Every time I try and load all my documents via the app it crashes I don t have this issue with the desktop version but the whole point of having the app is so that it s easy to access files Tech support did try and troubleshoot but it resulted in more heavy lifting on my end when the issues clearly reside with them Plenty of other folks have experienced this issue over the years Fix it This service doesn t come cheap     App Keeps Crashing Pcf21

I hate Mozy They might have been hot back in the day but their speed and functionality is a joke I use it for my personal computer and assumed it was doing it s job They were certainly taking the 13 99 out of my account monthly But now that I m checking it hasn t been backed up in 249 days I m furious My laptop was stolen and recovered about 18 months ago I should have gone with something else Stay away from Mozy     This Software is a JOKE Do not bother It will only frustrate you Server Error - Never Fixed

Under no circumstances should you get this App or sign up for the Mozy back up services I made that mistake and the one time I needed the app and needed their services it failed on me miserable The app was slow just spun and eventually crashed So uch for being able to access my files anywhere I am on any device An utter piece of crap Then when I go to cancel my service they don t give you any refund for the length of service you paid for That is criminal and should not be allowed So these guys are shysters and con men and I would avoid them at all costs     Quite simply the worst ever Stiggity Steve

The Mozy service is pretty decent to back up your PC files into the cloud But the App is terrible It s very slow and constantly crashes It just simply does not work if you want to browse through your files even with a strong internet connection I run a software development team and I d be embarrassed if we put out a product like this Mozy if you are reading please fix the app make it usable Show that you care about your paying customers and you care about your reputation Thank you     App is terrible iPadAppReviewer

App is buggy and constantly shuts down or times out on its own It s hard sometimes to navigate through my files and folders that have a lot of content If it wasn t because Mozy worked so well on my desktop computer I would have cancelled based on my app experience I am a pro user and also pay for extra storage         App needs work dman2081

Besides my previous review of now support for viewing certain file types like iWork files now a feature I desire is lacking compared to other cloud services I wish I could save to folder from other apps This company is increasingly looking like it is not innovating or updating         Needs file management support Chumbucket Treacle

You can view documents but it will not let you email or open documents in another app and it will not let you upload photos from the camera or photos app It was all very functional until the IOS 8 update now not so much     Non functional in IOS 8 TCHOPPE

Now I can access ALL my data not just what I put into a folder ala Dropbox All 40GB of my data is backed up in a dedup fashion to the cloud and now I can access it from not only my PC but also my phone and tablet VERY COOL It looks like if you just want folder sync you can do that with Mozy Stash which is included with the iPhone iPad Mozy app I m beginning to think that all my data should be in the cloud Hurray to no more backups and trying to keep everything in sync Mozy does it all                     Finally a cloud based backup that works s*p*k

This app worked nicely when I had a standalone MozyPro account but for whatever reason it doesn t work with the account I use with my Iomega NAS             Can t use with Iomega NAS Connect IC2KCHAD
