I was recommended to check out Centerpointe so I looked for an app first and found this After listening to the free demo I decided to buy the full app despite the 2 year old reviews One old review that had me concerned has been improved The tracks fade out beautifully at the end While this app does keep my screen live the full time while playing potentially decreasing my battery the graphics are soothing However I tend to close my eyes so it would be nice to save my battery too You cannot use this app and multi task on your phone LOL But it s a meditation app so what do you expect Meditate I do wish there were better instructions since this is my first exposure to CenterPointe How often should I play tracks What is meditation mode and how should that be used as compared to the other tracks For best results shall I choose one track and play it multiple times over multiple days or shall I listen to all tracks tha interest me on a rotating basis What time of day While meditating shall I direct my thoughts towards the concept of that track or is it working non matter what thoughts begin to cross my mind as I listen It s interesting anyway Their full website does give more information I still think it is probably with the money I ve spent and appreciate that it is not a monthly subscription                 Probably worth it HelpingOut

The music in this app is very annoying and is not what I would consider music to meditate with as it is not soothing soothing and sometimes is jarring The app cannot be used with a locked screen so if you brush your hand on your phone it may turn off This app seems very basic in the options it offers for example you cannot reap loop I don t know whether it is effective in any of the claims about health benefits But I don t think it s likely I wish I had read more of the reviews before purchasing this because it really is a waste of money     A total waste of money Sukie321

I first tried HoliSync probably about three or four years ago it was suggested to me by Bob Proctor from the documentary The Secret I signed up for his email letter because after watching The Secret and realizing that biblically speaking there was more to the message of The Secret so I did a little investigating and thought perhaps I could learn something from some of the cast I actually signed up for a few e mail lists I bought the first two levels and after following the instructions I did in fact have an awakening as I was able to understand things about myself that I couldn t see before I made changes in my thinking and my life changed A better relationship with my wife and my coworkers and myself really I love it thanks Bill                 Thought wcmurphree

I am a long time fan and user of Centerpointe meditation technology and was excited to see there app I immediately downloaded it and purchased all the tracks Unfortunately the app has been unstable and you cannot play the music unless the screen is open Please improve stability and install background lock capability and also please enable the interface to rotate with the screen I have an IPhone 6 plus and the app will only orientate the landscape on my phone I look forward to the next update ASAP to correct these simple issues     Poorly executed app from otherwise great company Jim Buc

I m still on the fence about this app I almost gave it five stars In case you re wondering each of the meditations are 30 31 minutes long with the exception of the introductory meditation I ve only completed the introductory meditation which is only about 20 minutes long and the weight loss meditation I was a little disconcerted to find that the weight loss meditation had a rather abrupt ending rather than fading out or otherwise coming to a conclusion I really enjoy the music the rain falling and the breathe in breathe out video I found this all to be very relaxing and helpful in deepening my meditation Contrary to what you might expect there is no discernible speaking in this meditation It is simply the music and rain For that reason I found 30 minutes to be rather long Note I am only used to doing a 20 minute meditation If you could adjust the time on the meditation and if it had a more pleasing ending I probably would have rated this five stars                 Still on the fence TinaReads

This is a great app however there is one major flaw the app does not allow you to lock the device or open other apps while playing Holosync the audio in the background while listening and performing other tasks on your device We can t always look at the breath pacer and people want to listen to these Holosync tracks while doing other things not driving             Great App but NEEDS BACKGROUNDING NoXiDe

I purchased this app within the last couple of days and have had one issue so far with the weight loss track The track should be ramping down gently so you can ease out of the session but instead it stops suddenly which is like being shaken awake rather roughly I would also like to see an option that allows you to loop the tracks Once these issues are addressed the app will definitely deserve 5 stars             Would give 5 stars but needs some updates BigSkyMontanaGal

What gives I paid for the tracks on my iPad do I have to pay again for my iPhone If so please state this These little surprises are no fun I tried to go to sleep with it but if I close my iPad cover to dim the light the app stops bummer The app support page just goes to a sales page I love the Holosync technology and I am all for positive thinking but when there is a problem I d like some actual help It is also irritating that if I search the iTunes store for this app Holosync returns no results Centerpoint returns no results if you want to sell it make it findable             If I pay to unlock the tracks on iPad they remain locked on the iphine aniaustin
