I downloaded this app after taking a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction MBSR class and it has been extremely helpful in keeping me in my path I love the reminders to pause and I enjoy the nightly checkins as well I also use the timed silence a lot I think this is a great tool for anyone new to mindfulness or those who want to maintain their practice                 Great tool
I have gone through at least on work book of daily self awareness but I could not get into practicing it regularly It was easy to slip This program is chocked full of reminders that can be tailored to your needs or just turned off altogether I found and do find that extremely helpful To fully get the most out of this you will probably buy additional meditation scripts Thats another four bucks but well worth it Bottom Line This is a great program that delivers on its promise to guide you into mindfulness at a reasonable price                 Good start to daily self awareness

This app does not allow you you set custom times for meditation It has audio files that are set to just a few intervals but no way to set your time that you prefer for meditation The reminders function limits you to how many times a day you get reminders to 6 and requires you to set his you want to receive reminders Im sure the functionality is useful for some but not even choose to what I was seeking           This is not a timer
