If youre downloading this app you probably dont have a choice as your uses it thus requiring your participation That being said its great Generally speaking My biggest complaint is very few people actually use a desktop anymore and the only way to upload documents is from a desktop I am constantly on the go so I have to email the various sundry docs to the paralegals then have them upload them This defeats the entire purpose of the added security this apps provides and wastes my time and money as far as billing hours go Otherwise its probably saved me a ton in the long run Incredibly easy interface Nobrainer document messaging main menu options Billing section only available on desktop but again a quick update to app could probably fix that           Needs updating but otherwise solid

Cmon guys This doesnt work on the iPhone 6 I     Needs update badly

I normally dont write reviews but after reading all of the negative I decided I would for this app I would rate a 45 due to the app missing a couple features that would be nice to have First off Im still using the 4s but with iOS8 I have not had any problems I can addeditdelete notes times etc The best features for me are having easy access to my contacts calendars case notes docs and direct messaging with clients all on the go It has saved me a ton of time with time entry As other people have stated you cant add a case from the app To me this isnt that big of a deal Yeah it seems like it wouldve been an easy feature to add but I dont necessarily need it I dont work exclusively from my phone I still set up a hard file and setting up the matter at the computer is not that difficult The other feature that is missing is accessing invoices Again not a deal breaker for me It would be nice to have but when Im preparing invoices I dont mind reviewing at the computer so I can go through in great detail I come from a firm that used Abacus The mobility features of MyCase are amazing compared to Abacus So if youre looking to save time and make more money this app will do it                 Great App

You have only upgraded things that are not that useful YOU MUST UPGRADE THIS APP TO INCLUDE A MULTITASKING FEATURE If I type a task and receive a phone call at the same time the task automatically deletes If I click out of the app to reference the calendar the task automatically deletes This is my third time complaining about this If this is not fixed I will move on to another company     Upgrade ASAP

It worked great on my old iOS 7 now its worthless I work for a fairly large firm and we use mycase I use it everyday along with all of my coworkers and attorneys The web version is great but the app big selling point to our firm doesnt work and now is just a bunch of crap Fix it now or youll lose our business        Really

I got an iPhone 6 and couldnt enter new time entries I deleted reinstalled the app and its working again I like the app but I wish it had a builtin timer and the ability to add new cases But I can run the web version on my iPad so its not that big of a deal at this point           Works for me in iOS 8

The webbased application is great However the mobile app is mostly useless I cannot add calendar entries notes contacts documents etc I can view very basic case information but thats it To work around the ineffectiveness of the app Im forced to log onto my case from my iPhones and iPads safari browser Hopefully my case will update the app to be more useful in the future     Law firm Owner

I have been very happy with the service since I am a solo practice attorney and having my cases kept electronically allows me to work on the go I just upgraded to the iPhone 6 Plus in part thinking that the larger screen would help me do more However the app doesnt work very well on iOS 8 apparently I cant enter notes or see old notes It makes the service useless and now more cumbersome It was not a surprise that iOS 8 was coming out yet no upgrade to the app REALLY Now I am seriously reconsidering my decision to use mycase This is not what I expected     App useless with iOS 8

No access to documents This app LOOKS great and the web software is good but this app needs work FAST           Good start Needs more work

This app is truly great I can work from anywhere thanks to this app The only things I would like to see added are the ability to add a case work offline and do billing Besides that this app is perfect My clients are especially happy being kept updated and having the ability to communicate with us through MyCase              Great App

I am highly frustrated MyCase has good and just ok aspects but the best part was the ability to pull up docs and communicate with clients from my iPhone I was looking forward to being able to actually read items in client files in MyCase with my new iPhone 6 with the larger screen but lo and behold I cant do squat Cant open and read or send messages to clients or view documents associated with particular cases or use the note function or really much other than the calendar Im very very unhappy with this     AttorneyOwner

12 our cases are missing and the calendar has no appointments from November 16 forward Forced to export to google to see a day in any useful format Really a useless app     Awful

This app stinks I love the program but the app needs some serious work Please fix because I love the program Update from dec 18 App still stinks Program though is awesome Been using it since Sept and clients and staff LOVE it Please fix the appn     Stinks

