Pros Very smooth gameplay and graphics Great staff that takes good care of its players Mindless pooper or strategic gameplay 100 free to play viable but gems help Cons Slow development at higher levels Tldr Get the game Im level 88 now and still enjoying making progress as much now as I did 6 months ago when I picked the game up                 Pros v Cons

This is a game my whole family had fun playing It is hard enough just to be entertaining but easy enough for my youngest daughter to play So must play game fun for the whole family                 Love this game

This is good game and they did IAP great Reasonably priced monthly card and incentives for people who choose to spent big But not too blatantly PTW I just hope they can provide smooth transition to 20 I still prefer old school Just charge like 10 and give us the whole game with even playing field And a demo to get people in But sadly that model seems just gone              Best at IAP

I just spent 20 on a heap of gems and it didnt give me the gems in the game but now Im missing 20 from my apple account now I love the game and this has been the only problem so I hope you can help me fix it              Lost money

I have spent 100s of dollars on this game and have numerous emails to UCOOL regarding the constant game crashing on my smartphone Here are the excuses I have received 1 Uninstall and reinstall game 2 They will look into it 3 Update version of game 4 Reload onto another device I know I am not the only one experiencing this problem But Nothing is being done I like their install on another device reply because I am going to go out and buy another device just so I can play this game Ridiculous I am unable to complete temples because of the twenty times a day minimum times it crashes trying to access chat and whisper     Poor customer service

Beautiful art fun gameplay Pokemonesque hero collecting easy to pick up and put down and some depth A lot of fun              Good fun

A lot to do each day and some stuff to do throughout the day too Kind of repetitive but just not repetitive enough to make it enjoyable                 Addicting

This game is fun and there are tons and of things to do but so far I havent found a server with a chat that is mostly in English The predominant language seems to be Russian And I have tried many servers I find this frustrating because I want to talk to people              Fun but

Ive been playing about a few weeks now and I love this game I love the characters and farming for new upgrades                 Addicting

Played for two months straight as well as put money into the game All I have to say is the customer service is everything and heroes charge customer service is nothing in the worst at the bottom with the others I didnt ask for anything back or refund I only asked that they improve the games glitches and tech errors that I have been losing from since Im paying for it and they insisted that they will not give me a refund and treated me with great disrespect and dishonor I have quit the game since then and now play tai chi Panda Game is 10 times better     Gameplay is not too bad

This game can be brutal in the later levels but if you give it a shot youll find a game that offers a wide array of possible hero combinations                 Addictive and fun

I wasnt real sure Id like the game when I first got it however after I started I found myself making sure I signed in to get sign in bonuses the caves to get treasure raids to fight the big guys and in a guild building new friendships I really enjoy this game Especially bc I was into the Assassins Creed Memories but the makers got rid of it I found Heroes Charge from the commercials and decided to give it a try Now Im dedicated to it Thanks To add to this the makers have been doing lots of updates EVERY DAY and it has slowed production down to get the temple treasure or the temple period For the last month every time Ive gone in Always an update Then I miss out on my temple and the treasure                 Awesome Game

This game is addicting and entertaining I love it and play it almost everyday I told friends about it and the are hooked on it too Must try game Guaranteed to get you hooked                 Awesome

So game literally has no support spent literal cash for VIP and have never got an email back when I have questions or need support Changed my name to BootyMonster and the suspend me So the got people to ban players but cant respond to my email about it No warnings no reason and still no responses horrible rating from me     Banned me

Game is fun and addicting but the heroes arent balanced well Theres a handful of characters that dominate every other character even if they are higher level and higher star Lv 70 and 4 characters shouldnt be losing to lv 65 and 3 characters              Balance heroes

After a bit Ucool starts charging 20 dollars USD for every purchase regardless of what you put into it Ive tried to to tell the company about this and they reply with sarcastic remarks about how they can help Dont put your energy into this game its a waste of money and time I became a guild leader almost level 91 and Im deleting this app right now dont download this app they will scam you and rob you slowly STAY AWAY from Ucool and heroes charge The company is only interested in stealing your money when youre not looking they are crooks and will steal 20 bucks at every instance you try and support their game I hope I save at least 3 people from these crooks It makes me sad I spent so much time and effort into creating so many teams only to realize how dumb it all is I wish I never knew Ucool and heroes charge they are criminals who will eventually steal your money and waste your time I am reporting them to American Express ASAP about fraudulent charges and hopefully the iTunes Store drops them Enough of their million dollar super bowl commercial spots from robbing their loyal customers F UCool and F heroes charge robbers criminals scammers and I hope I saved someone from downloading this app Dont do it its a waste of money and time read a book or something this app makes you stupid and charges you with fraudulent charges regardless of what you do                 MS

This game was my favorite game on the App Store but Ucool ruined it Dont even bother with any other champions other than Ninja Ember and Fallen All the other champs are pretty much useless now and those three fully upgraded will pretty much ensure you are in the top 50 arena spots Ucool has no idea how to play balance their champions so dont be fooled by the power number score for each champion A ninja with 12k less power can pretty much destroy any other champion in the game Maybe when they fix the power level rating and put all their champions on an even play scale I might start playing this game again Until then I do not recommend anyone playing this game     Ninja ruins the game

I played to the point I was at level 93 and in the top 10 I spent a ton of time and money to get to the top When At the top I would lose to teams that didnt have near the gears I had worked on or were at my level They even had a character the scorpion queen that would wipe out a hole team even if that team was much stronger than theres I complain to ucool they would just send me answers drawn up by there legal team They are making so much money they dont care about the money that you have spent on there game because 10 other people will replace you If you are competitive like me you will spend money because that is truly the only way you can even compete in this game and than you still and up losing to teams you have no business losing to I have erased the game which means nothing to ucool but hopefully I will save a few people from spending the time and money that I did on this crappy game that they stole from another company anyways     Game is a fraud

This game is really a lot of fun Theres tons to do The only thing I dont like is the graphics Its kinda tooney and feels like Im playing a really old version of Final Fantasy Other than that great game              LOTS OF FUN HERE

I have been playing this game for a couple of months now and it is awful The game is buggy as hell and it frequently looses connectivity and you dont get the items that you need to level up your heroes This wouldnt be that bad of a problem if the customer service department actually cared about their customers and reimbursed them for the loss of energy and gems in the game when they encountered these problems but they just prefer to tell you that your wrong and take advantage of you because they just want you to spend more money On top of all of the bug issues in the game they make getting loot extremely difficult and if your not dumping hundreds of not thousands of dollars into the game you cant make any progress If you want a game that is going to take advantage of you and a company that just wants to cheat you out of you time and money then by all means this is the game for you     This game is not worth it
