Most people use iPads in landscape because it is much more comfortable to prop it up on the folded Smart Cover than to hold the device in portrait But this app only runs in portrait on iPad making it very inconvenient for iPad use For example my exercise bike allows me to use my iPad in landscape but does not hold it properly in portrait Developers Please add landscape orientation support as soon as possible Does not support landscape iPad orientation No nickname just let me post
I ve been using knowji for about 6months now and i have no issue with it the app is well designed and is very effective for learning and memorizing new words I know that my suggestion would be somehow irrelevant to the app s main function which is to learn new words but i believe it would be perfect if the developers would arrange a method for using the new words in sentences to reinforce the learned words I wanted to give the app 5 stars as it deserves it but the fact that you can not sync your progress between devices or somehow backup your progress made me to think twice and request developers to add syncing feature Overall very good but needs some tweaks SirAli

This app is almost too good to be true its easily worth twice this price We homeschool our 11 year old son and purchased this app because of its audio components so that our son can learn correct pronunciation For kids learning new vocabulary hearing correct pronunciation really is essential Both my son and I are very visual learners and the interesting picture aids are extremely helpful We now use this app as our 6th graders complete vocabulary curriculum which supplements his language arts program and aids in his writing assignments he gets extra credit if he includes a vocab word from the list hes working on in his paper Its so much fun that I plan to use it when Im waiting at the doctors office or running errands I cant recommend this app highly enough And oh did I mention that a native English speaking tech support person located in Palo Alto actually called me and helped me adjust my iPads settings correctly when I had a problem Since when does a ten dollar app come with free awesome tech support Unbelievable Best educational app ever includes free customer support
