I agree with others that although the app is very helpful it feels like a PowerPoint at times I wish after using it for the first time it was more guided in each section and continuously flowed Having to stop and hit next takes me out of the moment I also wish that the app showed MY resiliency chart not just examples of what it could look like I like the premise and idea of this app but it could be improved             Nice but needs to be more user friendly Extremely anxious
Thanks to this app I was able to shift from high anxiety to feeling so relaxed I fell into deep sleep The content is valuable I rated it 4 because it s worth downloading and having in one s toolkit It would be a five if the audio portion worked The app itself is a little Mickey Mouse but the content is great Simple and straight forward which is best when stress is high                 Helpful MusicRuth
This app provides a lot of interesting and useful content but feels more like a PowerPoint presentation with a couple of buttons             Great content and not much else Mahrqoos
I like this app it s intention and how it correlates with other modalities such as DBT Jon Kabat Zinn Belleruth Naparstek MBSR The reader s voice is soothing and most of the ideas are coherent and flow well There are quite a few technical bugs to be worked out such as the inability to rate and select done on the SUR scale after but that will come with time I m interested to find out the physiology of the nervous system during this process Thumbs up                 Seriously update this app so it works correctly Goldie Grrl

I love this app I ve been personalizing it with photos of my wife and Service Dog as things that help bring me down when I m amped up I especially love being guided and provided simple steps that are quick useful and accessible everyday Having had some rather horrific experiences with my PTSD due to MST I like having the ability to have my own private space that s tangible when I feel disconnected NOT INVISIBLE                     WoofsAndWarriors TJTrina
I am a veteran with PTSD and I use this app almost daily to help me combat my PTSD symptoms When I start to feel anxious about sitting with my back to the door in a restaurant driving crowds etc I just follow the three skills the app teaches you grounding resourcing and shift stay to bring down my anxiety You can personalize the resources section by uploading pictures and recording what brings you happiness This feature makes the app uniquely yours Download this app now to lower your stress and anxiety levels today                     Great app Dustmark
