Excellent Game These guys converted this superbly PLEASE Do Not listen to people complaining about the controls They are perfectperhaps you can add different type of controlsbut not take away the current method As long as there is also iCade support and other wireless control support People somehow dont get that this is a touch screen and the controls are NOT physically real They are virtual and work great for that ANYHOW I bought this for my iPad 2 specifically also downloaded on my iPhone 4s with iOS81 12B411 and it works but it immediately CRASHES upon opening PLEASE PLEASE FIX Or otherwise allow us to download an older version as other apps allow when it detects you have an older iOS I payed for this so pleaseother iOS 43 and upmusers would love you and you them because its more money for you I think iOS 7 and higher are pure tragedyiOS is ruined and crashes like crazy since those updatesI have them on several devices except my iPad 2 sooo glad I didnt update IOS7 and higher is the Windows Vista of Apple Tsk tsk tsk This has really ruined things for developers and Apples image                 Crashes on iPad 2 with iOS6 64gb 3G model

Bugs remained unfixed for a long time by unresponsive devs It works now but theyve decided to insert ads into the game you paid for Not only that but the ads are full screen and will pop up in the middle of play interrupting control Dont buy this crap     lousy app by lousy developers

There is problems when Connecting with another player u have to try matching start about 5 times before it successfully connects           Multiplayer problems

Works perfectly fine nothing to complain about it The controls are very responsive I havent tried it on multiplayer yet but Im glad it has the option It works way better than Capcom imports                 Its amazing

Bought the game and didnt even question if I would see adds or not However as I was playing the game not during transition of stages and ad for KOF came out and as soon as I closed it and resumed playing another ad came out I really like the game and thats why I bought all three metal slugs but this is not acceptable It might be if it was a free app but really I dont like to give one star ratings but this time I really had to     Ads

These controls make the game not enjoyable This game was made to be fluid and difficult not some kind of tank where i have to stop to shoot If I lead my finger of the pad the character stops I tried making the controls bigger but I mean hey the joy stick is supposed to follow the finger in mobile platforms Fix please           Hello anybody there

This game used to work fine on my iPhone 4S that Ive kept at ios6 which keeps the phone fast as new However the game refuses to load now with this recent game update Please fix this game and Ill fix my rating Update Finally updated my 4s to ios82 since its mature now and metal slug 3 started working again without problems The phone seems fine and the game is as good as it will get with touch control The game itself is 5 stars plus plus plus BUT this port is still only 4 stars Its kind of poor that the developer doesnt address complaints from legacy users              Latest update is broken on iOS 6

Ive played Metal slug since my early childhood and it is my favorite series of all Works perfectly on my iPad mini 3 People complaining about lag or force closing probably have older or unsupported devices Please make metal slugs 4 5 and 6 I would instantly buy them as I already have all the metal slugs available on iOS currently                 Epic game

For all the people who complain about the controls get a bigger phone to play games like this I have a 6 and its perfect anything smaller dose not do this game justice I gave it a 5 because its simple like the arcade and it looks and reacts great If you have a small screen dont buy because you will complain like the rest But if you have a big screen its a great game to have if your a metal slug game player                 Fun

Great game the controls are fine if you play in window mode not ideal but doable What it really needs is an option to save my progress I dont have 4 hours to play each time i have 1015 mins so inl always start at mission 1 which is already boring and get to almost the same place mission 3 I want to be able to pick up my game later You do it in King of Fighters the games detects there is data from a previous game and takes you to whatever fight you were in        Great game needs a save option

I love Metal Slug Its been my favorite for a while now But as an online multiplayer gamer I also love playing levels with other people For some reason Metal Slug does not connect iPhone to iPhone as experienced with 2 iPhone 6s I do not know if this is the same with other iPhone devices Once this Bluetooth connection issue is solved this app will be worth a 5 star rating     Coop capability disabled
