IOU App

This app was exactly what I was looking for Its simple and straight forward on keeping track of what I owe people I like the format where it keeps each entry even after I already paid someone back As others have mentioned it is lacking a date function but I just circumvent that by adding the date to the description              Simple and easy to use Lacking date option tho

This is really good for people who loan money to friends and family all the time and dont always get it all back you will never forget with this app say bye bye to verbal IOUS                 Amazing app

Would be better if I can add date on an account Also its time to redesign the layout of the app the same old iOS6 layout actually make the app look kinda crappy        Time to change

Great app I would have given it 5 stars if it would automatically back up your data But overall this app is great just remember to back up your data via email              IOU

Ive liked the simplicity of this app but though you can export your data via email there is no way to restore from email The last update after I installed ios 802 erased all my entries and now I would have to reenter everything manually However I havent been able to find any other app that is as easy to enter data and can so easily share that data with others           Love the simplicity and presentation but needs to restore from a backup

Very handy easy to use app but needs a little work Sometimes the wording gets mixed up add the ability to edit the names of people update UI to match iOS 7 Will give 5 stars when all that is changed           Good needs minor tweaks

Works well very clean layout BUT not very clear what is lent or borrowed from whom just kinda decided which is which myself A datedeadline entry would help too              Ok a few improvements

I had months of data stored in this app and now it is all gone No warnings when you updated that you need to backup your data Now its all gone and Im out hundreds of dollars because of a hack programmer Avoid like the plague UPDATE FIX For those who did lose data it may be recoverable It turns out that it has nothing to do with IOS5 as the programmer states The problem is that the programmer renamed the IouTableArraydata file to iouTableArraydata Its a case sensative file system always has been so the update is looking for a file that starts with little i and cant find it so it creates a new file which makes it appear as if all your data is gone Fortunately it may still be there Use a program called iExplorer to browse the files on your device Look for AppscomSabeniiouappDocuments Copy the old IouTableArraydata file to your desktop by drag and drop Rename it to iouTableArraydata Power off you device hard reboot Power on and reconnect with iExplorer Use it to delete the iouTableArraydata from your device Now copy the file you renamed from your desktop to device drag and drop again DONT start the app to see if it worked Power cycle again another hard reboot Now power up your device start the IOU app and all your data should be restored     Avoid Like The Plague

This is a great app Im always forgetting who owe me money so having this app make it all the more easier to remember It just need a few improvements before it could be 5 stars in my opinion Allow us to choose from our contact list of whoever owes me money date changes a section for both me and the other person to sign off that they owe me or I owe them money              Great but needs

Having roommates this little app makes it really easy to track what they owe and when they make a payment This is one of the few IOU apps that actually haspassword protection on it I was disappointed that the entries are not dated I see that as a HUGE downside Hopefully the programmers will add that to the next release Also adding a backup to DROPBOX would be awesome              Not Too Bad Needs Date field for Transactions though

This APP is ok if all you need is something very very basic There is no field for a date The field for notes is limited in length yet it doesnt stop you from typing        Very basic NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

We really like this app for keeping track of how much we owe our kids or our kids owe us The only thing that gets confusing is the lend borrow pay and get paid headings They change up in ways that dont always make sense But its a great free app              Really helpful app
