I wanted to unlock remaining feature which was 1 but for some reason the the notice unlock remaining features kept appearing with increasing number like 2 3 4 and so on I ended up paying 7 times without realizing Please have a look and refund me the rest of the 6 times I paid for no reason Thanks in advance     Unlock 1 remaining feature Asliton
Great looking app Seems like it should be perfect But there is no documentation on how it works Buttons do completely different actions at times with no explanation Data changes colors with no explanation You will never get the timer to work correctly for every set No rest timer I spend 50 of my time trying to correct entry errors which are very easy to have happen Some things are either impossible to fix or edit or the method is a puzzle I haven t solved Tried every way to contact the owner with no response     No reply from developer Interface is infuriating grunyen
I like the user interface but there are some bugs and features that should be updated No response from the author for weeks and no updates for months Wait for the next release maybe mid 2016 to purchase There are other free apps doing about the same things Update on April 2017 after the last iOS update I lost all my workout history and all my personalized programs Still NO UPDATE of Iron Pro for more than a year now Not happy             Good for now but no updates for a long time Cedricbrossard
This app at first seems to contain everything that you would want for your workout However it s design is incredibly clunky and there is no way to reset workouts once you have started them Also the app is full of bugs that cause it to crash all of the time These problems appear to be all related to technology not the theory behind the workouts in the app After using the app for a while I am led to believe that it has the potential to be a pretty good app However in order to get there the maker of the app would need to hire some better engineering talent         Totally Frustrating Bk Lifter

As another reviewer mentioned this app will delete your previous workouts whenever it feels like it There s no way to backup your workouts so if the app crashes your screwed The worst part is that the app didn t even crash it just deleted all of my workout data which covered months of activity This pretty much makes the app useless since t deletes the data It s like having a personal chef prepare a meal for you then throwing it in the garbage disposal after you eat one bite         Deletes your workout history Me knows
This is a pretty good workout tracker but one problem it has is that on the starting strength workout plan which is supposed to alternate A B workouts it has you performing the A workout twice as often as the B I was told this would be fixed in an update but that was over a year ago and there s been no update Ultimately there are better options out there for this type of app             Good app but has problems NathanM1018
I love the app and I use it on nearly daily basis and as a result I trusted the app with my own templates I was angry when I first lost all my templates and I had to manually enter all that I had lost because the app does not allow any back ups I have lost all my workouts again and I guess I need to find another app that allows me to back up into dropbox or any other cloud service Not happy         App works but keeps on crushing and losing all my work outs ie23kiel
I ve been using this app for about a month now and I must say it is great I like being able track the number of reps and how much weight I use for each exercise Just bumping up the weight a little each week keeps me pushing myself to the limit just what I need My only complaint is the lack of instructions Otherwise it s perfect for me                     Great tool MrKDA

I ve been using Iron Pro app for several months along with several others to find which best suits my training program At this point Iron Pro is the clear winner in terns of design functionality and usability I recently reached out to the developer to verify a purchase and received a response and a resolution within an hour Following we had a conversation via email about future phase app functionality and I m excited about the next version release This app is a must have for anyone looking to plan and track strength training workouts                     Excellent App for Strength Training bblangger
When I first played with it it seemed great and had everything I thought I needed just for logging my workout But after using it for a week there are many issues that are clunky that I ended up stop using it First of all the app won t work on your watch unless it s connected to the phone That was not what I was told when I emailed iron pro So be warned if that s what you re looking for Once you have your workout all set up and start using it in the gym the user interface looks great but it s not practical because it s too easy to touch an area and accidentally change something You would immediately realize what a nice look UI turns out to be quite cumbersome and prone to accidental changes It s a distraction to me to spend time during workout to actually correct numbers rather than focusing on my workout I m better off with a simple notepad and a pen Having all that said I still agree that this is probably the better workout logging program than what are currently out there Unfortunately better doesn t mean it works flawlessly and doesn t have its issues             Looked good at first but stopped using after a week Not happy user 12345

This is by far one of the best weightlifting apps I ve ever used Let s go into a little more detail though Programs This app has a few great programs already preset with starting weight already set which you can easily adjust depending on your current ability If the program calls for a percentage of your one rep max and you set your ORM in the settings it will set this for you Templates If you want to build your own routine and schedule it it s very easy to do so Calendar The calendar is great for keeping track of what you ve done so far and see what you ve got coming up It also works seamlessly with the workouts while you re working out so that you can see the history of what you ve done with that particular exercise and can decide whether or not you want to try and push yourself with a heavier weight Database It has a decent size database of exercises that work while offline which is great if you re like me and use your phone in the gym in airplane mode Gripes complaints The only thing that I can complain about with this is that I d like a better way to create my own program instead just templates I d like to be able to set an end date or have it continue until I stop it and have it increase weight at certain intervals like it does in the programs Maybe also a way to export the history data and email it or something though this part isn t important                 One of the best GriffX13

For the past 5 years I have used iFitness no longer available 5 days a week to track my lifting progress and build custom workouts I have been very happy with the app and it s done everything I needed However I recently got an Apple Watch and wanted a new app which had a watch specific interface app so I could ditch my iphone ipad during my workout After trying 5 different weightlifting apps over the past 2 weeks and not really happy with any I found Iron Pro It is perfect There are two big features in the watch interface that really set it apart First you can easily adjust the weight and reps of each set prior to logging completing it This is really helpful when you can bang out a couple more reps on your last set of an exercise and want to quickly log it without pulling out your phone Second when you click complete on a set it automatically starts the rest counter However it also shows what is next This is extremely helpful so you can remember if you need to increase the weight on the next set or what your next exercise will be without flipping screens or again pulling out your phone I mix in drop sets and supersets and don t have to strain my brain to remember how to setup my next lift If you lift and are looking to use your Apple Watch to track your workouts trust me and my wallet get this app PS The iPhone app itself is great too haha                     Best Weightlifting App HJ in DFW
