App has been pretty nice but is started locking up after upgraded to iOS8 Might need some tweaking           Good app but started locking up in iOS8

As others have wrote this app used to be great but now under iOS 8 it no longer works Unless it gets fixed it cannot be recommended at all I cant imagine this is compliant with iTunes policy     App stopped working

Not very impressed Im guessing the poor performance of this app is somewhat due to ios 8 but for 500 i would expect them to update a little sooner Currently I cant even add an item to the maintenance list without the app freezing Hopefully they get an upgrade soon        Pretty craptastic

Great idea but not quite there yet This app is poorly designed and the developer has not given enough thought to its functionality For example I need to perform several services on my furnace There is no way for me to specify timing for each action I can only schedule one event for the entire furnace The text boxes are too narrow I have to open the box to look at the information makes it cumbersome I started using it and finally gave up Great start but poorly designed and not ready for prime time           Not quite there yet

iOS 8 makes this app no longer work No longer able to sync two devices or add any items     Good for routine maintenance tracking

Good app for all the home chores you forget about that are important for good Upkeep on your dwelling The ability to add and delete jobs is a bonus Also adding multiple homes is great              Well worth the investment

I love this app I use it not only for home maintenance items but also to remind myself when certain housecleaning tasks have to be done The complaints some users include in their reviews are items that are not valid I think they just havent learned how to fully use the app For example there are definitely ways of including notes about certain tasks Also I like the fact that I can set the next date This is easy to do because the app reminds me of how frequently each task needs to be performed                 Amy

Downloaded it and it never worked right from the beginning     Freezes and does not work

So I bought this app based on other recommendations and it was a huge disappointment The reminders is pretty much all there is to this app For 5 I was hoping there would at least be a way to add notes by room or category The list of predefined tasks is very limited The worst part is there is no way to check off a completed task When you add the tasks it allows you to set up a recurrence but its up to you to pick the next date since you cant mark anything complete Please save your money get a nice task app instead or a fancy coffee     Poor App

Does not respond Acts frozen or locked but restarting phone and app has no impact Do not purchase Since its broken should be zero stars but I had to select one star     Broken app

After entering a service record the maintenance item still showed as due Also when syncing data between iPhone and iPad service records did sync but each maintenance item synced shows that maintenance is due even though the record shows it was preformed FRUSTRATING     Buggy

Would love to see more robust reporting features eg a report showing only what needs to be done as opposed to current functionality showing everything                 Great so far

Home Maintenance has turned out to be a very useful app I dont own multiple homes although Home Maintenance supports that but it is still great It keeps me from forgetting essential home maintenance tasks and to schedule them spread out so they arent all due at the same time Home Maintenance works well with the iOS5 reminder alerts to tell you when a task has come due I highly recommend this app                 Great app for taking care of home

One of my oldest and best apps and had HAD strong customer support Used it to track all of my home repairs maintenance contractors service callsit was great Until IOS 8 Actually before then because I contacted about what options were coming to sync across devices after Google bought and discontinued bump syncing Poor response was indicative of things to come With IOS 8 I contacted developer to describe specific problems that made the app basically useless I couldnt even generate a report anymore so without sync option I was really worried about losing years of data Never a response despite repeated inquiries No idea why things changed but do NOT pay for this app until the developer gets back on the ball As for me now searching for replacement app even though it means reentering all my datasad it really was great     Not ios8 compatible and customer support MIA

Definitely the best app for any homeowner who is serious about their home this app keeps everything documented and you can set reminders for all maintenance and repairs highly recommend                 Amazing app

This app has truly changed the way I do my job it is the secret weapon that has others at my company wondering how I stay so on top of all my responsibilities I am the Maintenance Director for a company that owns and operates assisted living homes I have 15 large homes that I am solely responsible for maintaining The most important tool I keep is this App Without it I could not possibly keep accurate account of 2 3 furnace filters per house After initial set up I am alerted 90 days from last filter change along with specific filter size so I know which one to bring with me for each furnace in each of my homes I also keep track of tasks like generator maintenance at each house which houses are due for lawn services When was the last time I replaced smoke alarms serviced AC units even which lightbulbs I replace and when Each home has a Van equipped with hydraulic wheelchair lifts With Home Maintenance I never miss an oil change or lift inspection I have very important records stored within this app which makes the sync function crucial This feature is not only great but is the easiest and most intuitive sync feature I have encountered in any app No matter which device I have handy at the moment iPad or iPhone I record the service and later I simply open the app on both devices choose the sync button at the bottom of the main screen and the app locates the other device and MERGES data from each device This option works in both wifi and Bluetooth Though much more reliable in wifi I have successfully synced in both ways There is one additional feature I would like to see in the future I would love to buy this app again for my MAC I would gladly pay 9 29 for a richer more detailed mother app from which I could create more indepth records and tasks for each house as well as create templates for houses to include the details on all the house hold appliances in each house Maybe Im asking a lot but I expect great things from great developers Great work guys Keep it up                 Priceless

Ok hate to wright bad review on what was a wonderfull app for me for years But since iOS 8 this app is not working since then Its been months for updates and nothing yet Ive tried to email Suport but no response Apple you need to to pull this app untill it works If it were free that would be on issiue but its a pay app and must not be sold unless it works sorry     Not compatible with iOS 8

Its Excellent help in achieving house maintenance Its too bad that the suggestion pages of Wat to maintain is so lame and lite I live in South Florida down here you must pay attention to certain thing that in main they dont do So please in the next upgrade to this app consider this           Great Helps

You need to add a check off list For instance I added Kitchen Gut then added to Notes all the things I do wash walls empty wash frig clean coils etc I want to check these off as they are completed Awsome Note app has a great feature like this           Boss

Since downloading it it has crashed twice but this looks like a really promising app for keeping me organized with my home projects              Great but crashes occasionally

I looked for a while and this really seems to be the only home maintenance app out there I think that is surprising considering how many car apps there are I really like being able to track all my home maintenance tasks and getting reminders for things like replacing the furnace filter or checking the water softener I think there could definitely be some improvements One thing I think would be neat is if you could tag photos to maintenance events              Good but could be better

It helps me remember when to do things like change the furnace filters clean the dryer vent clean the chimney etc Especially helpful for things I dont do every year because I tend to forget when the last time was I did the maintenance              Nice app

This is an awesome app I am able to keep up with maintenance and compliance of all my properties thanks to this app Review about not being able to check things off was written by someone who needs to read the instructions Only observation is that the done by of new actions maintenance inspection etc should default to designated POC but very minor in the scope of things Update This app is STILL a must have app Been using it for over two years bout every other day Reviews that you cannot do things based on each room should also read directions Must be the type of person to find problems in winning the lottery D                 A must have for rental property owners

Bought this app yesterday Hasnt worked since I bought it as its absolutely frozen I emailed the developer because heshe said that youll get a response in 24 hours Crickets Pathetic Absolutely pathetic This app is a pile of crap     App is frozen and Customer Service is nonexistent

I agree with review below I used this product for our 8 properties loved it But it stopped being functional in dec 2014 They havent issued any updates to enable it to function properly with ios8 I cant add items I cant run reports Really sad I loved this app     Used for years but now no support Theyve dumped the product

This app is a joke I bought it Entered the main facts about the home and now it wont let me push any buttons Cant even enter anything anywhere Its like it froze I erased the app and re downloaded it and its still frozen     Save your money

The only thing this app has allowed to do is set up a house All other menus are empty They claim to respond to emails within 24 hours but I have sent several emails over the past 2 weeks with no response fivedollarsdownthetoilet     No support
