My Medical Info

I just started using this app and it works okay but there are a few issues First when I used my iPhones contact to populate my doctors information not all of the information came over such as web site Why offer this if all of the fields are not linked Second when I sent my medical information to myself via PDF none of the information on my medications appeared This is the main reason that I wanted to use an app such as this        PDF Has Bugs

Ive already dumped three other apps from my phone This ones a keeper for sure It has none of the superfluous junk the others have I know I can simply hand my phone to the ER nurse with all my uncles data quickly available and no errors of memory Buy this app if you want the best at a good price                 Fast easy accessable

I love the new upgrades I hate filling out paperwork and remembering my medical history so this app is a lifesaver for me Now I just need to fill it out for my kids                 Love this app

No log for medications No way to see past medicationswhy stopped when     Wishing I could return apps

App does what it says easy to use Lets you put enough information in it to have a good record Wish it had a doctor appointment tracker so of I had to find out when I had a specific appointment was in the past I could easily find the date and read any important notes I may have left Maybe a feature like that would be added one day Would change my rating to a five           Like it

I really like the app BUTSorting of items in various ways is needed Some items need added fields Transfer by bluetooth seems broken in iOS 7 It worked previously Im unable to get ANY response from the company There is no convenient way to get data out to put it into another appwhich I am looking for           If only

Downloaded this app to keep track of my grandfathers medical history I set up and maintain his profile and share it with other family members who are involved with his care Fixes Even with the new version I cant export medical team and medication info Those sections come up blank in PDF and text format Id say those are probably the 2 most important categories and its disappointing I cant share that info Suggestions Add a section for logging information relevant to specific doctor appointments So for each doctors visit the patients blood pressure heart rate temperature and other useful information can be stored This way its easier to refer back or share information between doctors For example my grandfather sees five specialty doctors regularly primary cardiologist pediatrist endocrinologist and dentist To have the ability to cross reference vitals and notes from various appointments would be so helpful              Great app with tons of potential

This is a wonder app for my needs I have an elderly mother who has a lengthy medication list as do I for a chronic condition and this app is WONDERFUL for my needs at Drs to provide them with a list of medications and procedures Also great for keeping my husbands Drs info so I can call and schedule his appointments as he doesnt lie going to the Dr even when he needs to                 Great app

Overall a very handy app that can hold a lot of detail regarding each family member There could be some things added for convenience list of medications to choose from calendar for past and future appointments procedures tabs to space the info out instead of scrolling down But overall a very good app              Good overall needs a couple of things

The app is missing a section to enter doctors visits I should be able to enter the date of the visit notes on what happened at the visit medication prescribed and what was discussed with the doctor There should also be a journal section to keep track of anything medical related        Just ok

Looks like the app who track everything I wanted but the sync function doesnt Sent email with no response Dont waste your money if you want sync     Sync

I have had this app for over a year and as support changed things the app gets worse Now I have updated to the new IPhone 6 and lost all my information that was in the app on my old IPhone 5 I followed instructions on saving and sending pdf file and still nothing works So before you get this app do some checking I have email my problems and have not heard back from support Im not happy and Im looking for another medical tracking app        Dont Believe Everything Here

Love this app Was able to put all my husbands and my info in here All our medicines are listed all of our procedures Ect Highly recommend this app                 Medical records

This is by far the best medical app But for quite some time it was not updated for the latest IOS It has now been updated and is better than ever Highly recommend                 ITS BACK

LOVE this app Great for keeping track of my kids Would love to put multiple dates for the same vaccines and remove certain sections to make it less cluttered as my kids dont work etc Definitely worth the money                 Love it

Thanks for the update to transfer profiles with pictures It would be nice to add to the settings sort options by date ascending or descending for the different sections like the Procedures Thanks                 Great App

Love it I am using it I have many issues medical history and keep forgetting my info So far this helps Wish I could add pictures of my pills medicine Or that I could sort them ie pills vitamins OTC as needed etc and that there was a seperate space to put the prescribing drs name I have so much info doubt it can hold it all But this should still help thank you for making it              Great but could be even better

I love this app being a parent of child special needs who takes lots of meds this app is a life saver I wish it had a section of meds that we tried that didnt work and had to be changed Other then that I love this app I showed my sons dr and she wrote it down to share with others Thank you very much this app is a lifesaver Thank you for the update                 Love this APP

So much easier to use now and I was amazed that all the info that I already entered was translated over to the new version                 New update is beautiful

There is no way to incorporate labs and other diagnostics test which would be not only helpful but a valuable tool necessary for your medical record           Diagnostic tool needed

Absolutely wonderful When I had my stroke my daughter didnt know all the important information needed With this its all at your fingertips And it can be transferred to her I Phone Cant say enough good things about it                 Nora Rudd

This is a great tool a timesaver when filling out forms at the drs officethe other day we were talking about health insurance with our agent I was able to share my profile instead of having to look things up I have been recommending it to others                 Great App

Need to update medications so they will appear in alphabetical order Procedures need to be in chronological order Add entry space for phone numbers on insurance Add entry for local and mail order pharmacy info Add ability to reset or delete password On procedures add ability to show only year blank for month day        Suggested updates

Pick list for conditions limited and found myself typing same stuff over and over again Copy contact feature for providers but not family members If there is this functionality it wasnt apparent to me           Too much typing

Great to have a Location to view my current recent and past Conditions to track my current Health status              Very important for tracking health needs and progressive issues

I am a retired RN A part of my job was calling patients scheduled for a procedure to review hisher medical history and medications and this App is great for such occasions or when going to the Doctor I love it                 RN Gives Big Okay

Like a lot of the feature but I dont see where you can put in medication when you need to take 3x daily           Good But

This app used to work very well before the previous update Now it needs a major update to fix the problems it has For one thing its no longer very voiceover friendly Very difficult to find the correct Field to fillin with a visual impairment Boxes dont line up correctly correctly with what youre trying to fillin A delete button option should be created to allow the user to delete any old profiles Unable to insert physicians name and information from contacts This used to be a very good app like I said before Hopefully it can return to that state        Needs updated

This last update wiped the info Prior to that it was an okay resource Worst part is that it is I noticed it wiped my info when checking in for surgery so the timing couldnt be worse yet those situations are what this app was made for Unhappy that it is now unreliable     Wiped my info
