Virtually nothing about this app works right from logging in to an existing account workaround create a new account with same email and password as website to updating profile to setting My JCPenney Store to     Buggy Piece of Crap

I love the app I really do the only thing I wish they would add is passbook support That way I could have my rewards card and any rewards ready when I go to check out at a retail location              Only one thing missing

Just downloaded the app and after this posting I will delete the app Every time you go into details all you see is s white screen with a spinning buffer Nothing ever downloads Waste of time If I was on line in a store trying to use this a riot would occur with the people behind me waiting for the darn coupon to download No thanks     Bad App

This app is well worth it even if just to get access to the discount coupons I saved over 30 on a recent trip just by selecting Todays Coupons and then showing the coupon bar code to the cashier                 Coupons

Every time I try to use this app an empty white box pops up that doesnt close Jcpenny no longer takes their coupons that are on other sites and only on their app but it doesnt work most of the time How about pick up in store when you purchase online What a concept     Bad app Just follow the competition

This new version of the app is less than acceptable Previous versions would actually let you look at merchandise whereas this version now simply loads loads and loads without bringing up any items     Older versions actually worked

When this App got updated it did not update on my phone And Im not very happy because I shopped from the App     Update

Since the last update I am no longer able to view my saved items I keep getting a message that I do not have any saved items but if I go online my saved items are there I also can no longer save items I get an error message that the service is not available     App Issues Since Last Update

This app does not work I have tried deleting it and reinstalling Freezes When u try and check out it just spins or says the page is no longer available Really This is so frustrating I have even tried checking out with paypal same thing Fix this please     Doesnt work

I have a 5 year old son who is now about 82lbs He is tall and robust lol I truly enjoy and appreciate JCP having a husky section for children especially boys Since he has been younger it was soooo difficult to get clothes to fit him comfortably But then I discovered JCP When I shop for my son there for the clothes that he needs I find clothes that dont look too tight on him He is comfortable and able to move well in them I especially love the adjustable waist bands in the pants so that the clothes grow with my son The clothes do not shrink when I wash them so THAT proves to me the high quality that Im getting without having to make a major dent in my pockets and bank account The clothes also maintain their bright colors after washing I love shopping at JCP for my son and will never stop I have tried other stores for him and needless to saythe clothing has been a big disappointment Please dont stop having this section JCP I will be your best loyal customer for years to come and so will my son as he gets older                 Childrens clothing

Was very slow and would take forever for a selection to open so I just deleted it     Just deleted it

Overall I like the App below are few issues I have noticed 1 App Crashes when I click on Play button to play video of product 2 Cant cancel out of searching image And the snap to take picture button is not center aligned 3 Please support iPhone 6 6        Good but Crashes

After spending a lot of time picking out clothes I tried to process my order During checkout I ran into multiple errors and had to restart checkout several times I wanted ship to store the shopping bag noted that I could choose this option at checkout Wrong No option at checkout to ship to store After more problems than I can count I finally just gave up Screw this Ill shop elsewhere     Worst shopping app ever

Got the app mainly to easily see my rewards Quit allowing me to log into my rewards Pointless     Stopped Working Correctly

The only difference I notice after updating is that now I cant log into my account Its says there is an error and to try again at a later time No matter when I try it doesnt work and I have to go into Safari and log on through their website What a joke     Update Really

I love this app It has good features and I like the animations I am soon to use this app to purchase a attires for my weekend party                 Excellent app

You guys goofed When it first came out I was really impressed honestly I actually work for jcp and the customers were giving us some very positive feedback especially on the coupon section which is now extremely clunky When it first came out you could simply click get details and the barcode would pop up and everyone was happy Now you have to exit out into your browser and sometimes instead of giving you the coupon details it just takes you to some strange widget in the app It was streamlined and elegant To please your customers you should fix this           Coupon

I really want this app to work Its constantly either crashing or has no connectivity If u want customers to use this app make it work        Love to hate

Nothing on this stupid app loads I click which department I want to see and NOTHING Just the spinning wheel of doom Annoying     Ugh

If you want coupons it can take forever You can stare at that gray circle for two minutes before the coupon loads even if you are on your own network In fairness their website works the same way If you want coupons use Retailmenot or Coupon Sherpa where the coupons load instantly        Very slow

jcp sent me an email to download this app and earn 100 jcp rewards points no points were ever awarded Every time I launch the app I have to log in to my jcp account and connect my jcp and jcp rewards accounts I can do this from the jcp website theres really no need to download this separate app     Just use the jcp website instead

developers please add passbook support it allows users to store coupons boarding passes event tickets store cards credit cards as well as debit cards via Apple Pay It is all so convenient to just have all membership cards and coupons in just one place Youll be doing yourselves a huge favor by embracing it it is the future and I am so excited           Passbook support

Keep getting an error message when entering reward codes that says bad promotion type please validate it Cant use any discounts that come with my JCP card     Fix Coupons and Rewards

Not worth it to me if I cant even log into my credit card account You need to work on that     No Credit card access

How could you mess up such a great app This app was on point before I updated it recently I never had a problem ordering anything on this app Now I cant order a DARN thing Why give customers an update if it DOESNT WORK Leave well enough alone Unless of course you DONT want people to buy anything on this app then the update you gave us is working out just fine Can you please undo this update give us back an app that works so I can order items again Sheesh You really could do better than this JCP Dont lose your customers because of a dumb app Fix it please     What A Shame

Some of the screens arent mobile friendly making the customer service info unable to read You cant copy any numbers so I dont know how they expect you to separately track each orders on a different screen in the app Overall JCP has been changing things so fast they dont care about the errors I used the app to make some online orders and selected pickup in store never received any notification of my items arriving nor was I able to track the items No phone call notice of my package arrival until the week after the last one arrived The call informed me that my order would be cancelled within 10 days leaving me little time to get there Dont bother with this app or the ship to store option Stick with in store or stuck it up and pay to ship it to you           Lots of stuff not up to par