The app doesnt include any push notifications which it DESPERATELY needs to be able to do if the user so chooses in order to adequately notify the user of important dateschangeetc The layout is easy enough to navigate but is too basic not including enough of the features I have access to from my office If there is going to be an app for MyCase it should at least have relatively similar abilities to the website All in all a waste of space The company should use some of the money that each of use toss at them monthly and create an app worth having        Terribly basic

I recently started using MyCase in my private practice and I am very happy with the web interface However the iOS app is mostly useless under iOS 8 I can view info but cannot add any new tasks expenses time entries etc One of the reasons I originally chose to go with MyCase was the availability of a mobile app as I am out of my office frequently and the ability to manage my practice from my phone was very attractive Please please update the mobile app to make it play well with both iOS 8 and the iPhone 66 Thats would be a difference maker in my book        Does not work well with iOS 8 or iPhone 6

Ive had this app for more than a year now And nothing that I can see has been improved Mycase is the first dedicated case management software Ive used Parts of it I like but the development sure seems to lag There are a lot of pretty obvious structural things that dont seem to be getting done and it makes me wonder if theyre just implementing bandaid solutions Im losing my confidence and this app is a large part of the reason why        Unimpressed

Could be much much more useful if 3 things were added 1 Ability to access while offline 2 Ability to add Cases 3 Ability to do Billing        Not nearly as useful as it should be

Needs a serious update for iOS 7 It really needs notification settings        Update

I love MyCase but the mobile app is useless Calendar doesnt work no access to notes or tasks and everything that you can access is read only At the very least there should be a mobile timer Lately the app has crashed every time I try to use it I would complain but I havent really noticed a change in functionality     Pretty much useless

Thats the description of this revision a new logo Rather than fixing a logo how about fixing the long list of stuff thats been broken in this app since iOS 6 or so The Messages function is unusable The Comments function is unusable The case management function is unusable Whole swaths of this app are completely and totally broken and has been totally broken for a very long time About all I can do with it now is look up my clients phone numbers     Logo updates

There is no excuse for this app not working correctly on my iPhone I am about to switch to another company if they dont get this together soon First of all I am in big fan of MyCase With that said this app for the iPhone simply does not work on my iPhone 6 I cant add appointments or events because you cant select case links The only thing is any good for is checking your calendar but to do that accurately you have to have a computer next to you or an iPad This app does work correctly on the iPad for everyones information The only reason I am writing this review is so this company gets on this issue I reported this to them probably over 6 to 8 weeks ago and it still is not been fixed     They are about to lose a 2 year customer

The app is useless with iPhone 6 or 6 Please fix this This is very frustrating considering I am out of the office quite a bit I agreed to pay for the iCloud based software largely in part because of its supposed mobility     Useless with IPhone 6

Was once a great and useful app Has been a POS for a long time Unusable A completely ineffective and worthless complement to a great site     Once great now garbage

The web version is fantastic but this app is pretty useless as it is I think maybe they just released it so that they could say they have an app The only thing that shows up are my contacts The calendar does not show my events and none of my matterscases show up in the app Despite this I am very optimistic about the potential for this app as MyCase itself is a great service Hope they fix this soon        Needs improvement

The app for iPhone is awesome as is the web version of the software The iPad version doesnt really function except as a means of accessing information you entered elsewhere So much more could be done with the iPad app considering how awesome the web version is and how useful the iPhone version is           Great App that is not so great on iPad

Why in the world would you not make it possible on a mobile app to add calendar events or change current entries from the iPhone That is likely the most important thing attorneys need to be able to do outside the office with the exception of billing I hope this app gets some attention soon     Needs some serious overhauling

I can access my calendar but cannot add appointments via the app There is a bug that prevents one from accessing the pull down menu of cases Also I cant access or read any of the PDFs that were uploaded from desktop so no way to read documents on the go Good start but needs some TLC to rid it of the bugs           Shows promise needs a few fixes

