Been using classic version for years updated app and it no longer recognizes my password Contacted developer and was lectured about upgrading to cloud based app for storage That s not what I purchased originally I should be able to use it as originally designed Developer simply said nothing more could be done Now update available but I ve moved on Sloppy Find another app     Help Princess349

Update to my review 09 28 2017 I reached out to the developer and the President of the company himself replied my email We exchanged several emails and he could not be more courteous informative and caring My whole perception changed He followed up with me and advised me of the changes coming and how hard they were working on a solution And it came Thank you Joe and the whole team We customers usually are quick to criticize and complain I think we should also be twice as quick to recognize peoples genuine effort to help their customer In technology things like these happen They re upsetting but fortunately in this instance it got resolved Again thank you Software Ops To the developer How can I contact you guys Your last update cut my access to the app need passwords for work You guys locked me out Now you broke my access with your latest update I can t get into the app to retrieve the passwords with which I work                     Awesome Dharma Prema

I ve had use this app for a few years now and with the latest update it has now said my password is incorrect and with multiple attempts it will change my password and delete my saved content Now what So great what am I suppose to do now Update so the developer wrote telling me to update to the 3 something version Well I did and all it s wanting is for me to start a whole new account from scratch All my info is still gone Went ahead a deleted the app and begin using a new password app and resetting ALL my passwords on everything Stay away from this app and developer if you hold anything dear to you DON T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY Thanks for nothing     STAY AWAY Fox RN

I ve been using the My Eyes Only app for several years and with many different iPhone generations so I began to really put trust into its reliability and security I know my password to enter the app like the back of my hand I ve never changed the password so it s become routine for me to enter over the years of utilizing the app Today September 21 2017 I just updated my iPhone to iOS 11 0 and now I can t get into the app I ve entered the CORRECT password in multiple times but it states it s incorrect NOT TRUE I ve entered the correct password in so many times that it now states that if I enter it incorrectly again it will delete all my data I ve lost everything freaking fabulous Useless app     App Error Locked Me Out Aimers2007

I ve had this app MEO for sometime now Long enough To build an extensive password list I ve put a lot of Time and effort into entering ALL my passwords The once A year fee of 14 99 was a little much I thought But I figured with unlimited access And unlimited password space I would just stay with MEO Classic So now I find out that they are FORCING everyone to upgrade to MEO PRO version And We are limited to the amount of passwords Which you are basically forced to pay 9 99 To enter your data unlimited BUT JUST LIKE BEFORE IN THE CLASSIC VERSION They basically sold their app To people Left it on the App Store for a long while Lied to customers about unlimited usage They know it would be a pain in the butt to switch over to another app similar So everyone will just end up Paying the extra 9 99 Guess what TAKE YOUR APP AND STICK IT UP Your greedy Selfs I will start promoting An app that doesn t charge 25 00 to enter passwords AND PLUS ANOTHER 2 99 every thirty days to have your passwords synced with all your Apple devices You are crazy     DESERVE NO STARS FOR CHEATING CUSTOMERS kewlkid999

I purchased the original version with unlimited entries never had any problems and loved the app About a month ago a new MEO pro app is out and understand the old original app will go away The new app has limited me to only add 20 entries I emailed the support desk and was told I will have to pay for the pro again A new app was made to force people to pay again for unlimited entries I will now start using Dashlane because the agreement for MEO was a one time charge not a yearly or bi yearly There are other fish in the sea sham on the app owners     New MEO pro flyingtjones

I got my new iPhone 6 plus S today and when I updated new phone the app My Eyes Only Classic did not come in it did not update I am afraid that I have just lost all of my passwords This is an absolute fiasco If I can not get my passwords I am screwed     Bad App Burned user

I have over 60 personal account log ins alone for which I have been searching for a secure method to store and use in a convenient useful way with back up capability Always resorted back to paper which is not secure at all After investigating MEO and Aerochive I think I have found the answer to security convenience and recovery if needed Being able to securely store and use sensitive information is great Having a back up and recovery plan is fantastic                     My Eyes Only is my most useful tool adh2422
