The questions are too hard and I wouldnt purchase this app again I felt more frustrated than prepared for the test Wouldnt Recommend
Waste of money I passed my test but it was not due to this app The questions were poorly worded and extremely wordy It was a waste of my 16 Some of the answers was wrong and they test you on materials and theories that were not even on the test Get the practice exam and study that instead Waste of money
I disagree with the previous reviewer This exam is tough but so is the real test I personally prefer the practice to be challenging so that Im more prepared for the real test Great explanations in this app too Accurate and challenging
This is a great tool to use in combination with other materials as an overall strategy for exam prep Its most handy when you have a few minutes during the day to just review LCSW Prep

This app isnt awful and made studying convenient However I found many of the questions worded very poorly which made them unnecessarily confusing A friend suggested I spring the extra for the ASWB practice exam and I am glad I did After taking and passing my LCSW exam I can say with certainty the ASWB practice exams questions closely mirror the actual exam while this apps do not Additionally for me this apps practice exam scores were not representative of what my score was on either the ASWB practice exam or the official exam itself this app predicted I would fail and I attribute this to the oddly worded questions when in reality I passed the exam very easily So while the ASWB practice exam is more expensive save your 15 from this app and put it toward the exam put out by the people who actually administer the exam Buy the ASWB practice exam instead
The social work exam is a difficult test that covers much material This app is the best preparation tool that I have found and I recommend it without reservation LCSW PREP
Passed my LCSW exam today and used this app to help me prepare questions were similar in regards to application This app is difficult and some of the questions would be considered more difficult for than the exam I prefer to be prepared and found this app very useful it gets u prepared LCSW EXAM
The App is really helpful It allows you to test and improve your SW strengths and identify weaknesses I just wish it had explainations for the answers LCSW Study Material

I took my my LCSW exam for the second time yesterday and I passed This app was so helpful because it offers so many practice exams and the rationale for the answers It actually prepares you on how to take the test not just memorization of theories and terms Must have Wish I had this app when I was first preparing for the first attempt of the exam Loved this app

A friend tells me many of these questions are actual exam questions This has really helped me study easily in my free time I dont give it 5 stars because 1 I havent taken the exam yet so who knows how applicable these questions are 2 I wish it would shuffle the answer order each time because Im afraid Im just memorizing the correct answer without total understanding and 3 at times it doesnt calculate my exam scores correctly which is frustrating Overall Im finding this to be a much more convenient and easy way to study than going through the other paper practice exams I highly recommend it and feel its WELL worth the money Truth to be told after I take the exam

Yes its hard but clinical decisions are hard The app made me feel stupid but it just consistently pointed out my weak areas For the price its excellent Excellent App
I passed the LCSW but I do not attribute it to this app This app words the questions most similarly to the actual exam than other apps I bought However its still not quite right ASWB does more best and what do you do first questions I also agree with people who said this was harder than the actual exam I purposely bought it for that because I figured if I could do ok on this I would probably do well on the exam Unfortunately there are a lot of questions that you would never be tested on too The answer explanation is very good So are the results at the end where it tells you your weakest areas I think this is way overpriced though I wish I would have just purchased the practice exam from ASWB I would use this as a study companion but certainly not your only way of studying Decent apps but has issues
I recently took and passed the LCSW in NJ THIS APP WAS OF NO USE It is WAY beyond the scope of the ASWB exam Its just not helpful and just muddies the water actually You are much better off just getting the study guide from ASWB since it is written by the organization who created the test The ASWB guide tells you what topics are on the test so you can focus your studies and has a sample test you take after studying to give you an idea of where you are strong and where you need to brush up Im sorry I wasted my money on this app Dont buy this app

The questions on this app were much more difficult than on the ASWB practice test but that was a good thing The questions made you tap into the critical thinking skills that are needed to break down the test questions Good brain trainer This app also helped me to learn critical theories and therapies which was my weak area I feel well prepared Great app to enhance skills
I purchased this app about 5 months ago to start studying for my clinical exam I was and still am doing terrible on the tests I purchased a book study guide with a practice test and I am doing very well These questions are oddly phrased and worded i dont think this is what the exam will be like Save your money

As the other comments the exams here are hard compared to other study material that I have I will continue to use this with the other items and will It advise anyone not to use this I truly like the current improvements and would suggest some questions have certain terminology remove thats what messes me up Overall I do like this app Its easier to use vs carrying paper around Dont let a test determine your skills
I took the full length ASWB clinical practice exam and passed without studying I used this app and struggled to get even 50 correct responses I would not recommend this app The questions on this app made me feel unprepared when I had no reason to feel this way as I passed the actual exam as well Questions are too difficult

I feel like this app helped me learn quite a bit However the technical level of these questions is far higher than the actual test Probably the most helpful part of the app was the explanation of the answers I think I would have passed the test without it but it was cheaper than the other tests so I think it was worth it Great info intuitive app questions harder than actual test

This app will demoralize you The questions in it cover information you dont need to pass the ASWB The information that is on the test is covered very well I give it 3 stars because I did use it to study and it did help All the superfluous information that is contained in the app can be demoralizing however which is why I didnt give it 4 or more stars I did not pass the exam it created for me but I passed the ASWB If you want a review that is more difficult than the actual exam then this is for you Have a lot of test anxiety

Im really loving this app not as a replacement to my other Lcsw materials but in conjunction with them Having the ability to study on your mobile device is invaluable and the information provided in this testing app is right on target Although it is generalized and not specific for the State of California Lcsw exam much of what I need is in here and I can overlook the extraneous stuff that I dont need to use Well worth the money spent and enjoying all this wealth of information to the California Lcsw exam concepts Now get it and go pass your exam Nails those difficult concepts

I really like this app because of the question of the day feature I dont always have a lot of time to sit and study But with the question of the day I feel like it keeps my social work studies in the front of my mind It tests me on things I dont feel familiar with which is good I know what I need to study more when I do take the time to sit and study I wish there was a way to flag the questions that need more work because I would like to go back and refresh my mind on those topics Fortunately I have a long time before I can take my clinical licensure test but I feel like Ill be wellprepared thanks to this app Great daily practice

I do recommend this app I used it and also another study guide The questions in this app are sometimes difficult to understand but I thought they covered the info you need to know This app is also much harder than the test I scored in the 60 range on the apps tests but actually passed the LCSW with an 81 I passed

I took my LCSW exam a few days ago and passed However I dont credit it to this app I purchased the ASWB practice exam two nights before the exam and found that that was immensely helpful The questions on these practice exams are far too convoluted This app is also overpriced However there isnt a lack of quantity Just be wary of overburdening yourself with content Four stars for plenty of exam questions
