Hi I purchased this application about five months ago It worked for about three weeks straight and then it lost the data count So I have been writing down every day what the reading is I have a data counter on the PC Some days this data application would just lose everything Very frustrating when youre on limited data plan I had to pay overage fees because this counter does not work My phone is updated I have deleted this program and reinstalled it three times it still does not work Does not work for me
DO NOT PURCHASE App does not work Freezes when putting in info Re downloading does not work App Store takes you to Facebook What the heck Apple Why would you let this app in your store I WANT MY MONEY BACK APP IS NO GOOD

Great little app to keep track of your data usage I use to monitor myself while roaming Very Useful
The app is quite simple and works without major hiccups However I was expecting to see data usage broken down by app so that I can keep an eye on the ones that I must monitor There are other apps that do that but force you to set up a tunnel to a server in other words they record all your traffic patterns on their servers hows that for privacy Id like to accomplish that on my device without sending this to anyone Hope this gets implemented one day Works well but needs more detail

Since Ive been using the Spotify app it seems that MyDataUsage cant get an accurate read of my data My provider keeps saying Im close to exceeding my limit and the app says something different Are there certain apps that interfere Problem perhaps

Ive had this installed on my phone for close to a year and it ALWAYS tells me Im over my data limit I extended my data limit to avoid this and my data usage on ATT tells me Im nowhere close to my limit I have changed the usage limits and the app insists on tells me the same thing all over again Ill probably try a different data manager Same info all the time

I found this app to be remarkably accurate and helpful When I used to have a very limited data plan it saved me more than once My carrier wouldnt notify me of overages till it was too late this app tracked exactly the same as the iPhone settings record and extremely close to my carriers tracking I keep it even though I have an unlimited data plan mostly for curiosity Great app very accurate

Im trying to prevent cell phone overages This loads like lightning and gives me an accurate green go yellow slow down or red stop light Since its so quick I can check it often and maximize my usage Suggested enhancements being able to set a daily and monthly limit so it would be impossible to go over my 300 mb limit Quick and easy to check data usage
Subject says it all Dont waste your money I found a bug in this data usage app It doesnt track data used by the phone if you are using the personal hotspot feature It only tracks apps using the IP of the actual device o If you connect to the phone from say the Xoom it totally ignores that data usage Boooo Hiiiisss I tether now and then Less than 2 minutes on the Xoom used almost 14mb which was not counted by the app Doesnt track tethered use cost me
Since Im not always in a WIFI area this app definitely monitor my data plan usage so I do not go over the amount that is allotted on my plan Very helpful Very Helpful

This is a simple but useful app that does exactly what it says It has two small problems The RESET button will zero out your usage even if you hit Cancel and it only works in portrait mode if you hold the iPad right side up I often use my iPad plugged in with the power cord home button at the top Aside from that it is very handy and absolutely essential when connected over cellular Worth the Money
