I registered a trip with ISOS on my laptop Then I tried to pull up the trip on my phone but my password wouldn t work So I hit reset password on my phone and it took me to a page to create an Assistance App password I then tried to login with that password but it still didn t work I then tried to reset the password using my laptop but the new password still wouldn t work on my phone yet it works perfectly on my laptop Oddly the desktop login asks for a username which is my email but the mobile app asks for an email to login I can t find any way to get in on mobile I give up Not usable Philip Ha

This app is easy to run and provides critical information in a easy to find manner Works well on a smart phone Work well Valuable information
Membership is provided by my employer and this is an excellent tool and service Info could be gathered from local press etc in some cases but having the one stop support this provides is essential A must have app for international travelers

They say they have clinics all over the world but really just a few in obscure countries I tried to get just general info on one of the core buttons for help and it told me I had to log in through email with no explain action of what that even means I certainly would not rely on this product to help if I needed it Weak
