I loved the old version of Virtual Code Book and had lots of favorites saved I do billing audits for our company and since the new update I am unable to even open the app Therefore it is of no use to me and feels like wasted effort on my part     Bad update ♏️CountryStrong✨
Such a poor search engine just as bad as Epic emr Save your money     Crap Pratt'ster
The search function starts off reasonably well but the list of choices generated is impossible to navigate clarify     Pretty much useless memesusan
This app does not work It should be pulled from the store The search function gives wrong answers evey time It s a rip off     Don t Waste Your Money on this Ken259
Slow cumbersome terrible interface Not worth the money     Nope 214356
8 99 Keep looking For 99 cents you can get all of this with another app I purchased The one star is because of the grossly inflated price There should be a disclaimer to let you know that you won t get the Table of Neoplasms or The table of drugs and chemicals You won t find many of the terms at all If you ask for help from app support after they tell you to watch the 2 minute webinar you will be told to be more savvy with your search words REALLY In other words I don t know how to help you find the code so good hunting I m a coder and if you are you need to keep your manual close by because if you don t your going to have some denials     Buyer BEWARE Philpattyt
I ve downloaded and tried many other apps and this is the only one that really has the functionality we need I m feeling much better about the icd10 changeover with it I m a dermatologist and I think the app does a great job with all the Derm dxs locations etc like how it shows you exclusions and you can click on anything on the code page to take you to the code dx referenced                     The best I ve tried Moby Ick
This app has saved my life I ve been a coder for 23 years using ICD 9 and the thought of switching to ICD 10 has given me nightmares Not any more This app is the most comprehensive app for ICD 10 CM I ve ever seen or used I now feel totally comfortable coding with ICD 10 and I recommend it to all coders Thank you Precyse for doing an excellent job of making this change so much easier I hope you will be coming out with a procedures app soon I ll be looking forward to it                     Best of the Best Peegs Mind
For having to pay 8 for this app you d think it wouldn t constantly freeze up and shut down They seriously need to fix that The app is just ok it s not really difficult to find codes but it s not very easy to either             Just OK PurpleLily86
Love this app I used it today during clinical documentation training I brought my huge clunky ICD 9 book so it was great to not have to carry the ICD 10 book as well                     Great for coders RHIT2002

I learned more about ICD 10 in ah hour exploring this app than I have in the 9 or 10 lessons I ve completed so far on this transition It makes sense of the coding system and quite clearly is is more coherent than ICD 9 There is a structural logic and even some smart sensibility that emerges as one pulls up regularly used diagnoses Very well worth the short cost                     ptowndoc ptowndoc
From a coding perspective this is a great app My only suggestion would be to add a section where you can look at the coding guidelines without having to pull up a specific code                 Great for coders Akfyrfly
Reviewing version 2 0 1 on October 17th 2013 I am a US Physician and as such will be required to use ICD 10 by October 2014 I tried a few other apps as well as websites and I like this the best The app is fairly fast on an iPhone 4S running system 7 x and has a nice and intuitive design It helps guide you in choosing the correct set of codes Pressing the X to remove a search term sometimes does not register as another reviewer pointed out I hope this is fixed in a future version You need to use specific spelling such as search for felon not falon and search for orchitis not orchiditis the latter is a variant of orchitis Having such a complete and useful ICD 10 reference on an iPhone is wonderful no heavy book to leave on my desk let alone lug around The 8 price I paid is more than reasonable                     A really good iOS ICD 10 app joemeyer
I had high hopes This app is slow Like the ICD 10 system it is not helpful to providers Response to finger taps on removal tag X for a previous searched word is in consistent Search for Acute Otitis Media right has 44 results Orchiditis no results Falon no result My first three searches Imagine if your mechanic had to identify by code the car make model year system eg electrical location of bolt direction of turn and number of turns for every bolt or screw they turned Seven identifier fields That is what this system is doing to medicine Therefore this app is appropriate It works that well     Well known company Another Family Doctor
