You are a great host regardless however my friend is currently the owner of 3 servers and he has me set as admin and all three control panels When ever I log in via the website all is good but when I attempt to use this app I am not able to see any of the servers I m not sure if it requires me to be the owner of it or not But it would be appreciated if it was fixed         Servers not appearing demonkid1112

It has its uses restarting checking server status etc but the chat on the app is terrible It s unreadable if you have a small amount on the server you can tell who is online but that s it STILL Needs to be fixed         Has a few problems that need to be fixed Binary Dragon

This app has been glitchy for a long time and right now the only thing you can do is start restart stop and make backups MCProHosting has known about this for a while and it just hasn t gotten updated The chat doesn t work and I can t even scroll The app also forces you to login every time but luckily there s Touch ID that s why I put 2 stars instead of one Suggestions Give Console access at least FTP file access plus ability to edit files and add them from Dropbox would be nice Update chat and make it so you can see the chat if using a chat or formatting plugin Really I love MCProHosting and I really want this to be updated         Update Needed retrodaredevil

Thank goodness the app does not crash but the features are so limited Virtually all I can do is restart the server I can do more by using the web browser on my phone If the functionality improves this will be a 4 5 star app Please add more Will not delete just hoping it gets better         Love mcprohosting but not the app The_Walrus_Slayer

You can t actually see the console But you can start stop and reset your server and you can use the console to do commands like op yourself         Kinda helpful ThunderStar98

I love that there is an MCProHosting app It s really great for watching over your servers when you don t have access to a computer Unfortunately that s all it s good for Now I respect that the app is new and it needs some work which is why I don t hate this app right now But there are some things which you can t do currently within the app that I think you should be able to do 1 See the servers you are moderator or admin on too In other words see someone else s server that you were given access to manage I own a BungeeCord network where a few of of my friends pay for some of servers in the network I want to see those servers too It s especially important to me and it s kind of annoying that I can t see the whole network only the servers I own myself 2 See not only how many players are online but who is online with the kick option I want to be aware of who is online in case there is a hacker or someone who I feel needs to be kicked or banned I could ask my staff to do it but sometimes none of them are online and I need to do it myself Seeing who is online is vitally important 3 View console Okay this one might be tough to put in but as far as I know adding in a console really shouldn t be that hard I could definitely get by without one but viewing it on my phone sure would be useful 4 Fix chat I m sure you already know about this but chat looks weird and it doesn t work should be an easy fix Now onto the most annoying problem that it seems like nobody else has Pretty much all the info on my servers except for how many players are online is all incorrect For all my servers it tells me that when it s online all of my ram has been used on every server it doesn t say that when I type lag on the server or go to the website so it s incorrect the cpu usage is sometimes incorrect many times that s not the case but those few times are annoying and worst of all literally every server type on every one of my servers is incorrect I run Spigot 1 7 10 on all of my servers and the BungeeCord jar on my BungeeHub server All of my servers say it s running Bukkit jar I guess the app at the moment has 2 server types Vanilla and Bukkit It recognized that my servers weren t vanilla so it assumed Bukkit It doesn t even say what version I already know my jars so I don t necessarily need to know what they re running but I hate seeing every server running the Bukkit jar according to the app It really needs to be fixed Overall I think this is a great app but it needs a lot of work before it can be used by people who are making a server for business rather than just to play with their friends I will keep this app and use it because it s great but it needs loads of work before it can be used for my needs I hope MCProHosting continues to work on this app and make it more accessible to more of their customers It would be so useful to manage my whole network more than just starting stopping and restarting it while abroad and without computer access             Incorrect Information Limited Functionality Matthew Stanciu

I don t expect to be able to do everything I am able to on a web page But I would at least like to do everything that your app offers As others have said the chat function doesn t even come close to working Basically all this app does is allow me to see if the server is working how many people are on and the ability to restart the server I can do that and much more by using my web browser on my phone This app doesn t do your website and services any justice             Limited functions Missing IDs
