I really enjoy many of the features designed in my recently purchased Kenwood DNX574S car stereo However the most used component of this device is the navigation guide which is poorly constructed in correspondence with INRIX The description of this app claims to pull real time up to the minute traffic data that will help drivers be on time Kenwood s navigation consistently projects inaccurate ETA estimated time of arrival at the beginning of a set trip I ve compared it to iCloud maps Google Maps and Waze With each ride the time of arrival was NEVER spot on unlike the other navigation tools There have been many times I related my ETA based on Kenwood s navigation to whom I was meeting and ended up considerably late Yet my final arrivals match closely with the other maps It is terribly disappointing to be deceived in thinking you re being guided along a faster route and then arrive 10mins later than the initial ETA projection All in all this app sends delayed traffic information contributing to driver s potential tardiness As well as providing limited routes For example I live in NYC and for some reason this system refuses to lead me down highways I definitely checked the settings many times to be sure I did not enable such restriction yet it continued to occur Come on Kenwood or INRIX do something about this It s a shame that such a reputable and appraised brand like KENWOOD would brace an extremely unreliable and defective system     Unreliable ETA Ricon W

This app was working great until I got my Iphone X The newest version will not install on Iphone X I reinstalled the app on my phone and it would only allow version 1 2 2 to install Please update app     newest version will not install on iphone x jootsaloots

The app quit recognizing my radio even though my iPhone was paired and I confirmed this in settings and placing a call through the radio Uninstalled the app 2 weeks ago reinstalled it today and now even with the right login information it says invalid credentials     Deserves a 0 Star Rctrucksrcool

I have to have this app for traffic updates on the KENWOOD It never connects automatically Always interrupts everything else to ask to connect If you hit ignore it keeps asking over and over until you hit connect Then HAS to switch you to the kenwood app for you to push connect Annoying Has connect automatically in the settings but that s never worked Also to use this app I have to disable CarPlay Bs         Garbage Asamdills

The app doesn t connect with the Kenwood navigation system as it should It never connects using Bluetooth and only occasionally when using Carplay Even when it does connect for traffic information the weather app does not always work And I ve not seen any weather radar as it indicates either Had I known these problems in advance I would have gone with the Pioneer     Terribly Disappointed Bill5657

this app requires turning off mirroring and setting the kenwood head unit ipod settings to bluetooth disabling cable connection as such it won t work alongside carplay and a driver has to stop place transmission into park and scroll into settings to switch between the two     incompatible with apple car play your neighborhood spaceman

The app worked for a few days but now it can t connect despite the Bluetooth connection working just fine otherwise On Kenwood s page there is absolutely NO support no online firm to ask a question no email no phone not even a mention of this software Until they fix this and back their products DI NOT BUY KENWOOD     Doesn t work no support scbaker

App will not connect via Bluetooth even though head unit is paired to my iPhone 6s and 6s It works if phone is plugged to CarPlay USB port which is not ideal     Won t connect with DNX693S unless plugged in Savvy, really

If I plug in my iPhone first to my DNX893S this app works great I can even unplug it afterwards and traffic monitoring continues with Bluetooth But as long as Apple Play is enabled I can t get this to work solely from Bluetooth like it does for my android devices Sometimes I don t want to plug my phone in I just want to keep it in my pocket and in those circumstances this app will not connect Please fix         Won t work unless plugged in farfromovin

It s clunky unintuitive and doesn t work very well I decided to delete it from my phone and won t miss it Whomever wrote this app should get a new job Whomever approved it should get fired     Not ready for prime time Loup407

This app should be better and there is no way I will pay for it when my subscription ends It does not reroute automatically due to traffic It always sends pop up messages to phone even when connected asking you to allow to connect It beeped constantly about traffic until i turned it off I think you should only notify about traffic if it knows where you are going It does help with parking and gas prices and such but still not worth it             annoying rlefig

Hasn t been updated in 2 years Won t pair with my current head unit on latest firmware unless you plug in your phone which activates CarPlay which makes the Garmin Inrix stuff irrelevant and puts it to shame If Kenwood INRIX were to actually fix this so it Auto pairs overs Bluetooth and auto started the App it could actually be useful Otherwise just junk     Doesn t work tonkinite
