16 minutes to set up the app including personal profile and order 12 minutes for delivery in downtown Charlotte North Carolina at lunchtime on a Wednesday JJs is ridiculously fast Of note all of the negative reviews on this app are preMay 2015 implying that they patched all the errors people experienced before that Take your time setting up your profile get it right the first time and you wont be disappointed I actually set up my order first then set up my profile then submitted the order Perfectly satisfied App works as it should as of August 2015

This app is barely an app All it does is open the jimmyjohnscom website in a less user friendly way than just browsing to their website from Safari If youre having trouble with this app just visit jimmyjohnscom Effectively a crappy link to their website

I have tried multiple times to use the app and it never works gives me http error as well as Sever Error when you try to go to payment process It is honestly embarrassing when they advertise to use there app whenever in the store front They need to get this working before they get anymore of my 23 times a week purchases again Sad Never Works

I downloaded this app for multitasking purposes while at work After hitting Get and starting the download I saw the terrible reviews this app was getting I decided to stick it out and try it The app is very much like the website and was fully functional I am not sure why its getting the reviews it has but most of them are pretty old This app works great and for all intents and purposes it does its job perfectly Works as intended

The app is fine but ideally I would like to be able to order and pay with Apple pay I wouldnt have to dig out my wallet every time then Not only would this be easier for your customers you would probably gain more revenue from it being so easy Cant pay with Apple Pay

Nothing bad about their food its great But this app is a different story Its slow freezes and crashes all the time When it does work it takes longer to process going from one page to the next than just going to the actual website and ordering Save some time just call them Terrible app
