If you are already familiar with the basics of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT this app is a great convenience It gives you an easy way to fill out what used to be called the Daily Record of Dysfunctional Thoughts with a handy interface for graphic selection of some items I also like the password lock feature much better to keep my CBT homework locked in my tablet than in a paper notebook open to prying eyes If you are not familiar with CBT at all the app may be puzzling I recommend the excellent books written by David Burns of which the foundation book is Feeling Good The New Mood Therapy                     I find this app extremely helpful LadySorrowfree
I spent seven dollars on this app and when I opened it up all it was was like notes for iPad There s absolutely nothing in it there s no help in it whatsoever I feel like I was totally scammed which I probably was It s really not nice to prey on people who are looking for therapy     Disappointed NinaisAbean

This app is very basic and that s what I like about it It offers a straightforward and quick way to navigate through the thought log process I was having motivational problems doing the paper ones with any regularity This app lets me work through active negative thoughts when they come up I like that you don t need to be online to use it and that the app is password protected It could use a little bit of tweaking but overall a useful simple tool for practice CBT                 Clean simple accessable Paulitaz

As a professor who teaches CBT I bought this app in the hopes of using it with my students and now I wish I didn t While it seems to track your events this seems to be all it can do If I had paid 1 for this app I MAY not have been disappointed However at this exorbitant cost with the paltry offerings it has this borders on extortion Don t waste your money There are far better apps at lower prices with better features     Don t waste your money ProfessorJD92313
Well designed and portable Who wants to deal with paper scraps that are left around for people to snoop through Also reading through old thoughts responses is helpful because I realize I have recurring thoughts without even knowing it People complain about the cost but it is less then the cost of a paperback book about CBT and if you use it that is nothing The only small tweak I wish they would make is to add the full date month day AND year to the old thought records list I have used it now for years and wish I knew if some of these are one year old or four                     Very good CBT app Buy it Emeraldman

I have to retract my earlier comments My situation was unique and I find that the App works exceptionally well and have given it a 5 star rating The developer was exceptional in addressing my issues and has the app working great I would strongly recommend this app to anyone dealing with depression or anxiety The layout is easy to follow and I found the results very helpful on a day to day basis It is definitely well worth the price because I found it to enhance and add significant value working with my therapist The new upgrade is great also                     App Is Great and it s Not true that it Crashes and Loses Input Today Is a Gift

A fantastic and upfront procedure to work thru the immobilizing feelings of our distorted thinking This app has been and will be a useful tool in my progress thru recovery Simple straightforward helpful and dead on with the course I have taken to further my understanding of irrational thought and getting stuck the book is a high recommend for those not completely sure of how this works towards recovering This would be a great class in our education system                     Useful accurate my go to app marcandrews
This is one extraordinary App once you Practice and get use to it I have used this app in my CBT workshop class It has helped me tremendously in ridding me of Negative Automatic Thoughts as well as negative core Schemas I also realized that I can use App to formulate work sheets and measure outcomes I can tell that a CBT therapist was involved in the design The software company involved in producing the APP did marvelous work I am exceedingly glad that this APP is made available I only hope that more hurting people realize how powerful and effective this APP is in promoting mental health and preventing relapse Respectfully Submitted Joseph Ramirez                     Fantabulous JRAMIREZ6952

I got this app so I could do the Daily Mood Log on my iPad It works for that purpose I feel that 7 99 is a bit steep for what you get here Would like to see the percentages update real time as I move sliders it s hard to get it into the exact number I want         Gets the job done but pricey jarglebar

I really dont have a reference to any other CBT program however I am familiar with text entry tools and database tools like Access The interface is simple enough however it could be better especially for the price Email does not work like advertised Password lock was not intuitively located Managing existing entries could be better They are only sorted in date order Would like options like sorting by degree of importance or impact maybe something like color coded Would like to have ways to see entries that are done versus inprogressdraft           Not too bad

Agree with other comment gets the job done but pricey First app price I have ever complained about This is a rip off price Look at another option I regret buying from this developer Andit is clunky Doesnt work too well Not iPad friendly Freezes Etc     iPhone version 3 dollars lessand neither version worth 99 cents
