The MobileIron Docs@Work is now available as a free download on Apple Store for both iPhone and iPad owners.The application is available in multiple languages: English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Romanian, Simplified Chinese, Slovak, Traditional Chinese. It weighs in at only 37.7 MB to download. The new MobileIron Docs@Work app version 1.0 has been updated on 2014-10-21. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. I really hate using this product It s such a pain the user interface is slow the options are unintuitive its really hard to stay organized and move files within the app         Very cludgy interface hate using product thillslc

SOLUTION The MobileIron app that used to open the documents disappeared from my phone with their recent update that s why I couldn t open attachments As indicated in other reviews other users have discovered the same problem MobileIron has a NEW COMPANION APP to open the attachments Download the app MobileIron Docs Work When you go to open an attachment or the app directly choose Copy to Docs Work it will ask for your Passcode o This is NO LONGER the 5 digit code you previously set up that was erased in the update If you try to enter that code you will be locked out for five minutes o INSTEAD choose FORGOT CODE then follow the instructions Enter your Username and Password for your work accounts Devise a new 8 character password Re enter the new 8 character password o You should now have access to your attachments You will need to enter the longer stronger password each time you open the app or if you are away from it for too long NOTE my employer information states that During normal use Screenshots will be disabled If you are counting on this feature to protect your attachments be aware screen shots are NOT disabled while using the secure app I was able to take a screen shot of one of my secure no not classified or even sensitive I don t deal in that attachments just fine on my iPhone                 Attachment solution T./

I cannot get it to write in anything below 3 point The palm recognition and just overall recognition on the iPad pro is messed up 3 weeks and no fix     Update made is unusable I iPad Pro Woolley98

In particular it does not support palm rejection and so writing with Apple Pencil leaves stray lines across the document Basically makes the app useless except for strictly reviewing or track changes     Does not support Apple Pencil Longtime CPod User

How can this program claim support for Microsoft Office files when it lacks support for xlsb files OneNote notebooks not even on read only mode This is one of the most important needs we have in our organization as we use this to capture all our notes Provide support for all office files and then claim you do     Poor support for anything other than xls doc ppt and txt M.C. The app has a nice user interface and is easy to navigate and setup In regards to functionality it has a long way to go compared to other clients Pro Editing client is good and upload feature works very well Cons No sorting of documents SharePoint lists are not handled well and online editing didn t work well Looking forward to future updates             Lots of potential iOSAirFan
