Lyve: collect, protect, and rediscover your lifetime of photos and videos

We just had twins and Im looking forward to seeing them grow on the timeline But this app has auto upload so I dont have to worry about picking through the photos to see which one that I want to save and upload              Great App

This app has potential but when I install it on my computer and it asks what folders my pictures are in on my hard drive to sync to the program tells me there are no pictures in that folder This needs to be fixed or the app is useless        Can not find pictures on computer

Cant ask for anything better now a days in this day of technology My photos are in my hands and not in the cloud someones server                 Best thing in modern times

Management is a bit overwhelming for a Newbie but has huge potential Im hanging in there and hope intuitive improvements will arrive soon              Getting There

The Mac version of the App doesnt work at all and maxes out the CPU Its extraordinary that anyone would constantly release poorly engineered releases with zero QA     Very poor QA

This app and product are amazing I searched and searched for a way to back up photos and free up space And this device does it beautifully                 If there were more stars I would use them

Its a nice simple app that works well Recently theyve added lots of marginal features though and more of this poses risk of a bloated experience Maybe take out stuff that is rarely used              Works best if you have a backup device

This app is terrible all my pictures turned blurry and I cant view my videos I am highly upset and this needs to be fixed     Terrible

Its cool that is saves space on your phone and I like the the this day picture which shows a picture you took on the same day but from the past thats a cool feature I just dont like that the videos have to download to see takes a while and not all formats are taken I have over 8 thousand pictures with 2000 blank the video dont work that stinks and should be addressed with that I rate it 2 stars they need to have every video work        Lyve review

To the person who created this app You are stupid Why would you create an app that you can put pictures on it it doesnt actually save the pictures This is an absolutely useless app I had over 1000 pictures that I trusted to this app because it said it would save them well it most definitely did not save them when I had switched my phone it only gave me at least five of the remaining pictures In my opinion I would tell anybody else who is getting ready to download this please do not download it Thank you for creating a USELESS APP     Why

My phone died a couple of days ago and I have over 400 photos on there that I had backed up to lyve in case anything happened well when I went to retrieve them it told me that all the videos and photos I had were not truly backed up because I didnt spend 50 to buy the space Dont tell people that you can back up photos and videos and then when they try to retrieve them say oh sorry we cant let you have them because you didnt spend any money with us dont waste your time with this app     Must buy in order to truly back up

I downloaded this app to my phone iPad and laptop and now I can see all of my photos from any device at any time I use Instagram a ton and this app makes finding older photos quick and easy The new feature Mix allows you to realtime photo share with friends at an event We used it for a race and a concert and I am going to use it at a wedding next month                 Best photo organizing app hands down

All my pictures are blurry and I cant watch the videos Also there is not a button where you can can save your pictures to your camera roll if you want to You have to text it to yourself AND THEN save it but its BLURRY Please fix it     Terrible

It is a wonderful devise for saving photos and video Both my wife and I use it to back up our iPads photos and videos Easy to set up and once set up it is automatic                 Dont Trust the Cloud

Its a wonderful app but its like a device thing I traded in my old Phone that I had pictures on and I thought that Lyve would just save it but it didnt so now I can watch videos anymore because everything you get into the app its saves your pictures and videos but if you lose your phone then your photos and videos are lost And I wish that when they update the app that you can just save a picture of video to your phone from the app           Its a good app but

I got this app free with a new Seagate external dive and thought what the heck lets try it BEST PHOTO APP MANAGER EVER that I have used Solves several problem easily making space on my phone backing up photos yet having all the photos available to show someone on my phone The automatic timelines and albums are very nice as well Only negatives are that the use of Lyve drive with Seagate could be more simply explained I am experimenting more than I would like to figure it out and I would like to know more about how they are keeping users photos secure and private Their website appears to be silent on the topic of security which is really not acceptable              Awesome

The good allows you to view tag delete and share all your content Accessible from your devices and the Internet the ugly has a counterintuitive notion of where your data lives It gives you the slick content from the cloud But in this case that cloud is your myriad of devices If one of them disappears so does your data This service is not backup Also if you delete content from Lyve it doesnt delete it from the source device Just from the service view of your content The bad it is most likely best paired with one of their hardware products which I intend to get someday In the meantime if you own any sea gate backup plus drives you can add that to your service to be the repository for all your content Then just backup that drive regularly and you should be good to go Fifth star will come when they add a premium option that includes the cloud based storage and backup features that would be worth it              Almost there great photos and video organizer

Update 4282015 Im still in love with LYVE What a luxury Thanks My MacBook Pro was going to sleep somehow the settings had reverted to energy saver I changed the settings in my MBP and all is well now Support at LYVE has been unbelievably patient with me Im still looking forward to being able to save files directly from LYVE to my iOS photo album in the meantime I email them to myself Thank you for your kindness towards me I appreciate it Update 32105 I am sticking with this Backing to Seagate Backup Plus Slim still not exactly what I want but getting closer Customer support at LYVE is stellar They have vision I am using a Seagate Backup Plus Slim as a LYVE drive with two iPads a MacBook Pro and an iPhone This is almost great What I really want is to be able to use the LYVE drive to hold images download them to the photo album on my iOS devices and use them for making paintings and composites then delete those resources from the iPad after I have integrated them in edits Downloading to the iOS photo album would be so much better Also I would like to be able to retain the organization of albums within the iOS Photos app after uploading to the LYVE drive would be good This is so far the best partial solution I have found I will keep looking                 Interesting

I love this app for editing but once Ive installed the app it will not load pictures from recent days and itll stay on the day that I down loaded it              I just dont know

This app is great if you have tons of photos and want to access them anywhere And its FREE                 Great App

Do not get this app It is a waste of space It comes across as holding your pictures all together to then be able to view on a computer which it did at first But then my pictures all of a sudden wouldnt show up on my computer due to a lack of space on my phone which is why I got the app in the first place The only solution they offered was to buy more space for prices like 299 I now lost my pictures because of their false claims and STILL have no free space on my phone     App review

I really like this App It keeps my pictures bundled by date Easy to use and access It even saved all of my pictures when I switched to a new phone It just put all my pics back on my phone I added the app on my new phone and put them all back on Lyve in minutes                 Great App

I love the fact that it backs up ALL my photos I have the Lyve home My only complaint is that I still have double and triples of photos that I taken on my phone Im sure its something I need to fix but my library is so huge that I just dont have the patience to figure it out              Needs just a bit of tweaking

My videos and pictures are lost because I deleted them from my phone after uploading them to the app and to the desktop Lyve app Their horrible customer support rep said that I had to purchase their equipment t before deleting from my phone to actually save them A whole summer lost of video and pictures My husband died last year and this is awful DO NOT USE THIS APP OR THIS SOFTWARE Very descriptive     They screwed me

Fantastic viewing features Love the timeline and how it reminds you of pics from the past Worth getting the device for storage too if you can Update is great Creating folders with the tags and marking favorites works so well Editing is also fun An allaround fantastic app                 Love it

Its good to store photos but not the video When you delete the videos from your phone you cant view or access your videos from lyvve apps And I hope you we can easily save the picture back to the phone              Good apps but
