Wont ever purchase subscriptions on iOS again as long as it requires an alternate login Paid a years worth of subscription I was not able to even use Somehow it cannot find me in their system and it really only offers support for print subscribers     Paid unable to sign in or retrieve my password

Ive been trying to get the yearly subscription all week and it times out every time It just wont let me purchase     Cant subscribe

I have received this magazine for over 5 years To view it on the iPad is wonderful and saves space                 Love this Mag

I can read and navigate the mag on my iPad Mini 3 just fine Not all apps function the same and some are better than others but this one works great for me Yeah there are some nuances some people may find annoying but others may enjoy I have had no problem with the functionality or subscription assess as others here state Just give it a try After all its free with your subscription so if u dont like it dont use it              Fine

The app seems to work okay other than the fact that it wont keep my purchases downloaded What the hell is the use of buying a subscription if I have to download the magazine every time I want to read it     Doesnt keep purchases downloaded

Read the numerous poor reviews but I liked my subscription from several years ago so much I wanted to subscribe again but after touching the subscribe button I get a neverending spinning wheel doesnt advance to a confirmation page or the iTunes password entry Want to buy just the current issue Well good luck with that too Too bad great magazine but a nonfunctional app Why allow the magazine to remain in the store if its unavailable     App so bad Im unable to subscribe

Doesnt matter if you subscribe to the paper copy the app doesnt work right     Authorization error

They have this FAQ telling how to access as a print subscriber It says go to left log in and then choose find account information Only that there is no find account information link or button Really serious software quality control problem        Print subscriber cannot login

I have the latest iOS update and I redownload the app still when I press sign in as print subscriber it didnt do anything What is going on This is the most basic function of the app if it cant even do this what else can it do     Sign in as Print Subscriber not doing anything

Ive tried a few times I can purchase on Amazon But I think its for kindle only     Cant subscribe

Authentication Failed After being a Print Subscriber for several years This app worked at one time and allowed me to download old and new issues Now it wont recognize me and I get this message Authentication Failed     Authentication Failed

Mens Health has been a consistent app that allows the viewer to consume the magazine content in a very streamlined way I have enjoyed this app and highly recommend it              Good app

Cannot Update Library An error has occurred I dont know why this happened but I just cant read it on my iPad     iPad issue

The magazine is great but the app on my iPad didnt work well from trying to purchase a subscription to downloading the latest issue Should have gone with a print subscription     Problems from the start

This ranks as one of the worst downloads i have ever had I could not download for 3 months after purchasing it because I lived and worked overseas The mag support emailed me with no solution They basically said too bad you cant download it and would not give me a refund Now I am back stateside This is the longest download of any magazine except others from this distributor The content is 90 ads and a few sprinkled short useless articles I give this 0 stars That was my review a year and a half ago The app has improved by a star or two I like the content but it is very painfully slow        Needs a bit more work not quite there yet

This was a great app After the latest update it has no idea I am a subscriber sometimes for 5 minutes sometimes for a day or so Before the December 4th retrograde update ruined it this was one of the better apps Now not worth a crap        Update turned it useless

I subscribed to this in August It worked through the October issue and suddenly stopped working Their support was not helpful in resolving the issue because their instructions were either wrong or too incomplete to help me fix it I am very busy and only now that I have a holiday break have I been able to figure this out on my own It turns out that I purchased a one year subscription in August and this subscription expired less than two months later on September 29 Although I may edit this to increase the star rating if they resolve this for me I think it is very sloppy that this ever happened in the first place and preposterous that I had to figure it out on my own Update Mens Health customer service ultimately gave me the number to ITunes customer service and after more than a half hour on the phone I found out my card had been declined when I initially purchased the subscription Two minutes of investigating the cause revealed that I had moved but not changed my address within the iTunes Store Ultimately then this lies on me and Apple I take responsibility for not changing my information but I think apple bears responsibility for making this a lot harder to figure out than it needs to be There should be an automatic notification when a card is declined and it should not take months to figure that out That said I am still disappointed that Mens Health customer service was not more helpful I feel as though they were passing the buck to Apple taking very little care whether I ultimately was able to pay them and successfully subscribe and being very dismissive of continually giving me instructions that did not work at least with my device and software The content and design of the app however is great when working           Great content dissatisfying customer service

Infuriating that auto play ads show up in a magazine that already has prolific ads The auto play ads have to play for a few seconds before you close them Sound plays unless your iPad volume is fully muted the switch is insufficient There is not a clean list accessible of issues purchased Frustrating if you only buy selected issues Last read feature is often inaccurate        Auto play ads are an insult

Crazy after installing I cant find a way to remove it no icon nothing Even app is free you have to pay for its content     Cant get rid of this app

It doesnt recognize me as a subscriber anymore I was able to receive two issues and now it is not giving me March Ive deleted the magazine and reloaded it nothing     Subscription
