I love this App At my fingertips no matter where I am I can answer questions for clients I can actually see a PDF of their return It has my clients contact info readily available for me and from the app I can call them or send them an email This year I used this feature to address my Christmas cards to my clients while riding no I was not driving in the car The security is superb I have a 6digit security pin code that I use AFTER I have used a log in name and password to get to me clients basic information should I want to access more detailed information No worry for my clients confidentially Also from the app I have the ability to contact Intuit should I have questions or problems Such a great company and a very great idea for busy tax preparers like me Great app

This is a great app for quick access for review of tax returns when not at your desk and when your on the go Love that you can view the PDF and see quickly if clients tax return has been efiled and accepted Great new tax app
namely the status update section currently just reads Active only I have client returns that have been funded already a more specific status should be in place or adjustable emailing client tax documents is not working properly continue button is not functioning after entering an encryption code cancel works just fine though Squash more bugs please
I had to delete from my phone and reload from iCloud to get it to work CPA
Ive been using the app for about a year but after the latest update I had difficulty getting the app to work properly It appears that others have experienced the same problem so Ill share what I did to get it working for me Simply removing the app and reinstalling didnt work for me 1 Remove the app 2 Shutdown the device 3 Restart the device 4 Reinstall the app and login After this my client list appeared and I was able to send an invitation to the Intuit Client Mobile app to myself I havent been able to test the new features yet but Ill try to post an update once I do I hope this is helpful to those that have had trouble getting the app working Good read this if updating

Provides easy way always have access to clients return information no matter where I am Ive used it to check the status a returns look up an address on the way to a client and even to look over a retun on my iPad while reviewing source documents on my computer screen And the new push nofication feature let me address a rejected return ASAP without needing to login to the website to check status If I could also use it to efile a return on the go it would be perfect Great Addition to the Intuit Tax Online Experience

This new app is a great pocket reference when away from your desk and a client calls about their tax return Easy to work with and very straight forward Great App
Ok Set your PIN after installing fist thing using the gear After I did that the app worked fine You can even send your client the return and let the app assist with setting a passcode for the PDF a time saver If you dont and are prompted for a PIN when you want to view a return it throws you out You have to delete the app reinstall just to open it up Set the PIN before doing anything Set PIN First Then it Works
