Awesome app The old app was very bare bones with almost no features Love having so much control over my accounts That with the new bill pay mobile deposits popmoney not having to call to unlock your account and the ability to transfer to ANY IBC account make this app much better than the last I also dont understand the complaints about it being complicated This app is VERY easy to navigate as long as you have two eyes and a thumb Just make sure your ACCOUNT INFO IS UPDATED If you stuff is out of date you will have problems logging in                 Great app

When ever I need to check how much money I have to make sure Im not over drawn it NEVER work Just keeps loading     Work 0 of the time

I hate this new app I liked the other one better because it was easy to login and this one is so complicated that I havent been able to get a hold of my bank account I might just cancel my account with IBC     Lame

Two stars because its a better experience than the last app The iOS app seems just like a wrapper for the regular mobile web view I seriously cant tell the difference when I just run the web site in mobile Safari Id prefer to have a real iOS app experience on my iPhone IBC seems to be addressing the lowest common denominator I do like some of the new functionality like being able to see check and deposit slip images within the app sarcasm here because of my first paragraph Finally ability to deposit checks on your mobile device once you qualify What I cant find it anywhere in the app And why should I have to qualify UPDATE 5192015 I made the mistake of using the online customer support to send a question about finding out how to deposit checks from within the app I sent a message on March 26 I sent several messages after that asking why there was no reply and finally got a reply on April 23 The response you will be able to make deposits once you enroll on the site Once you have done the enrollment you will be able to use the app to deposit Thank you for using online banking services and have a great day Naturally no explanation of how to enroll on the siteI still have no idea what that means and again no reply to a followup message        Minimal improvements

This was not even an Update We were forced I feel like Mexico banks treat their customers to download another app instead of updating My account was locked now I cant log in Hope when I get access to my account again it shows real time activity BAD VERY BAD AND SAD NEED TO GO BACK TO THE PREVIOUS APP THIS WITH ALL MY DUE RESPECT NO VALE MADRE     FUE HORRIBLEFUE HORRIBLE

This app is a step below crap in my opinion I wish the old one still was useable Now Im stuck using this POS     Poop

Why change what wasnt broken Now I cannot even get into my app It tells me to have a secure code texted or emailed No I havent received it yet Tells me to call IBC voice or the other number As soon as I click on 1 it hangs up on me Good Job     5 Stars

The deposit function of the app needs work It cannot read the amount plus sometimes the camera only images half the check     So far so bad

Okay so I download the app and try to log in Then it tells me I need a code Twice I have done this and it keeps giving me a error that it has expired Though I was putting it in after I would get the code Its getting annoying Im uninstalling it Problem solved     Nope

For the person who gave it zero starsare you insane This app is great Finally IBC made it to the 21st century and we can deposit checks virtually That in itself makes this new app priceless              Why complain

In the beginning all things take time to figure out Luckily my other bank already had this exact same app so I already know where everything is I personally didnt find this app difficult to use but I get that its a change takes time IT IS FOR THE BEST This app is 100x better than the last one                 LOVE this new app

Wow is this bad First terrible initial login process Change password get security code review All my info then agree to a billion page user agreement except it crashed five pages in Second try did not know its own security code Get another Finally in and too much crap for a mobile app I dont need your whole website Just simple balances and deposits Your new app makes me want to throw my phone away rather than use it     Minus ten stars

For one its a simple app thats basically the same as the old one but with a slightly tweaked theme It also rejects my password even though its the correct one and I need to reset it any time I want to use the app     Junk

I do not like change and I have to admit I had some challenges with this the first few days myself but now that I am using its much better than I thought I dont think it warrants all the negative on hereits definitely different but a lot better than the old one I can finally make a check deposit with my Iphone or Ipad and dont have to go to the bank Navigating is easy now that I know what Im doing Transfers too Give it a try youll probably like it too once you find out where everything is Check it out on your PC first to learn it looks exactly the same                 Finally tried it

This app is yet another reason why Im leaving this bank Everything about IBC is subpar and this app exemplifies that It is nothing but a website portalum thats not an app Its not easy to use You cant deposit checks via check images Every other bank has this featureget with the century IBC Hey IBC go back to the version you had before or just dont have an app This is an absolute JOKE     Absolutely the worst app

Every single time Ive tried l log in the app just crashes As others have pointed out the previous app was much better ibc mobile I cant even log in much less use all these new and improved features     Crashes Every Time its opened

I dont understand the point in making a new app rather than just updating the current one which was already way better This app doesnt even support 6 or 6 resolution making it look much more clunky and hard to use Simply pointless upgrade     Direct downgrade from previous app

This app is the most frustrating piece of junk I have ever dealt with financially First of all it ask you for verification when all your provided credentials are correct I know I put the password in correctly its been the same for 7 years suddenly its a problem and Im locked out Then you cant simply hop online and straighten this out you have to call customer service which is of course closed perfect Maybe next you can make us all recite poetry backwards just to be sure we are who we say we are     Absolute garbage

Just based on comparison this app is 100 more userfriendly The old app would constantly lock me out problem solved Way to step up your game IBC The old app required too many unnecessary login and security measures Now theres a simple clean looking interface I like it                 Such an improvement

This app is total crap and makes me want to leave this bank All I want to do is take a picture of my check and deposit it but it doesnt work properly half the time     They need real app developers

I hated the old dated app I was so excited to READ that one of the Mobile Express options was MOBILE DEPOSITS Ive been waiting for this option and even considered switching banks if something like this wasnt offered soon                 Huge Improvement

I agree this is far from a great app but it does work You have to register your account with the new MyIBC to get it to work Its super easy to do That being said this is basically the same as the mobile web version At least polish the app up a little and add features           REGISTER YOUR ACCOUNT

this is a pretty ugly app who designed this it STILL doesnt have resolution support for the iPhone 6 or 6 plus which makes it even uglier and plus the app is even more confusing to use and navigate you guys gotta step it up this is abysmal     I didnt think this could be any uglier
