UPDATE to what I previously wrote below Support is NON EXISTANT I have contacted them about the problem stated below three times over a number of weeks and have gotten no response whatsoever not even the automated email indicating that my email has been received and will be followed up on shortly At least they didn t lie Previous review I use this often but the new version leaves the original head intact so when the animated one moves you see the stationary one in the background             Lots of fun TERRIBLE support Simester
