Very handy when looking for extra properties while at a location                 Great tool to have at your fingertips

Would be nice if somewhere in the description it mentioned that this app is only supported in FOUR states     What about the rest of USA

Mostly good I like having info at my fingertips but two things 1 Its not always up to date 2 PLEASE MAKE THE LISTING AGENTs PHONE NUMBER AN ACTIVE LINK TO PRESS TO CALL              Realtor

Showed and previewed property today in Costa Mesa I used Mobile MLS to get information on 2 listings I was unaware of Your product helped answer a lot of questions Thanks I highly recommend it to all Realtors I rate Mobile MLS a 10 10                 Broker

Dont rely on the information being currentor real time for that matter One listing I was looking at showed pending on the app and on MLS is was changed to active the previous dayin this hot market its a good way to loose as dealall it takes is one day     Delayed Listing Information

I thought the select button didnt work because we had to start paying for it directly No It just doesnt work with OS6 I want my money back     Need a refund

How can a company that so many Realtors count on for a mobile solution and honestly not even that good of a solution be caught so off guard with the new OS6 They had to be the only company in the world that didnt know the OS upgrade was coming Now it is just another useless piece of software that does nothing since I can no longer select search criteria Congrats on screwing everyone MLS Touch Oh while I am at it why not have a native Ipad app instead of just enlarging the IPhone app     Is anybody fixing this POS

App is convenient but needs work I would like to be able to 1 make changes to my listings such as status remarks price changes etc Also 2 would like to be able to access my customerclient database from my MLS board using ConnectMLS at San Antonio Board of Realtors           Needs to allow client database access from local mls

Always seems to be up and running and provides good basic but necessary information              MLS app

It is slow and then there is that little square twirling around for awhile till you get the page open Not user friendly like Smarter Agent        Not user friendly

Served no use     Crap app Only has a few states listed

Limited States Virginia is not even an option under the search options     Poor App

Great update Brilliant                 By far the mobile app on the market

ABOR quite simply is a huge expense for tools that barely work and this app is unfortunately another example Who makes these decisions Ive had my license for a year and every tech solution offered to members of ABOR is a cumbersome task I also just put one of my multimillion dollar listings in MLS on Tuesday and it doesnt show up in this nonfunctioning time consumer Oh and I have never written an app review in my life Of course Ive also never joined an organization ABOR that costs so much and performs so poorly Try to change that     Another BS tool from ABOR

Slow at first but running much quicker now Map locating feature is helpful Makes it easy to show without a printout Just map from the driveway and my notes are in my hand              Running much better now

I used old version a lot but wished it would do more This version is lousy cumbersome takes too many steps to refine searches has no tolerance for typos and on and on And still has not added any new features     Lousy update

Info is not accurate Not one of my listings shows the accurate status and listings that I KNOW are active arent showing up AT ALL Pathetic     Completely Inaccurate

This is the most important app in my real estate business I cant believe the comment that an agent would rather suffer through Tempo on their iPad What You cant get instant info when out with clients through Tempo or any other log in MLS You need quick access faster than your client and more info than the consumer focused apps MLSTouch is not an MLS replacement rather a mobile version of our MLS when we are not in front of a computer screen I use MLSTouch for everything from showing homes listing appointments property info requests and any other MLS need throughout my day Buyers and sellers want immediate answers to their requests and MLSTouch is the only tool I have that allows me to quickly know almost everything about an MLS listing Any review or agent who says otherwise either hasnt had training on the app or isnt working enough to see the value PERIOD No app is perfect but nothing else exists for agents that even comes close not to mention its a free app for most users                 The Best Mobile MLS Info Anywhere

Thank you Abor this is an incredible application that works great on both my Iphone 5 and my Ipad I suggest that users take 510 minutes to navigate and get to know how to use this tool better before they try to rate it On the Iphone try using it in landscape mode to see all selections at the top The potential here for making our lives easier are endless Got to give this one a thumbs up                 Awesome application

Ok so it worked great at first then I started having issues and customer service is hard to get a hold of so I deleted the app from my phone reinstalled it and then put in my credentials again and now its working again easy fix but was frustrating for a few days Great app but support needs to step it up a little Would have given 5 stars but took 1 star deduction since support never responded to my email And the phone support was a VM              Got it working again

The app is ok very simple designed for iPhone Im assuming There needs to be a better version optimized for iPad and allow more search criteria The mort calc is very basic also and does not allow for such variables as ins tax hoa etc there are much better third party apps available Id rather suffer through using tempo with safari        Need iPad version

This is a great tool I use it every time I show property A customer will see a for sale sign in the neighborhood and ask about it and bingo I can answer their questions Also I have never had a problem dialing by tapping the contact number and the same with email It works seamlessly with our MLS listings I recommend this to everyone                 I love it

Hard to believe ACTRIS hasnt developed a more intuitive usable mobile application This is such a pain to use I find competitors like Redfin much better and quicker with more info Pity     Rigid tedious not intuitive

Maybe Im doing the app wrong but why only 45 states to choose from Doesnt help me any     What happened to Alabama

This app works pretty well but it doesnt give you the ability to see both actives and solds at the same time It also shows the listing info as bath bedrm Why So backwards It also does not let you edit your listings That is probably the biggest issue           Good but much room for improvement

Love using it while showing Can quickly answer basic questions while there Choosing comparable options would be better placed right after asking for the function and not hidden in the settings Slide button on comparables date range is not practical only getting 61224 A drop down with ability to choose 34569121824 months is more useful Additional info button could pull in total square footage tax info builder lot size              Love it can still improve

Easy to use especially in the field when showing                 Great app

Nice to have a quick app search of properties Some problems though with simple glitches In contacts you get stuck not being able to go back and when MLS passwords reset you cant change easily Ultimately have to delete app and download again to start over              Good but still needs work on glitches

Ive used MLS Touch over the past year and have been very frustrated with the app That being said after the latest update the system seems to work betterexcept for the fact that if you want to call an owner or a listing agent you have to memorize their phone number rather than just clicking on the link to their phone number as you could with the old system Its perplexing that app programmers would design a new version less userfriendly        Glitchy Poorly Designed but a Necessity

This is the worst app I have ever used What a waste of 90 of listings do not appear within the first week and some never do     Terrible

Overall this app is wonderful and very helpful Rental properties do not come up and there should be a separation in colors between active and backup property statuses That aside this app is the best I have found to use while out showing property to clients It would be nice if there was a mortgage calculator associated with each listing A side button to quickly calculate the clients payment on any given property              Evergreen realty orange county
