I really like the new playback features in the latest release However even after resubscribing to the push events the events will ONLY show up in the event list if the iDMSS app is open at the time that the event occurs This is the single most important feature I need in a security system Keep getting failed to connect when doing playback Stop breaking this app You fix one thing and break 5 PLEASE FIX PUSH EVENTS DAHUA     Push events STILL not working

Old version is better o work star favorite Please change or repair option favorites     No function star o favorite dives

Updates still continue with problems Please fix        New update still doesnt work

This App was bad enough before the update Play back is even harder to watch with this new change This app is very difficult to understand     Horrible app

when tried to check the events like motion detect I always get a message Failed to get configuration the notification only appears in the Notification Center and cant get them from the app need to be able to change the notification ringtone     Failed to get configuration

Please fix this when i am viewing live stream it pauses all streamming in all cameras after one minute viewing fix this as soon as you can        Live stream Stopped streammin after 1 minute

This app is garbage I setup my device in the device manager and everything works fine Then randomly the device removes itself from the device manager and I have to add again This process repeats its self over and over Please fix     Device disappears

I had an install done last week and got the app to connect to my cell phone system one time The next day the application would not connect remotely through the phones data connection Tried multiple IP combinations and adjustments to no avail Tried to contact provider through website no success Works at home but I really need remote access     App will not connect remotely

Ok software when it works Needs a manual of instructions hard to figure out Im having issues now where it crashes on startup        Stability issues with 613

Ive been running this app for a couple years now on every iPhone and iPad Ive had It connects to our CCTV security camera system without any issues and we are able to access it on our phones from anywhere we have cellular service The bad part which is hopefully fixed soon is that on my iPhone 6 plus the camera picture feed no longer fills the entire frame For example if my view is set to see 4 cameras at once The picture doesnt fill its square that each camera feed is given leaving space on the top and right margin My guess is because of the larger resolution of the 6 plus that the app isnt exactly updated for It works fine on my wifes regular iPhone 6 I cant comment on the PTZ functions as I dont have a PTZ camera and I also do not use the apps notifications We use it purely as a viewer while away from home              Great app but needs update

This version fixed the display problem on iPhone 6plus and push alarm problem But push alarm is still broken for the current iPad version           Works on iPhone Push alarm still broken for iPad version

I expected something to work better with the latest update It seemed to be working fine before the update I should have left it alone Now the favorites does not work I hope it gets fixed soon This program works great normally I have used it for 1 12 years and it usually improves with updates                 Latest update lost favorites

I have been looking forward to an update to fix the one nagging issue which is playback on the iPhone The iPad app works fine please fix this As a workaround I am running the EVO Plus Lite app which appears to an older version playback works on that App     Playback no longer works for iPhone

This app has problems had alert notifications pushing remotely on iPhone 6 but could never get any picture or video pushed to phone emailed support 1 week ago no response yet now alerts are not being pushed so whats the use I used the lite version but wanted alerts pushed so I paid 499 I would like that refunded have some better instructions for each option also        No alert pictures or video

I get notifications but no sound Come on dahua your suppose to be better then this           No sound with push alerts

Ill cut to the chase the app would be great if you would fix the resolution not supported issue I have multiple systems and various camera modelsall dahua giving me this issue Absolutely unacceptable to put this issue on the backburner for what has been months now Please update soon for the sake of your loyal customers such as myself Unfortunately I will have to transition all dahua nvrs to a different system if this doesnt get resolved     Fix the issues

After updating to latest version no playback option available in main menu No email support either        No playback option

Its keeping asking for a password even it was successfully changed Plus i was still able to get in the program after clicking ok whats point then having a password I had to guess what the original password was it was admin           Password does not work

Playback doesnt work cant delete favorites whats emap for it takes me to my camera roll Can Chang briefness contrast colt hue etc but only during the day cycle not at night     Many bugs

Great iOS 7 update Push notifications are working again Been waiting to get full control and playback functionality for my qsee system from Costco Rebranded Dahua Works great Thanks                 Finally can have full control of my qsee

Im very happy with this app Use it almost everyday to check in on whats taking place in and around the home                 Great App

Downloaded used for 15 minutes now it wont even open     Crashes

This new version is a great improvement and this full version lets you view recorded video and get motion alerts It would be nice to be able to view video at a higher speed              Much needed update

This used to be a good program but the last two upgrades have too many bugs I was hoping this upgrade would correct the problem of no favorites but they still wont come up Hopefully they can get it figured out on the next upgrade     New upgrade today still lacking favorites
