I tried to login and it asked me to answer a security question except there was no question displayed Disappointed Going to try again at a later date and hope this will be resolved Cant login
This app is super convenient and an awesome way to keep track of my payments and its super easy to make payments buttttttttttt I am giving this app 2 stars because every time I try to log in it tells me that Ive tried my password too many times and I need to reset it when I havent done that at all I have reset this password 4 times in 4 months because every time I try to use it it continues to do the same thing I really hope this can be updated and fixed because its a huge inconvenience and actually ends up taking so much longer At this rate I might as well log onto a computer which defeats the purpose of this app Until this is fixed its given 2 stars Two stars
This app is convenient but it definitely needs some UIUX upgrades as well as added ability to make a payment on a single loan instead of group level loan payments only Needed Improvements
This app is ok but it has not been updated for new iPhone screen sizes and logs out after you switch apps They should allow you to stay logged in for 15 minutes even if the app is running in the background Ok buts needs updated

After numerous attempts Ive been unable to login I have constantly received an unable to connect to Nelnet error message Rating 1 Unable to Connect Errors
Good overall app but there are two issues One issue is more of a suggestion so I didnt take a star off for it The suggestion would be to integrate the thumb print security as an option to log onto the app instead of putting in your username and password every time The other issue is that sometimes after I make a payment the screen just stays put and doesnt give any confirmation that the payment went through All I have to do though is check my email for the confirmation email they send every time you make a payment That is a bit of a hassle but it isnt too big of a deal Good Overall App But

Very frustrating but every time you try to do something in logs you out I was on the phone with nelnet and the few seconds it took the rep to ask for my account number it had already logged me out so I had to wait and log back in also i was attempting to quickly swap between my bank app and this app to see see how much I could pay on my different loans but it just keeps logging me out What is the point of having an app like this if you cant use it to multitask or be productive Im not asking to stay logged in for an hour but 60 seconds would be nice Constantly logs me out

I got an email that I have an important message that I need to log in to see Fine So I do that on my phones browser Cant access my secure messages from mobile browser and also cant opt to display full site I download the app Still no access to my secure messages Fail Messages
The User Interface for Ipad is not ideal I have a keyboard attachment for my Ipad but the app does not have the option to be viewed as landscape You also cannot see the what the numberstotals are and must scroll from left to right I also did not have the option to pay more than 1 loan at a time I do not know if this is because my second loan was not due or because this feature is simply not available for mobile devices I am deleting the app and will log in from my internet browser instead Ipad
Its convenient and it tells you everything you need It would be cool if you could schedule regular payments but attempting to pay further into the future might trip you up with some bugs Not to mention make it difficult to keep track of in the history Awesome

On web browser i can log in fine but this app i cannot get passed security image not only does it not accept any of my security question answers but it doesnt even show the question So i went to safari and set link to web app That works better until they fix this For the love of god u need my dam finger print to even unlock my iphone why make the app so dam hard Log in issues

Every time you do anything you are logged out and password has to be reset And its not just this app its Safari on the iPad Firefox on the PC and any other browser if you have decent security settings Its funny how they want to be so secure but yet their whole security policy requires users to set security to allow everything in order to even half way try and work Im probably going to take out a higher interest loan just to pay this ridiculous site off and not have to struggle with them their app or their site anymore Worst ever
Nelnet has the opportunity to improve its auto pay options and ability to pay on principal The loan is under my mother but I am the one paying it off I would like to set up auto payments through my cell phone because this is how I primarily bank Also I would like the choice to pay off my months interest THEN the principal Having to pay the entire interest off is killing my ability to bring down the principal Auto Payments Please