The design is not very pleasing at all the iPhone icon alone is so dated but also the desktop layout is not very intuitive Not sure why Im paying so much a month for an app that wont allow me to manipulate generate and manage my invoices on the go if you can I havent figured it out after three months of use Overall the experience is meh           Hmm

This is by far the fastest and most stable app for a cloud based practice management program out there                 Top notch

Ive used the Mycase app for close to a year on my old IPhone 5 I loved it Sure it didnt do everything I needed but it did enough I remember using paper calendars for appointments and time keeping However I recently upgraded to IPhone 6 and many of the functions stopped working Mycase needs to address this quickly or potentially lose subscribers Hoping for the best        Two stars for IOS8 version only

I cant even login to the app anymore since I tried reinstalling it to solve problems Problems like not being able to type into fields or save any activity Wasted space on my phone until a major update comes out     Worthless

I can hardly begin to express how much I like the new MyCase program The previous version was buggy never really worked right and almost caused me to give up on MyCase entirely With this new app its become my most useful program on my iPhone or even on my computer at work                 From worst to First

Edit and delete no longer work on calendar items once youve upgraded to iOS 8 And it would be soooo much better if the app allowed you to see your colleagues calendars because unless youre a solo you work with your colleagues and need to know when theyre available For the most basic functionality looking up phone numbers and your own calendar its a big improvement over nothing The final item on my wish list is an app for clients the client interface is why most of us chose My Case over some more functional competitors           Not so great with iOS 8

Definitely works After getting my phone I deleted the app and reinstalled from the App Store Everything was fine and works for iPhone 6 and ios8                 Works fine with iOS 8 and iPhone 6

This is a great app once again I lost some of the features once I upgraded my phone but they have since updated the app for iPhone 6 I called and was told I had to delete the app then reinstall to get the latest iOS update to work I can bill my time and expenses on the go I can obtain client info and call them even when Im outside of the office Great software Great app                 Finally updated to support iPhone 6

The first version was very light on features This version is PACKED with features So far it seems like they put all the web sites features in the palm of your hand They took this version seriously its pretty much their web site packed in an iOS app MyCase has really picked up there game keep it up                 Amazingly better than the first version

I love this program on the web and know theyll keep working till they get it right I just hope adding messages and appointments becomes available from the app and it will be 5 stars              Love mycase Please add msgs and appts

When adding a contact you cant input a number You cant add new cases from mobile What kind of mobile casecontact management app doesnt let you do this I dont get it You start building the app and in the first 10 minutes of design it should have been adding a case and adding contact info Then once thats done you look at it and say well we did everything this HAS to do What is left that we can do to give it some Extras But nope Not MyCase The lazy programmers just copypasted code from the initial adding of a contact when creating a case on the website WHICH BY THE WAY YOU ALSO CAN NOT ADD A PHONE NUMBER ONLY EMAIL Extra steps involved and wasted time to get to a place to add a phone number I let them know how ridiculous this was a month ago Through many different channels Thats enough time for someone who has never coded in their life to figure out how to make a program that asks for a phone number ALSO This wouldnt be such a big deal except you have to pay a monthly fee per user of law firm for this Junk Get your act together You add all these bells and whistles and skip over the most important thing a case management system should have Adding cases and adding phone numbers to contacts As I type it the words seem so ludicrous to even type How could you forget this simple thing        No phone number or adding cases DUMB

MyCase is a complete disaster full of bugs Whenever I call customer support about basic issues they basically tell me oh well thats not something we can do anything about Do yourself a huge favor and STAY AWAY I just switched to CLIO and I am much happier for it     Full of Bugs Terrible product Stay AWAY

The mycase website shows an image of am iPad running the mycase app There is an icon for what appears to be messages Unfortunately messages arent available even in this iPhone version and there really isnt any iPad version I can find If theyre working on one great but remove the misleading image from the site Wasted a lot of time on this resource     Deceptive and dishonest

Great app to compliment an awesome case management service These guys are great very quick to respond to all of my questions and seem to have a lot planned to make this even better If you want to make things easy for you and your clients then this is what you need Leaps and bounds better than the other cloud based case management products out there                 Fabulous
