Other reviewers were right this app needs improvement and there is a bug that needs fixed basically when there are 2 or 3 categories left the final score screen pops up Wish I had not paid for this after all I was reccommended this because of my Jeopardy app           Disappointing

Fun Not sure if the categorymismatch bugs evident a few months ago have been fixed though Sometimes a certain genre would have the wrong question associated with it Also itd be more playerfriendly if content were grouped into decades or something This was obviously designed with 30 players in mind theres no way a younger person would know a lot of these answers niche movies from the 80s and earlier           Great Concept But Could Use Refinement

This app is one of the most exciting ones out there and is the best movie trivia game I play it often The jumble and the hangman style categories are my favorite                 Best Movie Trivia Game

I love movies and am old so Ive seen just about as many as Mr Ebert I usually blow right through film trivia games but Movie Challenge is actually challenging Its got a great mix of trivia word jumbles quotes and more all within specific categories like genres and directors The create a path set up is different and fun and adds a board game element that I really like Thumbs up                 A Real Challenge

Great concept but faulty Which year has defective scrolling so nearly impossible to play Fail 9 out of 10 due to that alone        Movie Challenge

Is anybody else have problems downloading the new categories Everytime I try it says I must download the app that it is for which I have because Im in the game which its for Help please           Confused

Here I paid extra right off the bat to avoid advertising The game is fine Im actually not great at it but it still manages to amuse but two of the menu sections include buy these other great games and buy these other great addons For these they include badges that are persistent like notification badges but you can get rid of them just as in Facebook by opening the section and then closing it The game is a nice little trivia app all about movies with different kinds of games to play as you move through the larger contest And some o the addons like Classic Movies look just up my alley Enjoy              Nice But Theres A Problem

and I keep playing it unlike so many other apps              I am enjoying it

This app does nothing but crash since the upgrade to 30was great before but now its useless     Complete waste of money

This app would be so much greater with the ability to use the apple output cables so thus can be played on the big screen Do it              ADD VIDEO OUTPUT

Whenever I use the ask the world feature it pauses for like 30 seconds and then marks the question wrong     Crashes too much

Delete it then install it again it will be free since you dowloaded it beforeD     Crashing solution

Some answers are NOT correct and sometimes more than one is correct Some questions are out of date and no longer applicable for example concerning remakes or sequels I stopped playing because of these reasons Whats the point        Not Accurate

This is by far the best trivia game for the iPad and iPhone The engine driving the game is ingenious I have played a huge amount of hours with no repeats You can download current movie trivia updates for free Topnotch I only hope that they will release a general trivia game soon                 The BEST trivia game

Lots of different questions and categories make this the best movie trivia app in the store One change I would make One of the helpers they give you is something where you can pass a question to your opponent and if they answer it correctly you get the points This really makes no sense as your opponent has no reason to help you Instead what I would recommend is if you get a particularly hard question and choose to pass it to your opponent if they get it wrong you get the points If they get it right they get the points Hopefully an update will fix this              Almost perfect Lots of questions

Seriously one of the most robust games out there My only gripe is the look and feel of the game Very bland and boring From the colors to the layout and presentation If that could be overhauled Wed have a Top 25 downloaded game                 Best Movie Game

One of the better trivia games out there I bought this a while ago and love it but it has begun to crash when I hit play so please please fix this To the fool complaining about adds should take the time to read up on apples cut of the Profit from the store and realize that yes adds are annoying but the developers are being hurt by apples policies I mean you could always make your own apps and find out for yourself           Please fix

Like its Oscaraward companion this game is geared for young people therefore you will barely find questions for movies before 1970 and 90 percent of the questions are from 1990 on These could be great games only if more questions about the old Hollywood are added        Frustrating

I just got this game today and I love it I like the different modes including 1player2player I have played it several times and havent had it crash once The game has had an update since the last review and the crash problem was fixed in this update Running the 30 software update on my iPhone This game is well done If you are looking for a fun movie quiz game I highly recommend getting this one                 Awesome Movie Quiz Game

My family loves playing this game We are quite competitive when it comes to movie trivia so this is a great game to pick up at any time for multiple players Ive purchased all the addons and really hope to see more updates and new addons in the future Also purchased Music Challenge and Bible Challenge all of which I really love Keep up the great work                 Awesome Movie Trivia

This is a really fun trivia game I enjoy the blindfolded mode a lot I enjoy the layout and structure of the game more than anything else The game needs to be a little more forgiving I lose too many points on some of the harder questions              A Fun Trivia Game

This is a great game I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a trivia game The built in questions are great and the various catergories and question types give this great replay value Definitely worth buying                 Great mix of question types and level of difficulty

I was playing the animated one and it gave the question which movie did john goodman not take part in I picked the jungle book It told me wrong that the answer is bee movie Well he did play in that one he played the big fat lawyer So I wouldnt recommend this app cuz not only that im a big horror fan and the questions on that one even said I was wrong and i know I was 100 right                 Disappointed

I found myself both entertained ahd challenged by the animated icons and various set presentations this game provided While Im no expert the varied games offered provide both the singular and group challenges to play along with The crisp whimsical design the numerous categories and the clean digital sounds makes this a wellpolished app that draws upon your cinema knowhow in a game that helps you justify all those hours spent watching movies over all those years Kudos to the developers at Redwind              Movies Challenge

I have only had this crash once Not sure what the criticism is all about I think I am fairly knowledgeable about movies but still feel challenged by this game                 Fun stuff

If you spent anytime watching movies from the 70s 80s through today then you will really enjoy this The format is fun the movies familiar and the questions challenging enough to be enjoyable but not frustrating You can tailor the game to be fun whatever mood youre in Try it its worth it Youll spend hours on it and enjoy it                 Love it Cant put it down
