iRewardChart: Reward Tracker Behavior Chore chart for Parents

This app has a good premise but it doesnt truly sync between devices They also try to charge for every device you install on     Rip off

Great app We have used it for years and like how it encourages the positive behaviors and discourages negative Even now that the kids are teens they still track their daily and weekly tasks and then when they need money we subtract the points and pay them acccordingly When there are not enough points they become quite helpful                 Great App

I really like this app But it needs two things being able to show at the top the calculation of stars for each day above its date and for the month Currently it just has the week I would like to reward my child per day not just for the week eg I would like to see if she gets so many stars then I can let her have her ipod for a certain amount of time that day etc Also you cant delete a task if you had given it stars before It tells you that when you try to delete it I have told my friends about this app because I know they can make it even better           Getting there

I had several problems when I first bought this app Syncing was erasing my data On my iPad2 the app was very sluggish and crashed frequently I paid to unlock the premium features on my iPhone and that purchase did not carry over to my iPad2 I was being asked to pay twice which I didnt like Now the good news After trading some emails with the developers the syncing issues seem to have been fixed The app runs fine on my iPad2 now They have also added the ability to unlock the premium version on all of your devices with just one purchase Thanks              Review Update After Receiving Support

Recommended by a behavioral therapist Really excited to use Purchased and it doesnt work Cant configure no home screen or place to enter a PIN number and then if you inadvertently hit the lock button you are completely locked out of the app Had to delete and reinstall but the same problem exists Technical support is completely unresponsive Respond to my inquiries fix the bugs and I will give it a 5 star rating Until then if I could give it a 0 I would     Doesnt work

This is a really great app I no longer have to worry about forgetting the reward stickers we once used The versatility to reward certain behaviors and actions is really nice Our boys are 3 and 45 and they both love to see the start appear I would recommend this app to anyone who is trying to to enact positive reenforcement It is certainly worth the money                 Great App

This was a great find however program keeps crashing I would also like to see the program stayed locked until unlocked I lock so the kids cant mess with the stars and when it closes or crashes and restarts it opens unlocked           Great concept needs bugs fixed

I got this app a couple of years ago to help kids with behavior and chores I love how I can customize both the behaviorschores and the rewards Customer service is great also My IPad had some glitches and the app lost they were great in helping me get it back Kids like to see the stars and use for rewards                 Love it

I find it much better to have a star chart on the iPadiPhone than on the fridge We can give stars on the fly And the stars on the iPad are bigger and thus easier for my 3year old to click              Love this app

I tried the lite version first to see if this app would work for our family I really liked it compared to other apps I checked out I decided to buy the premium version It is not the premium version I am still getting the lite version It will not let me add any additional children or chores Please fix this problem because this really has potential     Wheres my premium version

Ive been using this app to keep track of my 6 year old daughters responsibilities and rewards and it works great I had a little technical trouble but the support staff was very responsive and took care of my issue quickly              Great

Since restoring an ipad Ive experienced issues with app crashing Ive deleted and reinstalled the app which has worked in the past however this method work no longer works Ive attempted to contact the Developer Support for over 10 days without a response     Poor or nonexistent Support

Although the App says that you can activate the premium version in any device once you have purchased it for 399 they expect you to pay for it even if you accidently delete it Even after mailing to the developers and reaching out several times they dont have the courtesy to acknowledge or respond Buyer beware as the developers have checked out greedy and unresponsive Its sad that the sellers of this App are so uncaring to customers even if the product has a few useful features Buyers beware The App has some useful features but the developers have checked out and the product has stagnated     THE PREMIUM APP IS A SCAM BUYER BEWARE

This app would be perfect for my needs except that it loses track of the second task I have been tracking a particular behavior for 45 weeks yet the only stars that the app seems to save and display is the first and the last week at any given time It doesnt do it with the first task so if you are only tracking 1 thing it may not be an issue        Glitchy

I tried the light version which was extremely limited which should have been a tipoff to the coming ripoff of the paid version This app crashes constantly is not really customizable you are stuck with their prepopulated rewards The app also has the frustrating of not allowing you to correct mistakes when you try you just get an alert that disallows any changes so your stuck with your mistakes I contacted the developer to give them the opportunity to address the problems or refund my money They chose not to respond at all Ive purchased many apps and never have I come across such a faulty and poorly designed piece of junk Dont waste your money on this defective and useless app that also is completely lacking any customer support     Defective dont waste your money

This app is very buggy even after several updates It could be improved by 1 adding bug reporting functionality within the app to report errors or instructions on how to do so 2 fixing the bug that when you lightly tap straight down to add stars if the star count is updating and you tap again lightly it will delete stars instead it takes a looooong time to give your children extra reward points because of this bug 3 allowing you to print previous weeks charts instead of ony the current weeks I would love to give more pointed feedback if the developers would be interested     Buggy and lacking functionality

