Upgraded to Pro because the free version was screwed up and new entries looked like they were written in Sanskrit Exported my stuff just fine but importing to the Pri version was a terrific FAIL Thankfully I DO have the backup but now have to manually re enter Waste of my money and my time Import does NOT work RNfinally

The new unlock screen is horrible it s to hard to see the number pad in regular light and impossible to see the unlock number pad in sunlight I wish they would make it easier to see the unlock numbers like the older version Lockbox jdbalto

Don t waste your money Years ago I paid for the pro version My husband did not purchase LockBox Pro but continued to use the free version until the purchase of his iPhone 7 Then as mine it would not work I have always enjoyed LockBox Pro until I got my iPhone 7 After backing up and exporting data from my old phone LockBox Pro would not import my data into the 7 I saved my exported data hoping for an update to Lockbox Pro In the meantime my husband and I purchased 1Password 1Password is great but there were still occasions when I wished that I could have used my LockBox Pro After installing iOS 11 and finding LockBox had been updated to work with iOS 11 my husband s free version started working My Pro version however still will not import my backed up data While the import export web page says that my data has uploaded the app is empty After reinstalling the app and restarting phone still no data What a shame There is no longer a developer web page and no support Awfu Macpersons

Ive been using Pro for several years Its great for tracking all my various and sundry passwords and other secure information but I just got a new iPhone and need to my data from the old phone I cannot access the export website Ive tried it several times using 2 different browsers On a Win7 device I guess Im left to manually transferring all that data and looking for another app Cant backup to restore

I have been using LockBox pro since my first gen iTouch and not much has changed When other apps have made changes to take advantage of being able to files and data from itunes I of course thought lockbox would take advantage of this feature but it has not Using the web browser is slow and sometimes just doesnt work and also not as safe as using itunes It would also be nice if the exported data was encrypted after all the program is called lock box and contains data that you dont want other to have access to so keeping an unencrypted version on you laptop or desktop does not make sense Like others have stated it would be nice to have a search feature and be able to change icons and have custom categories This was one of the first and best password programs on itunes it is really ashame that it hasnt advance with features and kept up with the changes in iTunes and iOS version Could be better

This app has just recently become a nightmare I had to manually transfer my passwords from my ipod to my iPhone 4S After I did I went back into Lockbow to look a password only to find that everything including the categories had been tranformed to some form of jibberish I cant make heads or tails out of diddly squat I am TICKED DO NOT BUY THIS APP Lockbox

Ive used LockBox free for some time but wanted to update to Pro to get rid of the ads Fail The import function did not work to add all of my account information to the Pro version There was information in the support docs on issues with the recent iOS update but this was not the cause For whatever reason only the one of my accounts is importing the last on my long list of credentials and strange characters are being added to the end of every data field Upon seeking support from the developer I was unable to find any way to contact them Refund my 299 as soon a humanly possible Help or Money Back

For years now since Ive had this app the ONLY issue I had was that anytime I got a new iPhone and opened the app all of my data was gone AND it never allowed me to get to the exportimport screen on the web browser I had to write down all the info before switching phones and THEN type ALL of the data back into the new phone HATED that lol But NOW for the FIRST TIME EVER when upgrading to my iPhone 5 I was able to get the exportimport screen on the web browser Tried both exporting and importing and they worked although I guess switching from one phone to another will still lose my data as Ive read The GOOD thing is that all I have to do is import the data that I previously exported So basically YES it works lol Works for me

I love the app What I dont like is that there is no way to communicate with them to offer sigestions to help make the app better or more versitle Suggesdtion like if you have along string of characters to enter could the font size adjust down so it can be viewd on the main screen or be able to insert a return into a field to accomidatete a paragraph Tombdragon

Ive been using LockBox for a couple of years now I just purchased an iPad and wanted to export from my iPhone to the new device I upgraded to LockBox Pro in order to gain the import capability Unfortunately the screens are identical to the nonpro version with no obvious way to import files from the lite version Online documentation once I finally found it is no help it shows different screens than Im seeing Support website doesnt seem to have been updated since 2010 app itself hasnt been updated since 2011 import doesnt work

i originally had the free version i upgraded iphones and wanted to import my data to save from retyping everything so i exported everything via the wifi backup method and purchased the pro version to import to my new phone however like the previous reviewer i find that the importexport page is the same as the free version and has no import option can this be fixed asap otherwise it seems like i paid for upgrade to the pro version without actually getting the pro features import feature not available

Ive loved the Free app for years I just bought the Pro version when I upgraded to iPhone 5 but it took quite a while to figure out how to transfer my data Its nice not having ads on the Pro but theres a big white space on the Pro screen where they would normally appear on the Free version screen Allinall I think the Pro version is too pricey for the minimally added features Do appreciate having Lockbox though so thanks Free app is great

Ive had this app for a number of years When you were able to connect to the server to export and import information it was a great appSince October of 2011 I have been unable to connect to the server to import or export information until last night I had no problems exporting information from my iPhone 4 and importing the information to my iPhone five The key to successful exportimport is that when the information comes up you must copy it and paste it to a txt file When connected to the server thetxt file will import easily It would be helpful if they explained the use of the txt on the importexport page Hopefully the will continue to support this app as I use it regularly and had no problem except being able to connect to the server Importexport

Its amazing ive been using this app since its first started i lost my phone so i bought a new one downloaded everything perfectly from icloud i went back to open my lockbox pro app and i see a bunch of rows with no info basically i lost all my info of the app Its sad to know that i was proud of the app Im so mad with this app

I updated from iPhone 3 to 4 When I restored on iTunes to get all of my apps back Lockbox still had all of its contents but Lockbox Pro had lost everything I had stored in it iPhone 3 to 4 migration

This was a great program until I exported my data before upgrading to a new iPhone Now I cant import the saved data to my new phone and LockBox Pro Support is NO help I dont get the slightly different screen The only option I have after tapping the ImportExport Data button is exporting GEE Technologies you need to fix this Was a great program
