This app is endlessly useful I use it whenever I have to travel on the train and it saves paper because you dont have to buy one of those silly pamphlets from the train station Use it all the time
It has become my best tool for riding the rails No more paper and I love the alerts No more paper
it constantly says no trains found when there are definitely trains coming and going I really dont appreciate paying 299 for an app that doesnt work stick with the metra website not worth it

This app has been great accurate since Ive had it the past year However just this past Wednesday the trip data stopped working I tried reloading the app didnt work What happened Please fix Trip data not working
This app used to work Now it doesnt There are no train schedules visible Emails to support go ignored for days and daysas of now Really disappointing It used to be great It used to push alerts well and show schedules and everything it promised In 48 hours Im requesting a refund if I dont get a reply back No Train Schedules visible
I use this app at least twice per day even though I ride the same route everyday I like that you can easily find a station without needing to know which train line it runs on One of my top 5

Ive had a couple of emails wdeveloper and there was no explanation why the push alerts stopped working right at the time of the polar vortex These were very helpful even had them customized with the distinctive Metra bell sound but they are gone The 6 month subscription price was definitely worth that but i didnt renew because they stopped working I know the schedules i wanted the push alerts Please fix this and Ill sign back up Push notices stopped working
Schedule is as of today completely wrong Since that is THE most important feature in an app like this it gets 1 star Milwaukee North line shows incorrect times Not as good as their CTA app
This makes it so easy for me to get around in the city as I start babysitting for my granddaughter No worries about getting us lost So easy
As of January 2015 the app no longer provides schedules at all Completely useless No longer works
The realtime status alerts are well worth the extra cost And the locationaware schedule is awesome Great app Accurate and reliable

Very good app Reliablegets me the info I need when I need it Only complaint is the schedule never appears correctly for the rock island 95th street stop So I always have to look at 91st street and subtract 3 minutes I am sure they will get that patched soon That knocked my rating down to 4 stars Solid app

While this app works for providing the regular train schedule the advisories about delays do not work Sometimes delays are underestimated and sometimes they are not shown at all I have experienced delays of nearly 30 minutes that were not even shown on the app Train delay advisories dont work