Useful and flexible I like how you can add your own categories and rewards Lots of issues though The app is constantly booting me out which is extremely annoying Also I was able to put a picture on my first two kids but whenever I try to put one on the third the app freezes and refuses to accept the picture If it werent for these issues I would give it full stars           Some bugs

THIS is the app that takes a mountain of workload off my shoulders when it comes to behavior intervention plans BIP I love that its easy to use totally customizable keeps data backs up to Dropbox and can be shared via email for parents printing Theres only one thing keeping it from getting five stars from me The fact that it allows and encourages parents to take earned points away Thats a behavior plan nono folks This doesnt figure in my review but Id also like to see a of points earned feature in the weekly report for the teachers              Great App for the Special Ed Classroom Resource Teacher

Doesnt open Keeps crashing     Crashes

My app was working fine on the ipad mini until this last update now it wont even open     Bad Update

My 4 year old son son was going through a really tough time and this app turned it around He works hard to earn stars and loves to tap the screen see the star light up and hear the chimes My wife has it on her iPad too and we can sync the data Love that feature There is one small issue with the payout option but other than that it works far better than expected I plan to write the developerssupport to discuss this soon Update Still getting no response from the developers Syncing is not working the way it should Also this morning we noticed a payout from today and neither one of us had made a payout No response from app support at all after repeated questions Beginning to get really frustrated           Used to love this app

Why does the app keep deleting all of the rewards I created At least it doesnt delete the stars 2 stars for that        Why

This app used to work but recently the the Dropbox sync feature stopped working Saying the app is in developer mode that no more users can be added        Does not sync

The concept is great but using it is an exercise in frustration The app constantly shuts down in the middle of edits It is also not easy to get your own tasks or rewards to take Great idea poor execution Wish they would read the reviews and do something about it or refund us all our money        App defective

This app is fully customizable I can add my own chores and rewards and even set the of stars each reward requires I also like that I can give multiple stars for each task every day or even take stars away when needed I add and remove chores as necessary as we work on certain things like potty training This app pretty much covers everything                 Love this my kids do too

1 I bought the full I phone version on iPad before there was iPad version it doesnt convert my paid version So I can only do one child 2 it locks up on opening havent been able to use any version for 4 months 3 your money will not get you the app on all devices Just one     Cant use

I have been using iRewardChart for a few years now One of the things I love about this app is that its totally customizable It can be as detailed or as simple as you need it to be The other big plus for me is the ability to TAKE AWAY stars when the children misbehave or neglect their responsibilities This helps us to show consequences as well as rewarding good behaviorand the children respond not with agonized tears but with a sense of determination because they know they have the ability to earn back the stars they have lost Thank you                 So helpful

The people at Ireward were very prompt in dealing with my issue and very courteous and helpful and solved the problem quickly I also really like the Ireward App because it is motivating my kids to do chores and earn rewards So far it is working pretty well                 Great customer service

I am not sure if my previous review was posted but I found a way to edit payouts At first I thought it wasnt possible but you have to go to each childs profile and make edits to Payouts there I am tolerating the bugs and crashes because this is EXACTLY what Ive been looking for I read The Nurtured Heart approach and it models a system just like this We had an excel sheet but this is easier to use and the kids can push the stars for the effect it makes them feel more involved It is perfect for the age of my kids 4 and 6              Great app design bugs

I started having problems with this great app when it started to offer the Premium service as an In App Purchase I used this with my daughter all the time but now it is a fail for me It doesnt lock correctly and for some reason different payouts disappear from the list available to her It really feels dishonest to have made the nonkite version nothing more than an advertisement for the premium service I hate this model so much I gave it 2 stars because this is NOT OK which is what 3 stars would get I still like the app but this is such a bad move that it is NOT OK        It used to be good

I purchased the iRewards app about a week ago and I like several of the features on it but I am experiencing a few problems with the app I have added new rewards to my childrens payout lists and at first it looks like these were accepted into the app However when I close out the app and go back into it these payouts no longer appear I have tried to put them back in several times and they are only temporarily saved Also I have tapped on a star to give my child a yellow star or points and instead a red star appears and it takes away points There seems to be no way to remove the red stars I had to remove the task and add it back to reset It would be really nice if parents could choose the order the tasks and chores appear in It is very cumbersome right now if you want to reorder anything If this app could sync with my iPhone it would be even better This is a great concept but there seem to be several bugs and for 399 this app should really be more user friendly and should function like it advertises           Ok could be improved

I like the flexibility and the share feature My son gets a kick out of sending his chart to his grandparents Very useful so far                 Awesome
