Playback works o k but live preview fails to display video Although the camera titles are displayed This is after updating to the latest version of the App that is available as of 18 Oct 2017             Idmss hd live preview not working with IOS 11 0 3 Desease

Hello thank you for great app IDMSS HD but you need to fix some bugs working with IOS 8 its crashing all the time when you try to watch recorded material it happens when you setting date time what you want to watch and trying to move the small screen icon from left to the main at the right where is screens with green pluses after program crashes Please fix that bug Thank you             Bug zhiguli

Finally figured out how to install but still cannot figure how to save through the app a segment of video audio for reviewing later Would like to be able to set a start point and end point save it as a mpg or some video file format that can be reviewed later with staff My other issue with this software is that I cannot fast forward through video Other software I have used had like a 2X 4X 8X 16X 32X speeds to where you could quickly go through a days recording to find instances that need closer review There is no way to do that with this software except to use the slide bar which is very crude to use Unless I m missing something If you can help me out with these issues I ll change my review Please write more thorough instructions too went to your web site and saw many questions that could have been answered by having better Help Instructions         Lack of instructions russwcole

I am using this software with a Dahua 3216 NVR I am able to play back recorded video with no problems I even set up the push notifications so when motion is detected form a camera a notification appears on my iPhone notification area I then open the program and view alerts then I can see a list of motion alars and play them back Documentation is just ok I learn something new each time I play with the software I recommend this product                     The software works great Fdnyfish

I have a problem with sound In previous iDMSS sound was correct but in this version sound doesn t work Dont work in playback mode and dont work in realtime view mode Please do something I pay 10 for this app P S Russian translate is very bed looks like you use google to translate             No sound martynenkoen

Everything appears work fine except image from from my camera is only 1 3 size Does not support the new screen resolution of the iPad 3 I hope they fix this soon or I just wasted 10 00 The good news is they fixed the problem with the iPad 3 and everything is displaying correctly now I m very happy now I give this five stars                     Does not work with IPad 3 screen resolution Coral11

The app worked very well until the new iPad came out The video only feels 1 4 of the frame This needs to be updated It would also be very useful if I could have all of my favorites open at the same time rather than just showing a list of the favorites and I have to open each camera one at a time             Needs update for Retina dahomes555
