That about says it all One thing I would like is more places to put my meds although its sufficient if you delete some day to day I count carbs and this ap makes that easy but if you use fast acting insulin its a pain not to be able to keep more doses so I dont have to type Humalog at first I entered Humalog 2 units Humalog 7 units etc and just reused them the next time I needed them This ap also allows me to keep track of oral meds which I used to forget or sometimes I wasnt sure if it was today or yesterday I remembered taking them If I remember to check this site and chart every med as I take it that wont happen any more I am NOT tech savvy and would like a bookpamphlet about how to operate all aspects of the site or a learning source within the site which pertains only about how to use the site I look at their teaching or maybe its learning area and think it will tell me how to add another med to the list but it shows diabetic teaching which I dont need I just spent a while just figuring out there isnt room for more meds and that I somehow have to delete some and then figure out and waste more time how to delete some and to further annoy have to plug them in again when I chart them given in the site the next time u that dose is used That being said I have lost a few pounds have improved my sugar and feel for once I have control over my life I know I can contact the site for help but it would be a lot better if it was online help instead of having to contact them for help via the email source then wait till the next day for an email I might not understand although I did Just put a users booklet in the site please Another thing I would say to all makers of aps everywhere especially for diabetics is please dont use white or light colors to print words with a coloured background Some of us cant see them              It works for me
I love the ease of tracking and the variety of graphs and information at my fingertips I have tried a number of other apps and this is handsdown the best Ive found My only suggestion is that med log should be morningafternoon evening and bedtime or similar phrasing My daily meds is more than once a day and is a vital part of my healthcare I use ADA app Care4Life to remind me of meds and havent missed since As far as foods for logging this app uses Calorie Kings vast database which is tremendous Adding is still an option and I agree that scanning would simplify that task Overall easy tracking of weight A1c water bg exercise meals and hopefully to be improved meds Informative graphs meals broken down to show carbs spread out over day and blood glucose readings overlaid with goal ranges app created with Joslin This is surely the best app going for diabetics              Best app for tracking in one place
I just started using this and it is FANTASTIC It will keep track of everything from calories and carbs to medication exercise and BG test results It also lets you enter recipe information and get nutrition results that can be saved Keep up the good work                 Love this App FANTASTIC
This app will do but it could be so much better IF I had known I wouldnt have paid for this app when there are free ones that can do EXACTLY what this one does I can count carbs track water track basic exercise and indicate medicine taken but I can do all of that in free apps like myfitnesspal so Im quite disappointed this is a paid app This is supposed to be an app aimed at helping diabetics but there are so many things that could be done to improve it sync two ways with Apple health so it adjusts for exercise performed that is just a given expand the food database like myfitnesspal or loseit add a scanner for barcodes so that everything doesnt need to be typed like myfitnesspal or loseit allow the person to email an export or report of the information a doctor would want to see glucose counts medicine taken like glucosebuddy expand exercise available this app has only a handful track medicine by unitspill etc as not all medications are alike for diabetics include BP and heart rate as Hypertension is also common among diabetics like glucosebuddy pro        Disappointed I paid for this app
Sounds great but it does not seem to work with my iPhone yet 4S IOS8 I even reinstalled it a couple of times     HEALTHDiabetes App
i downloaded the app a couple of days ago and so far it works very nicely it would be great if it had scanning capability embedded when adding items also it would be great if it had a feature where you can lookup food information without having to go into menus to add items Include scanning support in that feature as well              so far so good
This is not a carb counter friendly app In managing diabetes carbs are at least as important as calories This app does not give daily totals of carbs           Not carb friendly
I really like the UI the clarity and the simplicity but there are a few key misses It doesnt support standard resolution on the iPhone 6 Plus This may seem like a small thing unless you have a 6 Plus I cringe when launching apps like this that dont support standard resolution iPhone 6 Plus support is much less of an issue than the next two items The lack of HealthKit support is a pretty glaring omission and needs to be fixed quickly I should absolutely be able to post my workouts and steps to my fitness band app where they sync through HealthKit and have them logged in this app Finally and the most likely reason Ill use a different app I found the food search to be more difficult than other apps partially due to this apps apparent lack of barcode support Its just harder to get started recording meals when the app forces you to manually enter nutritional data for foods it doesnt already know        Nice overall but no HealthKit support
Perfect app easy to use and keeps everything in one place I love that it counts down your calories so you know how many you have left You can customize everything and the carb counter is the most accurate Ive seen Ive been told to count total carbs and many apps dont do that This one does so theres no guess work The only complaint I have is that it wont give you a long term report that you can print out but this is a really great app Worth the money                 LOVE this ap
I bought this app and would enjoy and use it if I could record the amount of Short and long acting insulin Dont care about a fancy graph or a anything but I would use this app everyday if I could record that data        Needs med dose zone
Im a Type ll diabetic on insulin As those of you with diabetes know whether youre on insulin or not we have to be mindful of our daily diet intake In hopes of helping me monitor my blood sugars Ive purchased several different apps over the past couples of years Each of those apps had options that were useful and nonuseful for the personal data that I wanted to enter Recently I came across this app I read the information that CalorieKing included in the Details area To me it appeared very impressive However at first I was a little reluctant to purchase it as there were no reviews Nonetheless I thought about it and decided to purchase it I must give credit where credit is due CalorieKing has definitely put a lot of thought time and effort into this app Once I learned how to correctly utilize and enter my entries into this app I am finding that my blood sugars and weight are decreasing I attribute this to several factors I entered in the number of carbs and calories that my doctor wants me to say under and the app automatically divided those figures into breakfast lunch dinner and snacks This app has a plethora of food items to choose from and also the ability to add the healthty custom food choices that my wife makes for our family at home I hope that my review is helpful to you                 Best Diabetic App to Date Ive Found
The app is easy to set up and use User friendly for anyone trying to lose weight This is a super tool for anyone who controls their diabetes by diet exercise andor pills If you use insulin you will not be able to input any units              Great app for Type 2 PWD
