Ive sent several translation via email to a God Brother in Finland He said that even the grammar was correct most of the time Best language tool system I have found for my iPhone                 Finnish made easy for 199

Although it is not perfect in its translations this appears to be the best application currently available It is very nice that the developer gives the option to email paragraphs with both the English an Finnish translation so that my family members can correct me in areas where words or phrases are incorrectly used I hope some day this application will use the email function to link directly to the email application in order to use all the text editing functions Kiitos           Satisfactory

Mostly a good app but it sometimes gives me English to English instead of English to Finnish Also I with I could dl these on my phone and not have to do it on the computer           Mostly good

This program is amazing I never spoke Finnish in my life but now I can Other programs just translate the text And I never knew if I was saying it correctly but with this program it lets me know what to say and how to correctly speak it The only problem is it freezes up on me when I put headphones in                 Simply amazing

First off let me say that I have NEVER spoken Finnish in my life I got into it recently because Im going to be attending college in Helsinki So I thought I better learn the language otherwise I will be lost Well I saw this app and decided to give it a go Im so pleasantly surprised This one applicatoin has already helped me learn a lot of words and phrases in Suomi Finnish I very much recommend it for anyone looking to learn this great but difficult language On a side note this translator has a function to speak the translation to you so you can understand the pronunciation and everything                 Yksinkertaisesti fantastinen Simply fantastic

Back to 5 stars This update works perfect on IOS 4 Very nice upgrade to interface as well I have just purchased your newly rolledout languages too                 Works Great On IOS 4

The translation is just done by Google so you can get essentially the same app for free by going directly to Google Translate in Safari and adding it as a bookmark to your home screen press the plus sign and select Add to Home Screen I prefer the interface of Googles app anyway The only thing this app adds is the synthesized Finnish voice But on my iPhone 3GS the audio speech only works through headphones not on the phones speaker That means the person youre trying to communicate with has to put in your earbuds to listen to the translation This was a disappointment for me Note to the developers this app is lacking the level polish that one would expect for an iPhone app Heres what I noticed immediately Its hard to switch between EnglishFinnish and FinnishEnglish because the keyboard It doesnt store recently translated text meaning you have to type the same thing from scratch each time The x button to clear text doesnt work properly Its supposed to disappear after text has been cleared but doesnt           OK despite several disappointments
