house How can I get this fixed Please reply Thank you           Sent to wrong address

So my child is subscribed to the magazine and I wanted her to be Elle to see the digital version of it but as it turns out I will have to buy another one ARE U KIDDING ME I subscribe to the times and their digital version is free I will cancel my subscription until they change this and will do the same to every other magazine I have Its ridiculous why will I pay twice     Very disappointed already purchase magazine and you dont offer a free digital version

The new flat format is difficult to read and navigate Please bring the old interactive format back     Bring the old format back

I just bought my subscription but I cannot download this months magazine Im being asked to pay for it individually I looked forward to reading it but now I cant     My subscription

I love this app but you have to buy the stuff Im not a geek but I love to learn This app is really informational and is EPIC              Love it

Three days had passed after I bought it in iTunes but it still asks me to buy the subscription Tried dozens of times to restore purchases and still failed No responses ever return from Apple until now     Subscription never actually activated

I love the digital version of National Geographic and have been a print subscriber for years On the standard nat geo magazine you get free access to the ipad version this does not appear to be the case for Nat Geo Kids I ordered my daughter the print edition thinking the iPad version would be able to be linked I was wrong Very disappointed     Very disappointed

Useless and not practical at all You will not get a digital copy The worth 20 bucks that I spent in a long while I was not smart enough to start with one issues and bought a year subscription Shame on me     Do not buy

This is a good magazine for kids with good interactive pictures but why only landscape Who reads books or magazines in landscape mode              No portrait mode

My child was so excited to try this in addition to her paid print subscription Digital access is supposed to be included Doesnt work Keeps asking for a password that I was never prompted to create If you try to click on Support it keeps asking for an answer to a math problem and when answered just goes back to the original screen Absolutely shameful that this is from National Geographic and does not work at all Beyond buggy just useless rip off     Doesnt work Complete garbage

My Mom bought our kids the magazine for their birthdays and we hoped we would be able to read it on the iPad I dont see a way to do this in the subscription menu Why would this not be apart of the app All magazines that I have purchased in real life Im able to view on my iPad Come on make this happen Nat Geo Get with the times     Really

That you could make it so people with existing subscriptions could sign in like the National Geographic magazine and read it without buying AGAIN You guys did it for that app why dont you add this feature for this one              I would hope

Nat Geo really If your subscribers want a digital version making them have two separate subscriptions is not a way to win customers back at renewal time Dont waste your time trying to figure out this one folks wait until they announce an upgrade that allows access for current subscribers There is not even a free sample as advertized     Downloaded the app no free sample

I am subscribed to this magazine in real life and I found this app thinking I could download it to read on here But it wants me to pay for it again on here If I am subscribed in real life it should tie into here because I am not paying twice Edit The description used to say they were working on making this available for free to existing print subscribers like National Geographic does However this has been removed I hope this was a mistake and it is still being worked on because there is no way Im paying twice for this Edit 2 Yet another update still no print subscriber support Edit 3 And another Edit 4 And yet another     Subscriptions

It would only let me download one issue even though I am a subscriber to the printed issues It only lets you read in landscape Nobody reads in landscape form It also takes for ever to load Please fix     Love NGKIDS but hate this app

I have NEVER experienced customer service as bad as National Geographic Kids I wish there was a zero Ive been having problems downloading the monthly digital editions After not being able to download my editions for two months I emailed National Geographic about my problems I was emailed prewritten suggestions that was was somewhat related to my problem They even sent me an affiliate company who responded promptly and was very helpful that had nothing to do with my situation I finally got a response today December 6th to my last email Oct 23rd with the exact same lame advice If you have any problems do NOT expect any help Ill never subscribe again What an utterly frustrating experience     Worst Customer Service

Great magazine I would love to buy past issues but they are a ripoff They cost twice as much as they do regularly These issues should be cheaper then the new ones Please lower the price on these so they are more affordable to collect              Past Issues Too Expensive

I downloaded this yesterday for my iPad and we had the best time reading it I love how they made it interactive with sounds and quizzes etc what a fun magazine I had no download or crashing problems I only purchased one month but look forward to purchasing future issues                 Happy

Complete garbage The interface is terrible and it is impossible to unsubscribe once you have bought it You just continue to get charged until the end of time If you hit Customer Service it asks you a math question and then either locks up or goes back to the help screen It is a real shame as my daughter loves the print edition but we now have a sour taste because of this abysmal app     Thieves

The app is terrible Just looks like a PDF file copied into the app No interaction in the magazine And the writing is so small it gives me AND my student a headache Theres not even a way to zoom the screen I expected more from Nat Geo     Just a PDF

My kids already have a print subscription thought Id be able to get the digital version too But you cant you have to buy the magazines all over again I can get my regular NG subscription as a digital copy so I dont understand what prevents NGK from doing the same     Disappointed

Its really good this app Very convenient instead of carrying magazines around everywhere its right here on ur device The thing I dont like is the downloading it takes forever You also need to download like nearly every page Which is NOT convenient So if you guys can just speed up the process I would rate and comment better Thank you if you read this              Speed up

1st the positives It is easy to use has 2 animal videos lots of great pictures that are easy to understand what they are explanations are short and informative just what a young child needs a child can operate app with or witout parent help 2nd the negatives Initaily app would not work would not download This is what I had to do to fix the problem I purchased it on the ipad clicked download The app showed up but was blank when openedNext turned on computer downloaded app to computer Synced ipad with computer went to app area clicked sync Unplug ipad then turn off turned on 10 min later Clicked on app picture came up then clicked on download yes again The it took 2x before the app downloaded properly But works great now For some reason the app tends to have problems downloading The main reason that people are not liking this app is because they have the print version and want the app for free which the company does not do If you want the app then you have to pay They have to pay apple to place the app on the site so you have to pay to use it                 good for 35 yr olds

You should get it It is only 10 dollars for the app edition and the print edition Get it Great app                 Great App
